Wonderful staff and beautiful location. Just 2 buses from the international airport. Convenient selection of items at the reception in case you require anything from flip flops to snacks. Thank you for the lovely stay !!

The website should have told us there was about a km or more of walking to our hotel from where the taxi dropped us off. There was no directions on how to get there and all the while in the dark. We are senior citizens with mobility issues and loaded down with 7 pieces of luggage, and we struggled mightily. Worse of all there were no staff to help us. Definitely a bad experience after 13 hours of travel. I would definitely not book this hotel again. Give this a very poor rating.

The location and the staffs

The stay was pleasant overall, but the room felt quite small and lacked enough space to comfortably open and manage luggage. There was also no proper seating area to sit and relax, and having no mirror in the room made it difficult to get ready comfortably. The room essentially had space for the bed and bathroom, so a little more room and some basic amenities would have made the stay much more comfortable.

It is a very long walk from where both the ferry and the bus arrive, about a mile. It was 37 degrees C and 75% humidity every day, so the walk, with luggage, is exhausting. The water at beach is the dirtiest I have ever seen. Visibiity is less zero (not a quarter inch, zero, green-brown water). The bottom is thick mud or sand so your whole foot goes in (cannot see what it is down there because no visibility). The District Council posts notice at beach that it has high levels of E. Coli, so you swim at your risk, unless your goal is to take your last swim, in which case you will be in heaven (literally). The food at nearby Silvermine is excellent and good price. This is NOT beach vacation.

It is an ideal resort for short and long stay.

El personal fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento. El sector es bien lindo también, en la noche hay búfalos en la playa ya que es un animal protegido. Si bien hay que caminar unos 10 minutos para llegar al hotel porque no llegan los autos al mismo punto, es todo muy cómodo y tranquilo. Es una localidad súper relajada, puedes llegar en barco, bus o taxi azul.

The trip switch on the wall in our room 'tripped' every 5 mins throughout the night and flashed light every time. This was noisy, disturbing and dangerous. We did not sleep one wink.

Lovely place, but the access to the hotel is a bit of a walk especially when you have older people. My aunt found it very difficult to walk after a long flight

Its good in this price. No dress cabinet .wifi not working. Staff not cooperating. Breakfast Average. It was good in this price. When I complained for wifi, they didn't resolve it and said you can come in Lobby to use WiFi.

スタッフがとにかく優しい。 夜中にチェックインも対応していた。 ついていた朝ごはんはとてもおいしかった。 一晩だけ泊まったがコンパクトな部屋で全て揃っていて問題なかった！

制限エリアなのを知らずに予約してしまい、 制限エリア内限定のブルーランタオタクシーしか夜中は手段がなくてそれを知っていたら予約はしなかったと思うが、とても落ち着いていてスタッフも優しく満足したステイだった。なぜか部屋にガムが一つ落ちていたことは少し気になったが、食べてないものだったので落としたのだろう。

Le fait qu’il faille prendre un taxi (pas de uber ni grab-interdit) et qui dépose à 5-10 min de l’hôtel, le reste c’est à pied. Lorsque que nous arrivons tard, avec des enfants et les valises, c’est ennuyeux. Les chambres sont très petites, les lits également. Les prises pour recharger les appareils électroniques, ne fonctionnaient pas. Le shampoing, après shampoing et gel douche sont payants. Le personnel n’est pas arrangeant.

Нам очень понравилась работа сотрудницы на рецепшн. Она была всегда приветлива и помогала с лббым запросом. Даже был кейс, когда мы выписались и пошли на паром, дочка забыла свой браслет. Так вот она бежала за нами почти киллометр, чтобы вернуть. Взамен не попросила ничего. Спасибо ей. Всегда меняли полотенца. В целом было вполне чисто.

Очень маленькие комнатушки ( На просьбу поменять или предожить номера с большей площадью мы так и не получили внятного ответа и предложения (

Emplacement idéal, personnel au top.

Very comfortable and a charming atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. It was perfect for a relaxing few days after the hectic and busy streets of Hong Kong island. It is a few minutes walk from some excellent restaurants and cafes.

Excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely little room with everything I need. Free snacks and toiletries were much appreciated. The breakfast was great. Also taps outside to wash your feet after coming in from the beach were nice.

A little dated with some ware and tear. Also a surprise 500HKD deposit which I wasn’t expecting.

Loved the breakfast, location and staff very nice.

Some of the Rooms are small, always check before booking.

Very friendly helpful staff, early check-in allowed which was much appreciated after an early flight arrival. Directions before arrival very helpful, easy to find hotel, attractive reception area, kettle in room, comfy bed, breakfast okay but very basic, location ideal for the town, at the beach, short walk to buses, ferries, etc.

Few facilities in the tiny room, no chair, no desk, small shelf for laptop work, no tea or coffee, fridge working but not cold, poor lighting.

Fantastic location, friendly staff and breakfast included each day. It was a great base to explore this beautiful area.

Could not find the property and no one would answer calls or messages to help, I walked around the dark streets in the middle of the night with my son, we were scared and worried we then had to wait an hour for another taxi to take us back to the airport which we had to sleep on the floor

O quarto era bastante pequeno para 2 pessoas. Para 1/2 dias é ok. Mas de facto mal conseguíamos abrir as malas a não ser em cima das camas. Mas não era nada de mais

The staff here were all extremely friendly, generous and kind. They went out of their way when we had a problem and had a Christmas party for guests. It was really nice. The location is very good. It's on the bay with a 10 minute walk to the restaurants and ferry/bus terminal. The breakfast was good and the beach was nice. The room was very clean new towels were provided every day. The shower was excellent and the bed was also very comfortable.

The building itself is not new and the rooms are small. Nevertheless, it was fine for a few days and we were mostly out and about anyway.

A place where taxis don't go. If you choose this hotel, you will get off the taxi and walk there. I didn't go in at night because I had babies.

It is located in Mui Wo Village in Lantau Island and the environment is peacefully secluded. There is a beach outside the facility if you want to swim.

It was near HKPA facility as I was attending an event there. Very near the beach too. Bed was surprisingly comfy. Staff do try to be helpful.

Rooms are very small. Quite rundown. However, please note that hotel options are very limited on Muiwo.

Breakfast , terrible . Fried spam , fried eggs , baked beams and white toast . No choice . Second day cold baked beans and bacon replaced the spam . Didn’t go on 3rd day .

The room was lovely and clean. Nice view of the sea from the room. Had fresh water, biscuits and room serviced everyday. The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming. Good breakfast in the morning. Shout out to Ana and the other lady who does breakfast,sorry didn't get her name for the amazing help with transport etc . Would definitely stay again
