The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The restaurant experience was excellent, with a good variety of food, great presentation, and attentive service. The staff were courteous, professional, and always ready to assist.Ms.Lucky is very lucky and helpful for guest.Chef Adarsh and Chef Ajay made delicious food for us. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with excellent hospitality, beautiful surroundings, and very good dining experiences. Highly recommended for both leisure travellers and families looking for a relaxing stay in Pushkar.

Everything about this place is excellent. It’s just that right now (date of stay 2nd august 2026) the only approach road is under maintenance which can cause a little trouble in getting there.

Naresh and Mahesh always went out of the way to help and support and ensure our stay and food experience was comfortable. We had a lovely stay at The Westin Pushkar. We had just come to relax, and the place is PERFECT for that. The architecture and greenery is gorgeous, the rooms are meant to be stayed in and enjoyed. The rooms, bathrooms, and entire property is very, very clean. The pool is excellent. All the staff is very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Narendra, who took great care of us at breakfast and meals every single day. Only suggestion would be to improve the WiFi, which could be more reliable. Would happily return.

A perfect relaxing resort with all the ultra modern amenities and facilities. The resort has many in-house complimentary activities for kids and adults. My kid enjoyed the camel cart ride a lot. The food was delicious and non-oily. The buffet breakfast had a lot of varieties. I was mostly impressed with the politeness of the staff. Mahesh and all the ladies receptionist at the checkin area were very polite. Specially thanks for the complimentary family photograph at the time of checkout. The cupcake session conducted by Harshita and Harbhajan was really amazing we had a lot of fun and it was really interactive. Their attitude towards us was very positive and friendly. Would highly recommend attending the session if you're visiting.

One of the best experiences of my life was being hosted by The Westin Pushkar. The Rooms, the staff and the Food was totally amazing. Specially Ms Anni, Mr Vinod & Mr Priyanshu were very very helpful and supportive. They made us feel so special and valued as if we were the only guests there to host. They helped us with the our kid so much that they even gave us a hack to enjoy our meals with our baby along side and without any disturbances. It was an extraordinary experience and I would definitely come back to experience it again and hope to get hosted by the same people in the same manner. I would also recommend everyone to try it for once at least Thank you so much for the experience

Management was very poor, they were not able to manage time and their staff among all the services.

Room size and pool inside room was awesome. So many varieties of food in breakfast and dinner and the food was so tasty. All the staff of resort was so supportive in nature and their hospitality was marvellous.

Food quality served during morning breakfast is superb and tasty. Masala Dosa was yummy and delicious. Excellent service rendered by support staff specially Nishika and Hansi.

Well designed and thought through resort for kids, families and couples. The staff is very polite, helpful and present at all times. Our kids loved the pool, camel and horse ride, cupcake making session, cycling experience, geese feeding and the indoor playground. We were very happy with kind of personalized support in the restaurant by Annu ji and Lucky ji. Both of them were very friendly with our kids and they loved it. I highly recommend this place.

The hospitality was really very nice. Food too was amazing and Chef "Adarsh" too came to attend us and valued our feedbacks, staff member "Anu" was also too sweet .

Beautiful property with utmost hygeine and luxury. The staff and hospitality is top notch. They will take care of you and will guide you at every step. Also the food is quiet good especially their asian selection.

I visited on 24th of May with my family taken 2 rooms. Its a beautiful property for weekend with beautiful pool in my room where we enjoyed alot. The food was really amazing in taste and all the credit goes to Chef *Adarsh Agarwal*, He himself takecare of me and my family. The location, atmosphere, view and the landscape was unforgettable. In past we visit many properties in pushkar but The Westin is the best.

It was a very good experience. Food is amazing. Nishika mam and sachin sir served a great service. Amazing place and food.

The best part about our stay was our server Ms. Nishika. She was fabulous in her manners, very courteous. It was quite late when she was serving us even then she did her best with a smile. I think she embodies the spirit of someone who loves her work and i would like to give her credit for her tremendous work. Hats off!

Amazing experience here at Westin pushkar. Gajendra, Shankar Sahwa, Hanshi were so polite and helpful towards us and they continued taking care of my 7 months old daughter as well so that we can eat properly. Chef Ajay Kumar also talked to us everyday regarding the food. Kids and toddler friendly food also available.

If you are going to Pushkar, then you must try it.. Staff are very supportive & helpful. Specially On Front Desk - Ms. Preeti & in the restaurant, Ms. Lucky were very supportive.

This was a very nice resort with a good breakfast and great restaurant. The chicken fried rice I had for dinner was excellent. There were great Indian dishes too. The resort was very nice an would be great for a relaxing weekend. It is not in town and is on a very poor road so not very convenient for going into Pushkar either. If you want to enjoy the resort amenities, though, it is great.

We reached very late nearly midnight as we were driving down from Delhi on a hot day. The hotel was in touch on What's App and enquired the arrival time. I had requested for rooms to be cool before we arrived. All rooms had the AC running and we were so comfortable on checking in and had a good night's rest. The Reception staff just took the id photographs and led us to the rooms immediately and not waste time to take credit card authorisation. Said they would do in the morning and we should rest. Greatly appreciated by me as a Marriott BonVoy member!

We had such a lovely and friendly dinner at the restaurant in Pushkar Westin. Harbhajan and Lishka served us and they were very kind and gentle, made our dinner perfect! They also took care of our dog's dinner as well which was unexpectedly surprising(it was free of charge)My dog is also very happy.

His polite behavior, patience, and willingness to help truly stood out. Gajendra handled every request with great respect and calmness, no matter how small it was. His humble attitude created a welcoming environment and made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to meet someone so kind and dedicated. His professionalism along with his humility really makes a difference. I would definitely look forward to visiting again.

Exceptional Stay at The Westin Pushkar Resort & Spa We had a truly wonderful stay at The Westin Pushkar. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and featured a lovely indoor plunge pool, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the team went out of their way to prepare a special off-menu item for us on request. The staff were extremely welcoming, warm, and genuinely engaging — they even took the time to interact with our daughter, which made us feel very comfortable and cared for. One evening, the chefs thoughtfully prepared a local cuisine meal especially for us, which was both delicious and memorable. Service throughout the stay was prompt and efficient — room service and housekeeping were fast, thorough, and maintained excellent cleanliness. The property itself is fabulous and expansive, especially impressive given its location in Pushkar. Complimentary high tea was a delightful touch and very well done. We also loved that there is a sightseeing point within the property itself, along with a beautiful pool, park areas, and scenic walkways that made for relaxing strolls. Overall, it was a very special and memorable experience, made even better by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Highly recommended, and we would love to return.

The food was stale which was served on the first day dinner The food service was very slow. We request for certain food never got it on time. I had certain allergies because the food that was served wasn’t according to specifications as mentioned Every time you stepped out of the room the key card would stop working. Never expected Marriott group service to be so atrocious

Our stay at The Westin Pushkar was a mix of highlights and frustrations. While the resort offers a peaceful escape, it doesn't currently live up to the global "Westin" or "Marriott" standard. The Good: • Dining: Truly the highlight of the stay. From the breakfast spread to the in-room dining and high tea, the food was excellent. • Ambiance: The property is located away from the city hustle, making it very serene. • Staff: The team members were polite and courteous throughout our stay. The Bad: • Room Condition: The property feels very old. The bathroom fixtures were either outdated or simply not working correctly, which is disappointing for this price point. • Service Bottleneck: The concierge system is highly inefficient. Having a single point of contact for room support sounds good in theory, but it was "painstakingly slow" in practice. Every request required a callback just to confirm requirements, leading to unnecessary delays. Verdict: Great food and polite staff can’t hide the fact that the property needs a major renovation and a more efficient service model.
