Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Il bagno della mia camera era ampio e moderno. La struttura, inoltre, dispone di una piccola cucina ben fornita con tutti gli utensili necessari. Anche la posizione è molto buona: Tutte le principali fermate della metro sono abbastanza vicine e permettono di raggiungere comodamente tutte le principali attrazioni di Barcellona in una mezzoretta.
Ho riscontrato diverse criticità. Innanzitutto, le foto della camera sono un po' ingannevoli, in quanto gli spazi risultano più piccoli rispetto a come appaiono online. Per quanto riguarda la stanza, mi aspettavo di trovare un letto matrimoniale e un singolo, invece di 3 letti singoli. Le prese di corrente dietro la testiera del letto sono piuttosto scomode. Il problema più grave, però, è stato con il parcheggio e l'assistenza dell'host: avendo prenotato un parcheggio vicino, le cui telecamere leggono male le targhe straniere, avevo avvisato il proprietario prima di ripartire. Mi aveva assicurato che avrebbe sistemato tutto lui, ma non l'ha fatto. Al momento di uscire ho cercato di contattarlo ripetutamente senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Anche l'assistenza del parcheggio è rimasta irreperibile a lungo; solo dopo una mezz'ora di attesa snervante mi hanno finalmente aperto la sbarra.

My twin room was advertised with an inner courtyard view, but it just looks at a wall several feet away and has frosted windows. It may have been my own misunderstanding. It didn't detract from the overall value and convenience, but it's worth noting if you prefer to have natural light in your room. The air-conditioning is also a bit noisy, but not too bad.

El baño muy limpio, tenía una caldera eléctrica para calentar agua y sobres de café y te. Muy cerca de una estación de metro, lo que facilitó la movilidad a diferentes petes de la ciudad. La amabilidad del personal que nos recibió y atendió.
Tenía poca ventilación, una ventana que daba para un patio interno y de a ratos se sentía un poco pesado el ambiente. Al tener aire acondicionado la situación suavizaba.

Una zona donde poder parar el coche a descargar o cargar, pero vaya, que tampoco es del alojamiento en sí, más bien sería a nivel del ayuntamiento. Es que está en una calle de un sentido (que parece peatonal pero si se puede pasar con el coche) y no se puede aparcar en ninguno de los dos lados y pues como cualquier ciudad grande a veces es complejo encontrar aparcamiento fuera, de hecho el primer día aparcamos en el parking del hotel. Pero vaya, tampoco lo considero para nada algo malo del alojamiento.

Готель маленький, але зручний і чистий. Є загальна кухня для всіх номерів, де можна набрати питну воду, там є холодильник, мікрохвильова піч. В номері є все необхідне, все чистенько. Адміністратор на рецепції був дуже приємний, розповів, де що знаходиться і як туди краще добратися.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026We wanted to book an accommodation a bit further away from the city center and its noise, and the location was perfect. We could reach everything within 20–30 minutes by metro. The area was full of local restaurants and cafés, and there were plenty of supermarkets (e.g. Lidl) and grocery stores nearby. At the accommodation, we could use the shared kitchen and refill our water bottles with filtered water for free. The bed was comfortable, and both the bedroom and the bathroom were clean. The staff were very kind and helpful and spoke very fluent English. On our last day, we were able to leave our luggage at the reception, which allowed us to enjoy one final walk around the city before our departure.
The room itself was not very spacious, and there was limited space to store our clothes and personal belongings. Our room overlooked the inner courtyard. We were aware of this when booking, but I must tell it was not the best choice for us. The room received very little natural light, and we missed having a nicer view. Another issue was the noise. The neighbour and the other rooms were very close, and on some nights it was difficult to fall asleep because we could clearly hear a neighbour watching TV at a high volume.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026We are a family with 2 wheelchair users and we have been looking for a place that would allow to house three people, while not compromising in-room mobility. The room definitely delivered. As far as accessibility features, there is a step-free entrance and way to the room, with only a 2-3cm step blocking the water from spilling out of the shower, which is large and has the shower seat that you can transfer into easily. The bathroom also features the toilet with handles on both sides and is positioned well, so that you can transfer onto the seat from multiple angles, depending on your personal preference. We have routinely had both wheelchairs in the bathroom at the same time and had room to spare. The apartment was kept clean and the staff was kind and responsive to our requests even when they were out of the ordinary. There are 3 Metro stations close by (within 700m or so from the property), and getting to various parts of the city is not an issue at all. Will definitely return to the property on our next stay in Bar

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. Délelőtt érkeztünk és lepakolhattuk a csomagjainkat a szálláshelyen. A házigazda mindent elmondott nekünk telefonban. A közös konyhában elérhető ivóvíz mindenkinek. A szoba tiszta volt és a szálláshely elhelyezkedése nagyon szuper. Rengeteg busz és egy metró megáll a közelben, csendes és igényes környék.
A képek sajnos nem fedik a valóságot a szobával kapcsolatban. A szoba sokkal kisebb volt mint a képen, az ágy is sokkal kisebb (valamint csak az egyik oldalon volt éjjeliszekrény). Az sem látszik a fotókon, hogy az ablak egy lichthofra néz, ami miatt nem jut be természetes fény és nincs szellőzés. A fürdőszoba rendben volt.

Hanno uno spazio in comune con frigo e cucina A 10 minuti a Piedi dalla metro rossa e 7 minuti a piedi dalla linea blu. Comodissimo il garage convenzionato a 2 minuti a piedi al costo di 12€ al giorno . Zona tranquillissima ,supermercato e pub vicino .

We arrived outside reception hours and the instructions for entry were sent to us clearly and the access was easy and straightforward. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room, and the shower has good pressure and plenty of hot water. There are plenty of places to eat nearby.

El tamaño de la habitación suficiente para una persona sola. Los propietarios no pueden ser más amables y serviciales. Desde luego muy buena relación calidad precio.

The place definitely needs more investment. We couldn’t find any space to unpack our things. Everything seemed old. There was an unbearable smell from the bathroom. The only good thing was cleaning lady cleans everything good.

Bardzo blisko apartamentu sklepy, restauracje, kawiarnie , apteka i targ i wszędzie bardzo mili ludzie. W obiekcie bardzo miła obsługa bardzo szybko reaguje na potrzeby i zapytania. Jeśli ktoś jest pierwszy raz w Barcelonie otrzyma wszystkie informacje co , gdzie i jak , włascicielka wszystko wyjaśnia i przekazuje darmową mapę z pełną instrukcją, polecam ten obiekt.
