Yi's Garden Villa

Goede locatie, je bent snel in het centrum maar de omgeving van het hotel zelf is rustig. Kamers zijn ruim.

Personeel kon amper Engels en probeerde ook niet echt om behulpzaam te zijn bij vragen.

Wir mochten das große Bett, sowie die große Dusche und die 24h Rezeption, welche uns auch einen früheren Check-Out ermöglicht hat.

Leider hatten wir eine Kakerlake im Zimmer. Außerdem war unsere Klimaanlage kaputt, sodass diese eine dauerhafte, riesige Pfütze im Zimmer hinterlassen hat. Dies war zudem mit dem Personal aufgrund einer Sprachbarriere schwer zu kommunizieren. Leider hatten wir darüber hinaus auch ein Fenster mit einem Blick auf eine Wand/Zaun.

!Op foto’s ziet het er vele malen beter uit dan hoe het is. Het is zeer slecht onderhouden! Er zaten schimmels en kalk in de badkamer. Ook lagen er nog haren in de badkamer. De koelkast gaf een muffe lucht en ook hier zat schimmel aan de randen. Het bed was keihard (zelfs voor Thaise standaarden) en er zaten vlekken in het matras/hoeslakens. Zwembad ziet er ook niet uit. Het is erg gehorig. Dronken buren maakte kabaal door hard op deuren te bonzen. Wordt niks mee gedaan. Wij zijn 2 nachten eerder uitgecheckt door de barslechte staat van dit complex.

Charming location in Old City. There is a "laundromat" across from the entrance, and a great massage place immediately next door. Pool was refreshing and of a decent size. Very easily walkable location.

Rooms were definitely worn and could use updating. No TV, if that matters to you.

We had a lovely stay here! The room itself surpassed our expectations given the price and was extremely comfortable, clean and spacious- we were pleasantly surprised by the large size of the twin beds and thought that the bathroom was particularly nice. We also enjoyed spending time in the communal space outside (including the pool and seating area), and although the hotel itself was very easy to get to by grab you could also walk very easily to many nearby restaurants, cafes and other amenities which the staff were able to recommend to us when asked. We would definitely recommend staying here, thank you very much!

Chambres avec lits jumeaux très étroites Les lits sont grands et confortables mais peu de place pour circuler. Au niveau de la salle de bain, aucune séparation entre la douche et les toilettes, donc à chaque douche, la salle de bain entière est mouillée

Très joli hotel avec beaucoup de charme, bien situé et propre. La piscine est très agréable et le personnel est très gentil.

Malheureusement les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées et les lits sont durs et pas confortables. La chambre manque un peu d'espace de rangement, avec 2 valises c'est un peu petit.

Irre wenig Möglichkeiten Dinge auszupacken oder aufzuhängen. Gerade wenn man wie wir mit 2 Einzelbetten reist, da ist dann das Zimmer komplett voll. Schade. Keine Haken zum aufhängen, trocknen...

Absolutely loved my stay here. The surroundings are lovely, location super central. The bed was okay, pillows a bit lumpy and should be changed. My one wish would be for some toiletries and a small face towel.

The salt water swimming pool made it all worth it.

The rooms are very small and we had loads of bruises from the beds. They are ok but nothing great - ok for this price.

Good location

Room was small and had nowhere to put clothes, so you have to live 'out of your bag'. The shower had nothing to keep the water from the rest of the bathroom, so the toilet was always soaking after a shower.

The bed was comfortable.

There is no fridge and mirror in the room.

The room was too noist to fall asleep. The rain drops on the roof and it made too much noise. And they refused to change room for us . It's hard to sleep well. And the service is not good at all. No smile on their faces. The shower water is smelly too.

Struttura in buono stato e in ottima posizione. La camera era molto spaziosa. C'è una piscina, ma noi non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata.

Peccato non poter avere un'opzione con colazione inclusa. Lo staff, per quanto molto gentile, non ci ha saputo aiutare nell'organizzazione di un tour che volevamo fare. Doccia non divisa dal resto del bagno quindi si bagna un po' tutto, ma credo sia normale in Thailandia.

I watched a staff member clean the ashtrays in the pool The bed was rock hard There were no cups in the room, just a kettle which made no sense also no little table or bench to prepare anything on The hotel is pictured very different online to real life. Very budget place.

The place is located at the city centre and very close to the market and pubs.

The room was located on the 3rd floor and did not have lift. Also there was no staff to help with the luggage. This fact was not mentioned anywhere earlier.

The accomodation offers a refreshing pool, a free coffee corner with a Portalfilter machine and a Koi pond fountain. Despite the great central location it is very quiet and we were relaxingly woken up by jungle sounds and the morning cock crow. The staff is very friendly and other than stated online the reception is actually available 24/7.

The pretty bamboo beds are relatively hard.

La situation géographique, la piscine et le fait que ce soit un petit établissement.

Le bruit des machines « eau chaude » dans la cour de l’autre côté du mur : très bruyant. Cela se produisait à plusieurs moments de la journée et de la nuit.

Établissement très bien situé, très propre, la pisicine est agréable. Chambre très spacieuse avec literie confortable.

Personnel moyennement réactif car quand nous sommes arrivés pour le Check in à 14h personne n’était là, juste un papier sur le comptoir indiquant qu’ils prenaient une pause. On a attendu un moment. Malheureusement nous avons eu une chambre avec vue sur mur, donc très sombre mais ça c’est une question de chance.

cogimos la habitacion mas cara ya que queriamos comodidad y no ruido pero olor a cañeria y lo peor un ruido horrible por la noche, que me hizo salir de la habitacion a la 1 de la mañana duro media hora y a las dos horas otra vez despiertos, ni con tapones conseguimos dormir. al dia siguiente nos dicen que es el tanque de oxigeno del estanque de peces y que no pueden hacer nada

La habitación superpequeña, era agobiante no poder dejar las maletas en ningún lado. Tenias que agacharte para verte en el espejo del cuarto de baño. La cisterna no paraba de echar agua, una noche fue horrible. Expuesto al exterior por una fina pared y un ventanal, se oye todo. Para peinarte con el secador tiene q ser afuera del baño y sin espejo, salía echo un cuadro. Limpieza bien. El personal bien. No volvería.

The bed was comfy, the room and bathroom were clean. The location was good.

The first picture of the pool looks like the pool and patio are huge. It's actually quite small and right next to the street (small street with not much traffic though) and between buildings. I was a bit disappointed as I booked this hotel mainly for the outdoor which was not that great to my opinion.

Byly rezervovány 2 pokoje, jedna rezervace byla zapřena i když byla zaplacena. Asi po půl hodině, kdy jsme řešili co dál, byla noc, přišla recepční s tím že rezervaci našla, omluva byla nedostatečná.

Temná chodba , uklouzl jsem a spadl jsem do bazénu z rybami.

Excellent location and the staff was great. Special shout out to Tanya who was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Rooms could have been a little bigger, especially the bathrooms. One of our mattresses was a little lopsided.

Our room was close to the check-in desk, and was fairly loud on one night and the beds were uncomfortable.

The location was really good, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere downstairs with the pool and cosy places to sit in. The view from our room was quite nice, we got to have a peak at the sunset every evening. The staff very lovely, welcoming and very helpful.

The room was quite tiny, making it difficult for two of us with big suitcases to exist in there. The bathroom was not as nice as on the pictures, and the shower was cold. The beds were a bit too firm to some of us.

Enjoyed the pool. It was clean. We loved the area, best of chiang mai with so many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Les chambres sont très petites (en tous cas la standard et la supérieure -peut-être pas celles qui sont en bord de piscine ou au RDC), et une fois qu’on a mis les bagages, difficile de circuler. Ceci dit, si on vient juste pour dormir, cela suffit amplement, les extérieurs autour de la piscine permettant de se reposer agréablement

Situé dans une petite rue avec plusieurs resto et commerces. Le bus qui arrive de l’aéroport s’arrête à la porte Est toute proche. Petite piscine avec 2 chaises longues, agréable jardin ombragé avec tables et chaises. Accueil souriant. Parfaite gestion des demandes d’excursion.

Hormis une table de nuit, une barre en bois et 4 cintres, pas de rangement. Pas de lampe de chevet. Pas d’eau chaude au lavabo, pas d’eau froide à la douche, la douche n’est pas séparée du reste de la salle de bain, abattant de WC pas très propre et posé de travers. Matelas inconfortable. Très fort bruit de moteur provenant de l’extérieur de la chambre.

Great location in the old town of Chiang Mai. While it is in the old town, the little street is super quiet and surrounded by very relaxed and small coffee spots and restaurants. Great for walking around

Innerhalb von 15 min ist man zu Fuß bei den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Insgesamt schöne ruhige Lage an einer wenig befahrenen Straße.

Das Zimmer war relativ klein und beengt.

Good location, quite but very close to busting area (8min walk to bars). Cozy, small yard with the pool, cool to chill out, but small (like 5 sunbeds or so + a table with chairs).

I was unlucky to book a room that was extremely small, no space to put a suitcase. Also, the only window was overlooking the staircase, so not only no view and limited natural light, but in order to not be watched by people walking curtains has to be closed all the time. I'm sure that in a pool front room or one with normal windows I'd have very different experience. No elevator and nobody to help with luggage.
