Rustige wijk.

We had a nice apartment on the top floor and it was a good base for a family to visit Paris without being in the centre. There weren't a huge amount of restaurants nearby but you could find somewhere if needed. Unfortunately the local metro was closed when we were there so we had to get a taxi into the centre of Paris but it was fairly reasonably priced.

The property is great

Micro-ondes sale.

Très bien

Nice room , but no ac , no vent, no screen on windows. The location is 10 km from Paris but with traffic. It is 1 hour drive , way too much time wasted on commute. The breakfast is the best, fresh , nutritious and high quality

The apartment was new, white walls and nice inventary. Large bathroom, nice shower. Polite and helpful straff, and the era seemed quiet and safe. Market, bakery and RAR-station just minutes walk. Family of four, and the sofabed was very hard to sleep on, wouldn’t recommend it. You have to buy soap, dishwasher-tablets, toilet paper. No balconny, but windows open in both livingroom(/sofabed) and bedroom. We stayed during extreme heat, and got to borrow 2 fans, no aircondition. All-in-all: recommend the area, the apartment was new, but the comfort wasn’t good.

In a safe neighborhood, walking distance to the train station, supermarket, not too far from the city.

Me gusto

Honestly, what a gem of a place! Lovely neighbourhood with a huge supermarket and very easy to navigate metro station. The very lovely staff member on reception was very quick to upgrade us when I asked if the bed could be split into two for myself and my son. Instead we move to a two bedroom apartment on the top floor where we could sleep separately - this was very much appreciated! The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We both slept very well whilst staying here. Would absolutely stay again. Wonderful staff and a great location. Thank you also to the kind member of staff who went to our old room to look for something we left behind when moving. Returning with it as we checked out.

The room was small for 2 adults and two teens. The pullout couch was uncomfortable and a pain to close. After one night, we just left it open and it cut down on the size of the already small room. Windows opened though and it was quiet enough to sleep. I used the kitchenette at least once a day and from a cook’s perspective, it was not well furnished. I know it’s an apart/hotel but there wasn’t even salt and pepper! No dish rag or soap just a tea towel, but there was a tiny dishwasher with no soap provided. Basic stuff like that should be provided imo. You have to take out your garbage and there is no chute you have to leave the building. Don’t forget to ask for more bags for the garbage and fresh towels on your way back up! If you want the room cleaned and you haven’t been there 5 days, there is a fee. Proximity to Metro ‘C’ line was excellent so we bought a 5 day pass and used it frequently. That’s the best part of this place! Decent stay but wouldn’t do it again.

close the RER C line and convenient to go to the city of paris

Accueil excellent.

Clean warm for winter ideal for couple and family

Location was great with easy transport links into centre of Paris with large supermarket and bakery nearby. The inventory of the kitchen didn't quite match what was in the cupboards but it had all we needed to make a quick breakfast and packed lunches. We never cooked an evening meal but it would have had to have been fairly basic. It met our needs well while we visited the city for the Olympics.

we were only there for one night, but its a great spot to visit paris. Its in a quite area, out of the hussle and bussle of city life, but a short walk to the train station and just 30 mins to the centre such as Tour Effiel. Room was very clean and a decent size and reception staff were helpful. i would recommend

This was a great base for a family. Yes it’s a little out of the centre but the metro is close by and it’s lovely and quiet. Also great for Stade de France.

Spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished with everything you could need. Reception staff are so welcoming and incredibly helpful. This is the second time we have stayed here, great transport links into the city centre too and easily accessible by car. Highly recommend

We never got our room cleaned, there are no the minimal bare necessities in the kitchen. Finally we were responsable of taking the trash out. THE TRASH!!

Very nice hotel and great staff.

Good, clean spacious room with almost everything you need. Located in a quite area with the RER train transport nearby. This place would be great with a few more tweaks such as a bigger table and proper cultlery.

Potremmo tranquillamente consigliarla a chiunque.

It’s a spacious room and located in a safe neighbourhood, room was clean but had some mosquitoes that came in through window. Property is big and staff are friendly. However the desk is not manned 24/7 so lead to some logistical issues

It was a great stay. We arrived way earlier than scheduled and our rooms were ready. The staff understood English and the hotel is by the metro, so it’s very easy to move about.

I wouldn't recommend.

oui

very nice, staff professional and very friendly

L’accueil rien a dire .

Great accommodation. Clean and spacious room.(small bathroom but ok) Excellent breakfast for 14 euro per person. Nice and safe area, close to train station (rer-100m.)

Bel appart hôtel , bien équipé. Grande. Chambre. Belle salle d eau.

Extrem Preiswert. Es war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Gerne wieder.

A recommander

Pleasant homely stay.

Rapport qualité prix imbattable ! Literie excellente, très calme . Parfait

Super sympa. A retenir

very clean and tidy, although during the three night stay our room was not cleaned, not a major issue, very close to station to get into central Paris, would definitely stay again.

Lüften war also kaum möglich. 2.

All good, except the lack of air conditioning when it’s 43° in Paris!

The room was small but clean. Mini kitchenette included. We were a family of four so required 2 rooms. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast provided at an extra $12 Euro ($6 Euro kids); variety continental food choices to choose from. Room wasn’t serviced as they were extremely busy that week and they ran out of tokens to enable us to get our washing done. Minor things but when you spend a week in one place they’re the little things you need to make your stay more comfortable. Location was great with an approx 200m from Les Grésillons Métro making it an easy commute to the city.

Great new hotel outside Paris. Loved this mini apartment with a kitchenette. It is located just around the corner form public transportation, but, unfortunately, we had an incredible amount of trouble when it came to getting around.....partly because we don't understand French, and also because most people we approached for help don't understand English. We were unaware that the train was not going to run on Saturday and Sunday - almost missed our tour in Paris.....more than once.

the property was very warm and the TV did not work, call the hotel reception, but the only thing they could do was report that it was damaged, we also only had one towel for two people

I loved this hotel mainly because of the service. Morgan at the front desk helped us with EVERYTHING we needed, from how to use the metro/RER to calling us a cab when we needed it. He was so helpful and kind, which made our stay 100 times better.

Good, clean and modern property - well located for my needs. Some noise transference between rooms at night/in the morning, but otherwise a good hotel.

Very modern property with stylish look and modern rooms. Can't really fault it to be honest, absolutely value for Mooney and the staff were every friendly and helpful. The only slight downside is no air conditioning with is odd for a new building, however they do offer fans if needed!

I thought this was a lovely property absolutely superb. I loved every minute there. The residential village is very agreeable and aesthetic. I adore the little park with the families and children playing. Having the Gare closeby is very useful and very close to St Ouen and Clichy. It is in the industrial area so there is a lot of development to the area. There could be more in the way of activity and amenities however it’s quietness and retreat from the hustle and bustle of central Paris is an added bonus. Close to the 18th Arrondissement so easy to reach Paris. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The property is lovely well decorated and pristinely kept with modern features all in good taste. My room was my nest and I spend a whole day just inside because I was enjoying it so much. Thank you for the pleasure and experienc. I give a solid 10/10

Very good value for money - directions on google sent us to what I think was an apartment block owned by the same company which was annoying but found the right one in the end (just through the small park). Apartment was nice, shower was good quality and breakfast was pretty average (no hot food).

Staff was friendly but not very good English. Rooms were fine but no a/c.

Property had a walking distance supermarket, few restaurants and bakery. Transportation was close to hotel.

Very nice apathotel. Personnel was very nice and always helpful. The only drawback is that the property does not have AC and that the dryer didn’t dry the clothes
