Very arty & big room. Great staff who were very helpful. Good breakfast too. Lots of art books to read and the place smelled lovely!!

できれば泊まりたいと思っている常宿です。何と言っても朝ごはんが最高。アーティスティックな雰囲気も気にいってます。

今回はそれほどでもなかったのですが、京都全般に値上げしているみたいで、以前の倍以上になっている時もあり、もうなかなか泊まれないのかなと感じております。

まずリーズナブルなことと、スタッフの方がとても丁寧で感じが良い印象を受けました。 パジャマとドライヤーがあったのも良かったです。 そして、宿泊施設でバスソルトを好きな香りで作るのは初めてでした。お風呂でとてもリラックスできました。 ロビーや廊下のアートも楽しかったです。

施設自体に不満はありませんが、コンビニは近くになさそうなので、メイク落としや化粧水などを忘れてきた場合は、フロントで1回分の試供品を購入できますが、ホテルに行く前に買っておくことをお勧めします。

The hotel has an Art gallery at the reception area. They have displayed beautiful artworks. It is located about 15 mins walking distance from Kyoto station. Hotel is undergoing repairs and upgradation work but it didn't disturb us.

Excelente en todos los sentidos. La experiencia ha sido magnífica. Destacaría la amplitud de la habitación, la calidad del desayuno y la excelente ubicación, perfecta para moverse rápidamente en metro o Shinkansen. El trato por parte del equipo fue impecable en todo momento. Volveremos seguro.

Por poner un pero, el suelo de moqueta en la habitación. Es algo muy habitual en los hoteles de Japón, pero preferimos otros tipos de suelo por cuestión de preferencia personal.

トイレを流した時の音が大きくて驚いた。 水の量も多く使ってそうで、大小あれば良かったと思った。

Hotel in modernamento ma la camera è pulita e di grandezza in linea con le dimensioni in Giappone. Posizione un po' fuori dal centro ma metro comoda per gli spostamenti. Ottima la colazione. Consigliato.

Un hotel alternativo, in un curato stile industriale con attenzione all'arte e al vintage. Gli spazi erano ampi e il personale gentilissimo. Ottima la colazione un po' in stile nord-europeo. Il quartiere era tranquillo, ma la posizione era strategica per raggiungere i poli turistici di Kyoto con i mezzi.

L'aria condizionata in stanza era un po' rumorosa durante la notte.

テーブルが普通のビジネスホテルと違って大きくて、とても使いやすかった。

安価だったのでしょうがないと思いますが、京都駅からちょっと遠い。京都は暑いので駅まで歩き20分、結構しんどかったです。

Everything was amazing for the value

The staff were great, I loved the artistic concept and thoughtful touches, like the bath salt bar and very Kyoto-like welcome drinks. The breakfast was also excellent, the staff called a cab for me with no issues, and I really liked how quiet the location is.

I really am not in the habit of complaining, but sadly I did not get even one hour of sleep, due to the rather old air conditioning units, which worked great during the day but at night would simply not get cool enough no matter what I did (I read Japanese extremely well, and so can confirm that I was pressing the right buttons) and was also quite loud. The room was so warm and humid, which combined with the hard pillows (I call them bean pillows, as they have pellets in the bottom) resulted in not sleeping at all. I had to crack open my door to try and get some cool air from the hallway. Since I had to be up at 6:30am for work, this was really frustrating. They are in the middle of a big renovation project, which likely means that new aircon units will be installed, but until that is done I would not return here in summer. Fall, spring and winter should be fine.

The entire staff was wonderful. They were all friendly and made my stay great. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

The only downside was the AC placement right behind the bed. I could feel and hear the engine's vibration while trying to sleep.

The window in my room didn't open more than a few centimeters, which is a pity because it was not transparent, so it was not possible to see outside.

整體空間很大，我入住的房間衛浴分開，都很寬敞，還有一組沙發，即使待一整天也沒有窒息感，是很舒適的空間，雖然這個房間無法開窗，但整體經驗仍很不錯。

冷氣機的壓縮聲音太大，室外施工沒有太多聲音，反倒是冷氣聲太大。

Dos funcionários, todos muito educados e prestativos . A café da manhã era maravilhoso, mesmo sendo estilo oriental, tudo era feito com muito primor. A localização era muito boa, com transportes muito perto e a estação Central era uma caminhada de 15 minutos. A decoração era moderna e de bom gosto. O quarto era confortável, espaçoso e muito limpo.

The breakfast became boring on the 3rd day. Wish they could provide 2-3 selections of main dishes.

冷蔵庫がちょっと小さめでしたが 収納スペースもあるので しょうがないと。 他は特にありません。

Konsten, designen, öppen atmosfär, läget, allt fanns, schampo, tvål, vacker ”morgonrock”, tekokare, fön , tvättmaskiner. Eteriska oljor, kändes generöst. Sköna sängar, mysigt täcke. Gulligt litet badkar.

Tankar gällande att man fick så många nya handdukar varje dag! Klimat osmart!

35年前に予備校寮として運営されてて、当時浪人した私も1年お世話になりました。最近ホテルになったのを知り念願の再訪を果たせました。部屋の要望も聞いていただけて室内、窓からの風景も懐かしく満足です。古い施設をリニューアルし斬新かつ清潔。朝食もおいしかったです。

コラボアートが飾られている。バーがあり、ビュッフェスタイルの朝食がとても美味しい。館内は広く、至る所にこだわりを感じた。

とても清潔です。 朝食は食べる価値あります。和食はありません。

浴室とトイレが一子予定、且つ狭い。給湯が古く、温度を自動管理できない。お湯をそのまま出すと、やけどしそう。

スタッフの方が相談の際に迅速にテキパキ動いてくださいました。朝のビュッフェも美味しかったです。 1階のアート作品も見ていて面白かったです。

アクセスがやや遠かった感覚です。 私が近い道を知らないだけかもしれませんが…

朝食が素敵で美味しかったです。　今回は4連泊でしたので、ブッフェメニューが毎日変わって欲しかったです。 欲を言えば、ご飯ものも食べたかったです。 スタッフの方々の対応もとても感じが良かったです。

スタッフの方々皆さんとってもお優しくて感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。そしてとても洗練された素敵なホテルでした。お部屋も快適でした。お心遣い誠にありがとうございました。京都駅に近くロケーションも良かったです。京都にお立ち寄りの際は是非こちらのホテルをお薦めします！

都不错、就是离车站有一点点距离。酒店设施看着是有点年代了。一楼有游戏机和酒吧还有独立吸烟室。 特别表扬フロント小姐姐、打电话找忘れ物态度也非常的好

朝食のオープンサンド2種類や、サラダ用の手作りドレッシング、ヨーグルトのトッピング、きのこ炒めなど朝食を4回食べる機会があったが、毎朝楽しみだった。 部屋の掃除が行き届いていて、タオル、寝具も衛生的だった。 毎日、ペットボトルのサービスがあって良かった。 バスの便、地下鉄の乗り継ぎがよく、計画していた場所にとてもスムーズに行く事ができた。 アレルギー対応をしてくれたので、安心して食事がとれた。

洗面所前お風呂に続く床にシミがたくさんあった。 冷蔵庫の効きが悪い。

建物中、部屋の中もいちいちおしゃれだったり可愛かったりして、若かったら写真とりまくってる。ただ旅行サイトではそこまで分からないのが残念。あと泡の洗顔があるのがうれしかった。

アロマ推しで、部屋は問題ないけどシャンプーの香りが苦手な人（私）にはキツイ。喫煙室が快適すぎる。

The reception staff were excellent and the hotel was very chic. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The breakfast time was very strict when we arrived 25 minutes before closing.

En general el espacio es bueno, me gustó encontrar un espacio artístico dentro de un hotel, creo que eso le agrega un valor importante (al menos para mí) porque lo hace diferente y te invita a detenerte. En cuanto a la habitación, es cómoda y bastante amplia, aunque por alguna extraña razón tuve algunas complicaciones con la llave a la hora de abrir la puerta, además la habitación tenía una excelente vista pero por el tema de remodelaciones no pude disfrutarla.

Aunque la conexión con el metro y otros transportes está excelente (entre 10 y 15 minutos), me pareció un tanto retirado de zonas de interés.

Emplacement près de la gare au top. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieux et très bien décorés. Le brunch est également super. Le personnel est au petits soins.

Trop loin de la gare de Kyoto Métro à plus de 10 minutes

Ein sehr schönes, stylisches Hotel. Unsere Zimmer waren geräumig mit einem wunderbaren Badezimmer mit Holzbadewanne. Das Frühstück mit den täglich wechselnden speziellen Sandwichs und den homemade Smoothies haben wir sehr genossen. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und in jeder Hinsicht hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels südlich vom Bahnhof war für uns perfekt. Bahnhof und U-Bahn sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir waren eine Woche in Kyoto und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt 😊

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo. El desayuno es magnífico, muy abundante. La habitación es muy tranquila, silenciosa. El internet funciona excelente (pude tener videollamadas sin problemas). El baño es limpio. La ubicación es buena, en una zona residencial tranquila pero cerca, a 10 minutos caminando, de la estación de Kioto. Al lado del hotel hay un pequeño supermercado y dos restaurantes locales muy muy ricos. El personal es amable.

Struttura gestita interamente da giovani, staff gentile e attento a mettere a proprio agio il cliente. Stile urban vintage, curato nei minimi dettagli. Qualità elevata del cibo a colazione. Camere di dimensioni sopra la media.

La cura e l’arredamento .. e il servizio

The front desk staff are very friendly and speak good English, making communication super smooth. The absolute best part is the breakfast—they serve a different sandwich every day, and they are delicious!

The single room is a little small, and the bathroom is quite tight, but it is what it is. In terms of cleaning, I felt the bathroom could have been cleaner.

El personal del hotel fue maravilloso. El desayuno muy variado. Al lado del metro y, aunque está retirado de todo lo interesante, el sitio es súper silencioso y en metro llegas en nada a todas partes.

Que no tenga una cortina más gorda para que no entre el Sol por la mañana.

Location was great 5 mins from metro, 15mins from main station. Breakfast was brilliant and bonus of a sandwich I took with me to eat while exploring the temples. Bar was lovely, nice IPA and curry.

C’est sympa d’avoir cette petite exposition a l’accueil et plusieurs consoles de jeu, des arcades… La chambre est bien, bien que petite. La ville est super, j’ai aimé rentrer me reposer le soir a l’hotel apres une longue journée de marche 😂

C’est clairement pas le meilleur emplacement, le quartier est assez vide mais c’est au centre de tout donc pas hyper loin des attractions, visites…

L’unico appunto è per la colazione. Mentre la parte salata è ricca e varia, la colazione manca quasi completamente di alimenti dolci. Peccato!!

非常に綺麗でコンセプトも良くオシャレだった。 清潔で、風呂場も綺麗だった。 アメニティも充実していたように思うし、不自由しない。 コスパは素晴らしい。 ゲームのような遊べるものもロビーにあり、楽しめる。

La localización

La habitación era espectacular. 40 M2 decorada por la artista japonesa Mica. Paredes y techos de flores de cerezo muy llamativas. Camas amplias y un sofá y TV de dimensiones extra. El baño con una bañera de madera circular estupenda y con vistas a un patio. Las partes comunes llenas de instalaciones artísticas muy interesantes. La smoking room bastante más agradable de lo visto en nuestro viaje. Y el precio fue muy barato para lo que nos ofrecieron

La fachada principal estaba en obras. Supongo que por eso el precio era tan bueno ok

Big room with a window that could be opened! A big table, sofa, comfy bed. The place is a bit of a mess because of renovation but it was really quiet during my stay. Great facilities. You can make your own bath salts. Interesting exhibition at the entrance. Close to bus and metro. The surrounding area is worth visiting.

The white board in front of the window could be cleaner. The air vent in the bathroom is loud.

強いて言えば、昨年まで何度も泊まっていた部屋と今回の部屋のモデルが異なり、前回までのモデルが気に入っていたので次回使用する際にはそちらの方でお願いしたいです

Nos hospedamos por una emergencia en este hotel y la verdad supero mis espectativas. Tiene un estilo bastante particular, quizas mas "artistico" tenian en recepcion una exposicion interactiva de videojuegos con bastante significado (recuerdo el "juego de la vida" y era un simulador con datos estadisticos reales de personas japonesas). Ademas el desayuno estuvo rico y estaba a buen precio.

Para fines turisticos la ubicacion puede no ser tan buena, ya que muchas quedan mas al centro/norte de kyoto.

Tenía muchas zonas comunes con videojuegos, un bar con amplio horario, lavadoras, máquinas expendedoras, microondas… Destacar también que el personal era muy amable, incluso nos regalaron dos bebidas en el bar.

MUY sucio. Las paredes tenían manchas de todos los colores, las puertas blancas estaban grises, la ducha tenía grandes manchas de humedad y la bañera tenía moho. Las ventanas del baño tenían lamparones con sospechosa forma. El aire acondicionado estaba enterrado en polvo, como si no hubieran limpiado esa zona jamás. En general todo extremadamente sucio. Teníamos una habitación con patio, que era grande, pero no pudimos aprovecharlo porque no había sillas, ni mesas, ni tendedero. Las fotos no son fieles a la realidad actual de las habitaciones.
