Excellent location, close to a station to get into the main sights but far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle in the evenings for a quiet evening. Excellent rooftop, had a bar which we didn’t use but the views are great.

The room itself was very small! Barely enough room to walk around the bed.

I liked the most that there's a metro station perry much in front of the hotel.

I did not like that is not too closed to any of the main"must do" in Barcelona. Not closed at all to the airport or the train station.

Beautiful pool in a perfect location! Rooms were a great size.

El ruido del aire acondicionado

Der Pool/ die Sitz- und Liegemöglcihkeiten auf dem Dach mit Blick auf die Sagrade Familia und Barcelona war mein Highlight. Das Dreibettzimmer war groß genug für drei Betten, ohne dass man sich auf den Füßen stand. Bad und Flurbereich waren ebenfalls groß genug. Kleidung und Koffer konnten mühelos verstaut werden. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, weil die Anreise mit der Bahn vom Flughafen sehr reibungslos und ohne Umstieg geklappt hat. Außerdem hatte man von hier mehrere Möglichkeiten in diverse Busse (auch Touribusse) einzusteigen und die Stadt zu entdecken. Außerdem gab es direkt nebenan mehrere Möglichkeiten günstig zu frühstücken.

Tisztaság, kényelem, tetőtéri medence csodás panorámával, jó lokáció és nagyon kedves személyzet. Aznap volt a fiam születésnapja és felküldtek egy kis pezsgőt, muffint gyertyával és egy üdvözlőlappal.

Great hotel - comfortable beds, lovely pool on the roof with 360 view to the city, very friendly and helpful service at the reception desk. Great location. Very easy to get to airport with the train - 30 min direct trip. Train and metro station 3 min walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Bathroom/toilet glass door that did not shut and couldn't be locked. It was always ajar.

Hôtel vraiment bien apprécié avec des chambres très confortables et plus spacieuses qu'attendu, comprenant également une vue sur la Sagrada Familia. Petit déjeuner excellent, on n'a pas manqué de choix. Hôtel également très proche de la ligne de métro principale. Pour les plus courageux, l'hôtel est à 10-15min à pied de la Sagrada Familia ou 15-20min de l’hôpital de Sant Pau. Rooftop avec très belle vue et piscine agréable (nous n'avions pas testé le bar).

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le rooftop est magnifique, avec une belle piscine et une superbe vue sur la Sagrada Família. L’emplacement est également un vrai plus, à seulement quelques pas d’une entrée de métro, ce qui permet de se déplacer très facilement. Le personnel est au top, accueillant et sympathique. Le spa est assez simple, mais reste agréable pour un petit moment de détente. Mention spéciale pour la salle de bain, très spacieuse, et surtout pour la grande douche à l’italienne, vraiment appréciable ! Dans l’ensemble, une très bonne expérience et un hôtel que nous recommandons !

Seul petit point négatif : notre chambre était située au 1er étage, juste au niveau de la salle de repas. Il y avait donc pas mal de bruit le matin et en soirée.

Me gustó mucho la terraza, la cama super cómoda y el personal muy amable.

空港からは少し離れているが、繁華街にもアクセスがよく、地下鉄の駅も近いため不便は感じなかった。 また、午前中に到着したがアーリーチェックインを追加料金なしで対応してくれた。

空調が効きすぎて、寝る時は止めてちょうど良いくらいであった。ルーフトップにプールもあり快適に過ごせた。

Nos ha encantado la estancia, la vista desde la piscina es un imperdible!!!! y la atención del personal de recepción fue excepcional. Destacamos la preocupación de Isaac por resolver nuestras dudas y ayudarnos incluso en cosas domesticas como unas dificultades que tuvimos con la silla de nuestro bebe. El entorno es muy bueno, cerca de la sagrada familia y a pasos del metro que te lleva a todaa partes.

Location is okay, you can go by bus or metro to the city center. One or more floors of the hotel are renovated and the rooms there are pretty nice and modern. The old rooms are dated and damaged. Overall a good experience.

Housekeeping entered the room at 8 o clock in the morning on the day of our departure without knocking and woke us up.

Ns chegada na recepção apanhei um susto. O recepcionista disse que ne reserva tinha sido cancelada. Mas depois de mostrar a confirmação da minha reserva ele acabou resolvendo esse mal entendido. Se não levasse esse comprovante teria sido muito complicado, devido ao espanhol que eu não falo.

Πολύ καθαρό και προσεγμένο ξενοδοχείο, με άνετους χώρους και εξαιρετική ποιότητα παροχών. Το πρωινό είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών και όλα ήταν πολύ καλής ποιότητας. Ένα ακόμη μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα είναι η πολύ κοντινή στάση του μετρό, που κάνει την πρόσβαση και τις μετακινήσεις στην πόλη ιδιαίτερα εύκολες. Συνολικά, μια πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή!

Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν η πισίνα, η οποία είναι αρκετά ρηχή και περισσότερο κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση παρά για κανονικό κολύμπι.

En el restaurante, Frank es un profesional de 10; mi hijo pequeño, Marc, dice que se merece una valoración de ¡1000 estrellas! Frank es súper amable, divertido y encantador tanto con niños como con mayores. Todo el equipo es increíble. ¡Volveremos seguro

Único de la limpieza de habitación

We loved the staff especially German and Frank in the bar. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Also being that it is summer and very hot the air conditioning works very well and our room was very cool. Also the the staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. It’s a wonderful location and lots of restaurants nearby by. Very close to Clot Station. We enjoyed having coffee and pastry every morning at Sun Coffee several doors down. I highly recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und großzügig ausgestattet, das Personal war freundlich. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und eine tolle Dachterrasse mit Pool und Aussicht.

Die manchmal sehr lange Wartezeit am Aufzug.

Mooie, grote comfortabele familiekamer met stapelbed voor gezin van 4. Compact maar mooi en verfrissend rooftop pool met handdoeken. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met meer dan voldoende variatie. Op een kwartiertje wandelen van de Sagrada. Leuke buurt met meer dan voldoende mogelijkheden voor uit eten te gaan. Goed bereikbaar met tram en trein. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Voor dit alles betaal je wel een mooi bedrag, maar dat is het ook wel waard. Voor een bedje of stoel aan het zwembad is het wel drummen.

The staff on reception were very helpful and patient as there was some confusion on my part over the advance payment via Booking.com when we arrived, but all sorted quickly. Our room was excellent with a large bathroom, with shower gel / shampoo/ hand wash dispensers, air con, safe, tea and coffee making facility and a fridge. Further advice from the reception team helped in relation to getting around Barcelona and to Camp Nou for the match. The bar staff and Roof Top Terrace staff also very welcoming and helpful, the Terrace is fabulous with a few sun loungers and plenty of chairs with towels available, and the pool is great to cool off and take in the views. Breakfast is top class with a range of choices and gluten free available, and again the staff were brilliant. The location to El Clot metro station is brilliant with access to L1 and L2 lines, meaning you can get anywhere in the city. Staff at the metro station very helpful when purchasing tickets Already looking forward to returning soon

Fuimos a otra playa, no a Barceloneta, y llegamos superbién con el autobús, una que está cerca del cementerio del este. Playa de Bogatell, estupenda, porque no había demasiada gente

Établissement très salle un drap refermer sans avoir été changé, arnaque ils sont essayé de nous donner une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation de plus parking étroit serré horrible très dangereux pour 25 euros par jour. Ménage fait à moitié rien ne correspondait aux photos à fuire.

Topontbijt. Locatie iets verder van het centrum, maar wel aan de metro. Vriendelijk personeel.

Zwembad mocht iets groter en dieper zijn. Kapotte badkamerdeur door vocht.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de locatie is fijn: binnen no time ben je op een metro en treinstation. Leuk uitzicht vanaf het dakterras!

Het “zwembad” is op de foto veel groter dan in het echt. In het echt is het zwembad erg klein en ook nog ondiep waardoor het water maar nét over je knieën komt. Toen wij op het dakterras kwamen was er geen plek om te zitten of te liggen, ook was het zwembad overvol met andere mensen. Het is verder erg gehorig, we sliepen een verdieping boven de keuken en hoorden ‘s ochtends de ontbijtborden opgestapeld worden. Ook was ieder geluid op de gang goed hoorbaar.

Receptionist Mateo was wonderfully kind and helpful helping us book a tuk tuk trip - great customer service!

The underground car park is a very stressful experience getting in and out. The access ramp and spaces are far too small for current size cars and getting up the final ramp to the exit in our normal medium size SUV was nearly impossible and left me literally shaking for 10 mins!

The room was very spacious and nicely laid out with a lovely balcony. Also, couldn't hear outside the rooms which was convenient for sleep.

The pool was small and very crowded. There also wasn't many sunbeds or places to sit around the pool.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und Wir konnten im Zimmer Tee oder Nescafe trinken was schon schön sein konnte nach dem wir viel gelaufen waren.

Faltou a água de cortesia no quarto. A reserva das cadeiras na piscina, sem que ninguém lá tivesse.

We did like the location and the hotel, everything was perfect. They did a great job and took care of my family. It was my wife’s birthday and they’ve sent us champagne and a cake in the room, they even accepted to keep a special cake that i bought into their fridge at kitchen to keep it cool until we surprised my wife at the dinner for her birthday. Absolutely amazing, and i need to give the credit to the person from the bar/restaurant - silly me i forgot his name - but he did an amazing service for our entire stay and he was making us feel very good in our vacation in Barcelona. We’ll definitely come back!

Dice ser y te cobran como hotel 4 estrellas pero parece de 2 estrellas. El edificio y el mobiliario se ven bastante viejos y descuidados. Habia manchas de humedad, la calidad de las camas era igual a la de un hostel barato, el aire acondicionado largaba un olor horrible y la insonorización era inexistente, se escuchaban ruidos de otras habitaciones.

Tiszta, modern szállás, kiváló lokációval, két metróvonal állomása is max. 5 perc sétára. A rooftop medence tökéletesen alkalmas napközbeni pihenésre, ahonnan egész Barcelonát be lehet látni.

La piscina e’ troppo piccola e ci sono troppe persone. Bisogna aspettare che si liberano i pochi lettini disponibili per stendere un telo. Ascensore grande che si ferma in continuazione ad ogni chiamata anche se tu hai prenotato prima il piano dove devi andare…veramente stressante

La chambre en général était très bien, très bien placé facile d’accès à la plage avec les bus ou même du centre

J’ai perdu mon bracelet dans la chambre d’hôtel et quand je suis partie me plaindre à l’accueil voir si quelque chose pouvait être fait je n’ai pas ressenti l’envie de m’aider, il n’y a eu aucune excuse ils ne sont pas revenus me voir par la suite. J’aimerais bien pouvoir laisser mes affaires dans ma chambre sans avoir à me soucier si je les retrouve quand je reviens. Je ne sais pas qui l’a pris et je n’accuse personne mais il faudrait vraiment revoir la gestion de ce genre de problèmes

The bedroom was super comfortable with great air conditioning for the hot summer days. Our room was cleaned every day by the staff and we always came back to a fresh room. The reception and gastrobar staff were also very friendly and made us feel super welcome.

Le rooftop ferme à 21h aucun intérêt si on ne peut pas en profiter le soir quand il fait frais et pour admirer la ville illuminée.. la piscine sympa mais pas assez de place pour tout le monde.. dommage ... Nous avions pris une terrasse mais les voisins fumaient de l'herbe toute la journée et tard le soir.. nous n'avons pas pu en profiter correctement, odeur trop forte et permanente..

Love it! Rooms was a bit small but overall had a great stay

The service was overall very disappointing and unfriendly. During check-in, the staff member repeatedly answered the phone while we were waiting, leaving us standing there for around 10 minutes. His colleague, who was free, simply looked at us without offering any help. The lady at the breakfast buffet was also extremely irritated and unfriendly. The only exception was the pool bar upstairs, where the service was excellent, friendly, and attentive. Unfortunately, this was the only positive service experience during our stay

Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en spraken goed Engels. De kamers zijn heel proper en hebben alles wat je nodig hebt! Er zijn veel bussen in de buurt en ook een metrolijn om de hoek.

De kamers zijn niet zo geluid proef naar de gang toe. Als iemand in de gang praat, hoor je ze best wel.

No me gustó que hubiera un impresentable en la piscina con su altavoz a todo volumen, bebiendo dentro de la piscina y saltandose todas las reglas y por supuesto molestando a las personas que estábamos allí.

cet hôtel est vraiment splendide, il est bien situé, proche du métro, dans le centre, les chambres sont magnifiques, propres, la piscine sur le toit avec la vue sur la Sagrada est a couper le souffle, point important vous y trouverez du sans gluten !!! si je doit y trouver un point négatif ( mais vraiment si), le parking plein malgré notre arrivée a l'heure et que 2 ascenseurs pour 11 étages donc un peu d'attente mais sinon c'et un sans faute.
