Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Mi estancia fue corta, solo me quede una noche porque iba para un concierto. Todo estuvo bien, el hotel esta muy bien ubicado, cuenta con buena iluminación, la cama muy comoda, el baño, el tv, el ventilador. Ademas todo muy aseado.
No creo que el hotel tenga la culpa, tuve una mala experiencia con un taxista. Sin embargo me gutaria que este tipo de hoteles ofrciera tambien un paquete de transporte, no sé si me explico, algo mas confiable, sobre todo para las mujeres que viajamos solas. Solo eso.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025La comodidad de la habitación, que nos cambiaron la habitación por otra que no tenía olor a cigarrillo, nos guardaron las maletas y la atención de la mayoría de los funcionarios del hotel.
Que en un principio buscaban que las maletas se guardaran debajo de las escaleras dispuestas para subir al segundo piso, pero luego el señor que se encontraba en la recepción, decidió utilizar un cuarto que tenían anteriormente dispuesto para ello, y eso generó más tranquilidad y seguridad con el cuidado de nuestras pertenencias.

Cons: the hostel administrator earned the nickname the invisible man. He was not readily accessible. The check in process was horrible. I and another Colombian gentleman named Oscar stood out in the rain and cold trying to gain access into the property. There was no human available in the hostel after 8:30pm. Travelers are tried, sleepy, and stressed out. This definitely needs to be improved. I actually got to meet the hostel administrator/ employee the next day and he did help me with an Uber. I would not stay at this property again until the check-in process improves. Rating 5.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2025I tend to like the bigger hotels because they don't try to overcharge you. The staff is much more professional and accommodating. My bad spanish speaking is a henderrance for everyone, including me. The hotel is clean and pretty nice. They have an elevator which makes it convenient when you travel with too much luggage. All in all, it's a fairly good value. I would recommend, especially with the rooms with a window, and the fan is awesome.
The only thing that I could complain about is that there is a distribution center across the street and it's a little noise in the early morning. I've been here 5 nights so far, and it only woke me up once. That's no fault of the hotel it just takes a little away from the location. I would still recommend it..
