The management and staff were warm and very hospitable. It was like staying with a friendly and accommodating family

Nothing in particular. I experienced a homely reception. It will be nice to have a regular English-speaking channel on TV.

Me senti em casa, precisei de um ferro de passar a dona me emprestou ferro e tábua, claro que ela perguntou se queria que alguém fizessse pra mim. Todo dia tem água mineral disponível. Por ser próximo do BITEC fui e voltei andando, me senti segura em todos os horários. Estação do BTS é próxima e a dona da pousada te explica todos os passos pra ir do aeroporto até lá de ARL e BTS.

The room is very spacious and clean. The location is perfect if you are going to an event at BITEC, plus there’s lots of food options nearby.

It was a fantastic location (walking distance to Bitec and many restaurants/eateries) the room was clean and comfortable with everything you would need and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a nice change from a hotel and great value for money.

I liked the harder mattress/bed but I can imagine some people may not but not a problem for me.

We really enjoyed staying here. Room was really clean. Host was also very kind and they gave us a lot of useful information. Would recommend staying here.

Spacious and quiet room

The bed sheets are of that type of cotton that makes you very warm - not desirable in the hot water of Bangkok The location is a bit far for this price range

I like the design and vibe of the place, the lady at reception was very nice. The AC worked great, WiFi was fast.

The room was a little bit tired, but for that price I didn't have big expectations.

The hospitality of the owner and location. At walking distant to mcdonald and Sky Train. Easy to go anywhere in bangkok.

Nothing Bed needs to be more comfortable because it makes sounds, and there should be a viper in the bathroom

The guesthouse was very clean. It has a good location. You can reach the BTS stop very quickly on foot. The rooms are large.The mattresses are very hard. But that's probably the case in Thailand.

Seating could be created in the smoking area.

Cheap, Clean, spacious room with little table, 2 chairs and small prison style balcony, close to BTS station and temple area.

Cold check in on doorstep, zero hospitality, 3 stairs up, no help, not much around, beside bike repair shops.

Super nice hosts and very clean rooms. Water was provided every day and we even received a free upgrade. Location is not the best for tourists as it is far from everything a tourist may be interested in, but if you use the skytrains there is a station 2min walk from the accommodation. We rented a scooter so for us not being in the middle of the fun was not a problem, even a bonus as it was quiet day and night. They have an enclosed parking area and a gate that closes at night so we felt very safe. The bed is kinda hard though 😁.

The location was really good, only walking distance to BITEC. The only downside was the bed quite hard like a wood, makes me unable to sleep well. The facilities come with washing machine and dryer (prepaid). my rating is 3/5. I wish the bed was comfortable.

The bed quite hard. The rest was ok.

The staff are friendly and kind. Moreover they allow you to have your own freedom like you can leave with your room key and explore Bangkok and come back later. Additionally it is close to bangna BTS station just a work of five minutes which i feel is convenient in exploring Bangkok.

The owners were very welcoming and extremely obliging. The room was clean and spacious, and it was always remarkably peaceful in the guest house. There is a washing machine and drier for you to use (at a small cost). There is the excellent Ton Sai night market at Bearing (just one stop away on the BTS) where they sell a large variety of local food.. There is also a 7-11 about 8 minutes walk away from the guest house and a McDonald's just up the road too. The Bang Na BTS station is just a few minutes walk away meaning you can get to Asok, Siam etc in 20-25 minutes. Overall we would highly recommend staying at Baan Mai Guest House.

Around the area is very quiet. The bed is hard, and I can't sleep comfortably. The bed sometimes suddenly shakes. You have more energy for going up with stairs because there is no lift

Mattress was very hard

The hotel is next to BITEC, where I have a meeting, and the Bang Na BTS station. So that I can easily access anywhere I want to go from there to downtown. Just make sure to check in before 10 pm then you can go on 24/24 with the door key. It is very convenient for tourists and businessmen. Anh do not forget to mention the staff. They do their best. They have great conversation, great support, and great hospitality. BTW, it's near Bang Na Market so you can go around to see local market and the people working daily.

I have nothing to complain about this guest house, The room is fine, and the staff is great.

It’s very close to BITEC, just across the road. I didn’t expect it to be so near. There is a temple around the corner. The room are clean, neat and have TV, hair dryer, small fridge and AC. Comfortable to stay. The host and her mom and the staff were very nice and supportive.

really love how it is so near with bitec and bang na station! it is also safe to walk alone at night, owner very kind and helpful, the alley is so close to the main road

Very close to BITECH fair centre by walk max. 10 minutes. Several small restaurants are nearby reachable by walk. There is nice Temple area just 2 minutes by walk nearby. The room was clean and equipped with water cooker, air conditioner and a refrigerator.

So far it was good enough for us. No complain.

Its right in front of BITEC. 5 minutes walk to Bang Na Metro station. They give bottled water everyday. Big room. Very helpful and cheerful family managing the facilities.

Will stay again & recommended

Overall had a good stay at this place. Owner was very nice and answered all my questions patiently. Only thing I didnt find convenient was trying to locate the guesthouse. I suggest for the owner to maybe have a big sign hanging outside with english words instead of it written in thai as there will be international customers coming in. Other than that, the room was fairly good.

The location and staff are great.
