Reviewed Sep 18, 2026La ubicación de este hotel es excelente. A tan sólo 5 minutos caminando desde la estación de Kioto, lo que da mucha libertad de movimiento. La habitación era bastante grande en comparación con lo que suele ser Japón, y el personal habla inglés correctamente, además fueron siempre muy cordiales y simpáticos. Habitación muy cómoda y limpia.
Utizamos la lavandería y la verdad es que la lavadora y secadora no funcionaban demasiado bien. La ropa no quedo bien limpia ni seca, tuvimos que ponerla dos veces a secar y aún así, tenderla en la habitación. Desayuno poco variado, aunque correcto.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026早餐是自助buffet菜色不算太少但合不合口味見仁見智。住宿地點很方便，步行即可抵達京都車站。雙床房的床算大也不會太軟睡起來滿舒服，枕頭有2個，有偏硬一點的枕頭也有偏軟的枕頭讓人有選擇我覺得很棒。1樓有各種備品可以自行拿取我覺得非常好。check in跟check out都是使用機台，但櫃檯人員會幫忙操作，櫃檯人員桌上甚至有放翻譯版，覺得設備很新穎，很不錯的住宿體驗。

トイレを流す時に下水のような臭いが毎回した。 枕が臭って気分が悪かったので 洗ってあっても貸し出しパジャマの清潔さが不信だった。 ドライヤーが安価なもので乾かした後髪の毛が整わなかった。 京都だからなのか、温度設定が高めだからわかりませんがエアコンを工夫してもカーペットのジメっとした感じがずっとしていて不快だった。

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Отель отлично расположен , рядом с вокзалом . Рядом находится ТЦ, за углом в 10 м магазин продуктов, рядом кафе. Приятный номер . На 1м этаже можно взять разные косметические средства , чай, кофе. Завтрак чисто в японском стиле.
Не хватало одноразовых тапочек. Не хватало европейского завтрака, не плохо было бы добавить на завтрак вареных яиц, иогуртов . Кондиционер работает только от карточки номера .

Wenn man an einem Tag vermerkt, dass das Zimmer nicht gereinigt werden soll, ist es ungünstig, wenn am Folgetag das Hotel einem mitteilt, dass der Raum an dem Tag nicht gereinigt werden konnte. Aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit in einem ansonsten wirklich guten Hotel.

Reviewed Jul 24, 20261) Great Location: Conveniently located just one block from the Airport Limousine Bus stop (direct to/from KIX) and within easy walking distance of Kyoto Station. 2) Spacious & Functional Room: The double room was spacious enough for one person with two large suitcases, and everything was in good working order. The lighting was just right, and the overall design and layout were very thoughtful. I also appreciated that they provided four pillows of varying firmness to choose from. 3) Laundry Facilities: They have separate washers and dryers, which I much prefer over the combined units (which often leave clothes smelling musty). 4) Helpful Staff: The staff were wonderful and helped collect my online order packages both before my arrival and during my stay.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The location to the Kyoto train station and convenience stores/shopping was excellent. The staff were so friendly and helpful, we needed some advice re: medical services for our son and reception could not have been better. This was one of the bigger rooms we had during our stay (bigger by Japanese hotel standards, don't expect big!) and the cleaning service was excellent. It was very, very hot during our stay and we showered a lot, fresh towels were never an issue. We had two rooms and requested then to be close to each other, they were right next door which was great!
Our window was frosted, I understand why, it looked out on nothing but it made the room feel closed in during the day and as there is no lounge area you can use, if you are waiting for washing it is a bit sad just sitting in your room. Not a terrible thing, just an observation.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026The room was spacious, spotless, and everything looked brand new. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Station. There's a Lawson convenience store right next door, a 7-Eleven across the street, and a shopping mall nearby. The surrounding area is full of authentic local cafés and restaurants. TeamLab Kyoto is about a 10-minute walk away.
The staff barely speak any English, even at reception. Housekeeping: They start cleaning very early in the morning and are quite noisy in the corridors. If you don't put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on your door, they will come in to clean after three days whether you want the service or not. They also keep hanging reminders about housekeeping on your door every day, which became really annoying. Breakfast: Do not book breakfast at this hotel! It was absolutely terrible. Everything was bland or simply inedible. There is almost nothing for European guests—no proper eggs (the omelette was awful and completely inedible), no bacon, and no bread. Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., but by 9:30 most of the food is already gone, and the staff make little effort to refill it. For example, if the croissants ran out, they'd bring just two more and that was it. Every single morning I had to point at the empty trays and ask the staff to refill them—there was no yogurt, no cereal, no pastries, and often not even their terrible omelette. It was simply outrageous. This was, without question, the worst hotel breakfast we've ever had during all of our travels. A message to the hotel management: Fire the entire kitchen team, hire a new one, and start supervising the breakfast service properly. It's such a shame because the hotel itself is clean, modern, comfortable, and otherwise excellent. We genuinely had nothing to complain about—except the kitchen and the staff running it, which were an absolute disaster.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026ทำเลดีมากใกล้สถานีเกียวโต station และจุดจอดรถแอร์พอร์ตบัสที่มาจาก KIX แบบว่าเดิน 1 นาทีถึง ที่สุดใกล้ห้างและมีร้านสะดวกซื้อที่เดิน 10 ก้าวก็ถึง ดีมากๆๆๆๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสได้กลับมาอีกก็คงเลือกที่นี่แหละ

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026雖然說在八條口 但實際上還是有一小段路 然後去站前巴士站 也都還是要走了8-10分鐘 因為要穿越整個京都站 但樓下有一家lawson 門口也有LUUP 走路10-15分鐘有一家AEON 附近5分鐘內也有唐吉訶德跟7-11 房間算滿大的 可以同時攤28吋及20吋行李箱 也有提供行李收寄服務

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026La ubicación es sencillamente excelente, ideal para moverse por la ciudad al estar a un paso de la estación de Kioto. El desayuno incluido fue todo un acierto, muy rico y agradable. Además, el personal del hotel es muy profesional y atento.
Por poner algunos detalles mínimos de mejora: el control del aire acondicionado está fijo en la pared en lugar de tener mando a distancia, y a la secadora de autoservicio de la planta baja le costó un poco más de la cuenta secar una colada de tamaño pequeño-mediano.

Habitación muy pequeña con un lavabo prefabricado. Además, la ventana de la habitación no se puede abrir por motivos de seguridad y está cubierta con un vinilo, lo que hace que resulte aún más claustrofóbica. El desayuno es de muy baja calidad, con poca variedad y opciones poco apetecibles.
