Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Highly recommended!!! The place is managed by a mother and daughter(and her beautiful two dogs!!!) and a wonderful group of women plus a lovely security men at night. Everything is clean and tidy and you have everything you need around you:) Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff, great facilities- I was there for 2 nights and loved it so much I came back again! If you're looking for a cozy clean place in the old city of Chiang Mai and you have a room avaliable here - Don't miss it😊❤️

Reviewed May 29, 2026I was happy from the beginning as I was upgraded to have a airco instead of a fan in the room. Location was perfect and the room was clean. Everyday I had new towels and bottles of water.
The only thing that was a little annoying is that you could hear absolutely everything even though it is situated on a quiet street. If a scooter passes by or someone talks. During nights I could hear a washing machine working because of the shared pipes I believe. Otherwise its very cosy, nice place.

Quizás echaba de menos un secador de pelo y un microondas para poder calentar te algo de comida. Ah y las almohada eran enormes, un rompecuellos.

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Les hôtes sont super gentils, la chambre est très propre ça sentait très bon à mon arrivée. La chambre a une taille resonnable pour 1 personne. L'emplacement est top, se trouve au centre de toutes les activités, restaurants et temples. Tout est accessible facilement à pied.
Le seul point, je dirai manque de luminosité dans la chambre sinon rien à redire.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026This was a great little hotel, which had a boutique feel to it. It was clean, quiet and very well-priced. Good wifi and cafes nearby. I paid by credit card but online through booking - actually stayed three nights total as I changed rooms the last two nights. The best part was that it was on a quiet side street with no late night club noises.

Such a good nights rest compared to some hostels we’ve stayed at. Just loved it. Fridge in the room was a nice bonus too Bathroom was very clean also and a balcony to eat and smoke is another great addition. Cannot recommend enough Also a great restaurant around the corner called coconut shell. Food was insane

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026It was simple, but truly had everything you could need. The biggest plus for me was the staff (and the doggo’s). They were some of the nicest staff I have encountered on my months of travel. Would 1000% stay there again.
The only reason why i scored it 9 instead of 10 was because the room did let in quite a bit of noise.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Hôtel idéalement situé dans une petite rue calme. Chambre simple mais confort, Clim fonctionnait parfaitement et nouvelles serviettes et bouteilles d’eau tous les jours.
Le système de clefs des portes est un peu ancien et pas facile à comprendre, j’ai fini par trouvé le « truc » le dernier jour mais vraiment pas grave.
