Dafür konnte die Wohnung nichts. Es war SEHR laut von der Straße her, die Couch im Wohnzimmer ließ sich nicht ausklappen, es war warm und stickig, Küchenausstattung war mäßig, ein vom Vorgänger benutztes Handtuch hing hinter der Badezimmertür, die Tür selbst merkwürdige flecke, der Preis entschieden zu hoch, Schimmel im Bad, Türgriff und Papierrollenhalterung löste sich

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Really lovely apartment. Literally 2 minutes walk from the main square and cathedral. But yet there was no noise at all. Was also handy as I popped back to the apartment a few times each day to drop shipping back etc. It was just so close to everything. Was really clean and comfortable and had a lovely big garden. Host was very helpful and great communication. I was on a late flight home and I was able to leave my luggage in the communal hall area for the full day. Had a washer and drier so I’m going home with all clean clothes. Was also great to be able to have fresh clothes after walking in the Camino.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Puedo decir que no obtuve contacto con el anfitrión ya que me mandaron un email con los códigos de entrada donde obtuve las tarjetas de ingresos,, el departamento y la ubicación es espectacular teniendo la intimidad necesaria con un jardín patio muy bonito, totalmente recomendable, lo único que no informaron som los impuestos municipales que ascendió a €13, dejamos las tarjetas en el mismo buzón que retiramos las mismas, con respecto a la ciudad y la catedral, no te les podés perder

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Appartamento in posizione centralissima, dietro alla cattedrale di Santiago. Il nostro era al piano terra, molto umido e con muffa sui muri zona cucina. Pulito e perfettamente in ordine con arredo come da fotografie. Cucina attrezzata , con zucchero, cialde caffè, sale olio etc. Peccato che c era solo lavatrice e non asciugatrice .

Es amplio y la cama muy cómoda; la comunicación con la anfitriona muy fluida y fácil el check in. Está súper bien ubicado y nosotros, como fuimos en auto, lo guardamos en el parking Juan XXIII, son dos o tres cuadras caminando, ya que hay que tener en cuenta que hay zonas de tránsito limitado. El parking es muy grande, de fácil acceso y el precio por día poco más de €11.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026El piso está muy bien preparado, muy cerca de la catedral. Siempre hay posibilidad de contactar con los anfitriones. Las sartenes eran casi nuevas, cosa complicada de encontrar.
Nos costó un poco encontrar la calle, el parking está un poco lejos, aunque hay otro más cercano no supimos entrar. Pero al final nos apañamos así. Echamos en falta utensilios de madera/plástico para no dañar las sartenes.

Lo que no me gustó la oscuridad y poca ventilación de la casa olía mucho a humedad y solo se podía abrir una mini ventana en la cocina . El resto de la casa si abrías la ventana era como si le dieses paso a la Gante que andaba por allí. La cama horrorosa se movía muchísimo y las almohadas horribles también.

Creo que esto no es solo este apartamento, en general, cada vez más se va siendo preciso tener aire acondicionado bueno. Y aunque tenía una máquina no era suficiente para días estrenos.

I’d suggest replacing the pillows. Do your washing at the apartment and take it to be dried at the cute launderette 50 meters away as the dryer at the flat isn’t great and the launderette is worth a visit anyway

Best of all there was a shared garden space that was a joy to hang out in. The host could not have been nicer and was very kind in facilitating an early check in for us.

The booking website had two different addresses on the webpage. I took us a long time to find the correct location. Also, we were confused by the different lockboxes. There were white lockboxes when we walked in. We were supposed to use the black lockbox by the door of the apartment.

The apartment was very well appointed, the beds were comfortable; kitchen was well stocked; had a washing machine which was very handy after walking the Camino There was an outside area that looks nice but the weather was too rainy to check it out

Reviewed May 4, 2026Clean convenient and excellent location. I was on street level so I kept the windows shuttered which left the apartment with almost no natural light.
The bed was one of the most uncomfortable during my 3 weeks in Spain and Portugal.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Die Lage des Apartements ist einmalig. 2 Minuten zur Altstadt und der Kathedrale. Und trotzdem total ruhig. Es ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und zum Haus gehört auch ein großer wunderschöner Garten.
Es gibt leider ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit. Das merkt man schon beim reinkommen und kann es teilweise auch sehen. Daran sollte dringend was unternommen werden.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Right around the corner of the cathedral, this is one of the best locations to stay at in Santiago! The property was quite nice and the kitchen well-equipped for some small meals/breakfast. The decorations also made it feel quite comfortable. If you want to do laundry, there is a machine, which is quite nice if you have gone for a long, sweaty walk. Host is also really nice and happy to accommodate additional requests (like an extra towel). If you like running; you can get to the Sar or other running locations rather quickly from here!
The water pressure was quite low. I have long hair, and it took me forever to wash out the shampoo. We were also only provided one towel for our 5 day stay (although the host provided an additional one upon asking!). The bed was a bit smaller than expected.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026The garden was lovely, I didn't realise the other guests shared it and not did they, the way they looked at me sitting outside reading. Could see the cathedral spires, being only about 2 minutes' walk away, and the gorgeous scent of the plants soothed this exhausted sightseer. When the heater in the sitting room didn't work the owner had it fixed straight away, she was very helpful, recommending museums and restaurants after I'd mentioned my interest. There were no queues to the Cathedral early on Friday evening, 17 April, but was far worse in the mornings.
The bedroom and sitting room windows face the street so I was reluctant to open them so only had the small kitchen window open when wanting some air.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Un alojamiento sencillo, limpio y que cuenta con todo lo necesario. Apartamento en la plata baja, pequeño, muy bien decorado y con acceso a un jardín-terraza precioso/a en el que se puede tomar algo tranquilamente. Justo al lado de la catedral.
