Positief waren zeker de locatie, het lekkere ontbijt, het restaurant en het personeel.

Voor de prijs en omdat dit een 5-sterrenhotel is, had ik een hoger serviceniveau verwacht. De douche in de kamer was verstopt en het lampje naast het bed was kapot. Daarnaast had ik gevraagd of het mogelijk was om het ontbijt bij het privézwembad van de kamer te laten serveren, maar helaas kreeg ik hier geen duidelijke reactie of terugkoppeling van het personeel op. Wat ik ook teleurstellend vond, is dat je voor een bungalow direct aan het strand met uitzicht op zee nog eens €130 extra moet betalen. Dit is niet inbegrepen bij het verblijf. Alleen de ligbedden op de achterste rijen, dichter bij het restaurant, zijn gratis. Gezien de prijs en de 5-sterrenclassificatie had ik meer comfort, service en aandacht voor details verwacht.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mykonos Dove Beachfront Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the location right on Platis Gialos beach is fantastic. One thing we really appreciated was the complimentary airport transfer both ways. The drivers were incredibly friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English, which made everything so easy from the moment we arrived. Our room was fantastic. It was beautifully designed, very comfortable, and the open shower was such a unique and innovative touch. Everything felt well thought out and special. The food was excellent, the cocktails were wonderful, and we especially enjoyed the Greek Night on Thursday — such a fun and authentic experience! What mae it more special is that the beach is part of the Hotel!! A very special mention goes to Helena at the morning bar. She was absolutely wonderful — so attentive, warm and genuinely lovely to talk to. Our conversations made our mornings even more enjoyable and she definitely helped make our stay special. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was how the hotel celebrated my husband's birthday. Without us asking for anything, the hotel surprised him with a bottle of wine, beautiful Turkish towels, fresh fruit in our room and a lovely birthday message. And a very special thank you to Joanna, the Guest Relations Manager, who personally made sure his birthday felt truly special. What impressed me most was that she did this entirely on her own initiative — I never had to ask as his wife or mention that we expected anything. She simply took the initiative to make his day memorable, and that says so much about the level of care and hospitality at this hotel. Thank you to the entire Dove team for making our stay in Mykonos so memorable. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend Mykonos Dove Beachfront Hotel.

There is nothing I dislike about this place...

Nothing, very depreciated, we received a room across the street, pretty depreciated with a view to the “private pool” directly towards a parking/courtyard… definetely not a 5 stars hotel, for a 3 stars could be acceptable.

Everything was bad considering the price we paid. Crowded beach, worst place from the island in our opinion.

This is my 3rd time in mykanos and mykanos Dove has exceeded all my expectations. The facilities and staff are absolutely amazing and the manager Hisham is and absolute gentleman. If you’re planing a trip to mykanos and want the perfect stay you need to stay at Dove. We will definitely be coming back.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super.

Das Hotel wirkt auf den ersten Blick toll. Schaut man aber genauer hin ist es verlottert und nicht gepflegt. Die öffentlichen Toilette im Hotel sind verschmutzt und nur teilweise in Betrieb. Auf dem Boden liegt Toilettenpapier herum. Die Zimmer sind auf den ersten Blick modern und schön. Allerdings funktioniert die Beleuchtungstechnik nur eingeschränkt. Das Bad ist furchtbar. Neben eine herunter hängenden Toilettenpapier Halter ist war auch die Klobürste abgebrochen. Die Dusche ist sehr ungepflegt. Silikonfugen sind verschmutzt und teilweise nicht mehr vorhanden. Das Waschbecken ist gerissen und weisst teilweise schwarz Schimmelspuren auf. Der Abflussstöpsel war bei uns nicht vollständig funktionsfähig. Toilettenpapier hatten erst keines und dann plötzlich 4 Rollen, die noch nicht einmal ausgepackt waren. Ganz nach dem Motte: "Kümmert euch selbst". Absolutes Highlight war das Sperren des Hotelzimmers. Check-Out war 11 Uhr. Bereits 10:45 Uhr war unser Zimmer gesperrt, sodass wir uns über das Zimmermädchen Zugang verschaffen mussten. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Dieses Hotel einmal und nie wieder!

Nous avons eu en plein milieu de la nuit pendant 45mn des coupures de courant qui faisaient allumer et éteindre complètement la chambre pendant que nous dormions, le petit dejeuner n’était pas complet, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur, la piscine dans la chambre etait tres froide, le rapport qualité/prix ne valait vraiment pas le coup

Transfer vom Flughafen inklusive, bekamen unsere Suite bereits um 10 Uhr, Meeega nette Mitarbeiter, im Hotel sowohl als auch im Restaurant! 2 Liegen und Schirm am Strand inklusive, echt super Frühstück und Service! Privater Pool war super! Ein Traumurlaub! TOP Mitarbeiter im Hotel! Immer wieder würde ich hier Einchecken, tolle Lage! Strand traumhaft, Geschäfte und sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe! Parkplätze vorhanden! Alles super!

Die Putzfrau war sehr schlampig beim Putzen! Teilweise lag der Müll von den Vormietern oder noch länger! Außerdem telefonierte sie den gesamten Tag hinter unserem Badfenster , sehr störend! Etwas zuviel Party! Laute Clubmusik bis weit nach Mitternacht, schlafen viel schwer.

Beautiful room, decor, and amenities. The infinity pool overlooking the sea was perfectly picturesque. Professional grade nespresso machine for a morning coffee on your personal deck was lovely. In room waterfall shower and tablet controls for everything. Access to the beach was right out the main lobby’s restaurant area. You’re also allowed up to 3 back rows of sun beds included in your stay. Travel to and from the hotel from the port was also included which was a very nice touch because driving in Mykonos is “exciting” to say the least.

Some of the finishing were slightly aged or damaged, likely from previous guests. Some of the dividing plants were dying which limited the privacy a little, not a huge deal. The bigger issue was the property is right next to a loud bar that played loud dance music until 2am and even with decent sound proofing you could hear the it from the rooms.

The accomodation is super outdated. There are countless broken things in the room, permanent stains on the sofa, all tables and the walls. They used very cheap materials to build this and at this point it needs to be renovated entirely. Photos on their website don’t show the true state of things. In the lobby there is some sort of pond that is outright dirty, very disgusting.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι ακριβώς μπροστά στην παραλία και παρέχει δωρεάν ξαπλώστρες (στις τελευταίες σειρές), οι εγκαταστάσεις (πισίνα, μπαρ, εστιατόριο κλπ) είναι όμορφες και προσεγμένες. Το προσωπικό πολύ ευγενικό. Μας επέτρεψαν early check in και μας καλωσόρισαν με ένα welcome drink. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξαιρετικά ευρύχωρο με μια νότα πολυτέλειας και το στρώμα πολύ καλό (βέβαια να έχετε υπόψη ότι εάν είστε 4 οι 2 θα κοιμηθούν σε καναπέδες) . Μου άρεσε ιδιαίτερα η μινιμαλ αισθητική με κυκλαδίτικες πινελιές. Πολύ καλό πρωινό με μεγάλη ποικιλία σε φρέσκα φρούτα (προσοχή θα έπρεπε να δοθεί μόνο στην ομελέτα/τηγανιτά αυγά που ήταν κρύα) Wifi και aircondition λειτουργούσαν χωρίς πρόβλημα. Η βεράντα, η πισίνα του δωματίου και η θέα θάλασσα ήταν υπέροχες!!! Πραγματικά, οι φωτογραφίες που βγάλαμε δεν διαφέρουν από τις φωτογραφίες που είναι αναρτημένες στην booking! Απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας.

Υπήρχαν φθορές σε διάφορα σημεία του δωματίου, μικρές φθορές στο ξύλινο πάτωμα της βεράντας και λεκέδες σε ένα στρώμα της βεράντας. Αν ήταν ξενοδοχείο 3 ή έστω 4 αστέρων ίσως να μην το ανέφερα, αλλά μιας και είναι ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων και σε συνάρτηση πάντα με την τιμή, νομίζω ότι υπάρχουν σημεία που χρήζουν βελτίωσης/ανακαίνισης.

Best vibes in the area, location beachfront, few steps from the bus station and the water taxi. Very nice and spacious rooms with all what you need. Staff super super nice Mr Hisham and all his team are very friendly, co operative and smiling all the time. We loved the place and will definitely come back again

Íbamos al restaurant de al lado y el de la esquina con precios más accesibles y con platos abundantes muy Gourmet sabrosos y excelente atención siempre con personal y menú q habla español Deben mejorar la limpieza los balcones de mi habitación no se limpiaban , jacuzzi del balcón requiere mantenimiento y limpieza, Baños de playa un desastre ! La posizione centralissima, la spiaggia inclusa, la colazione ottima, il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. Il transfer gratuito (da e per l’aeroporto/porto) e lettini ed ombrelloni compresi ci hanno portato a scegliere questo posto rispetto ad altri. Bella la cena con spettacolo greco. Ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Overall, we had a very good experience. The staff were fantastic — extremely helpful, friendly and efficient, both at reception and in housekeeping. Service was always quick and attentive.The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with excellent beds and beautiful views. However, the hotel is beginning to show some signs of age and would benefit from some renovation and closer attention to maintenance. There were a few areas in the room that needed repair, including a slightly leaking sink, and cleanliness could also be improved in some details. For a five-star hotel of this level, a little more attention to maintenance and thorough cleaning would make a significant difference. Overall, though, it was a very enjoyable stay with excellent service and a wonderful team.

What I liked less was that the bathrooms in particular felt a little tired and would benefit from some immediate refreshing and minor renovation. There were also several areas where more attention to detail in terms of cleanliness would have been appreciated, especially for a five-star hotel.

A localização é boa, a praia do hotel é excelente, águas calmas e cristalinas, equipe no geral foi muito cordial em especial destaque para a Joanna, muito prestativa e atenciosa, adorei ela. O transfer gratuito na chegada e na saída é um ponto de comodidade excelente. Café da manhã e restaurante do hotel são muito bons.

Não se hospede nesse hotel se você busca um ambiente de tranquilidade e sossego. Todos os dias de nossa estadia dormimos mal com música alta de DJ vindo do bar e pessoas bêbadas gritando as 3h00, 4h00 e 5h00 da manhã. Todos os quartos perto da piscina ficam perto do bar que fica com música eletrônica o dia inteiro. Se você busca um ambiente mais familiar esse hotel provavelmente não irá te agradar. As cadeiras de praia são frequentadas majoritariamente por não hóspedes que podem passar o dia inteiro lá por 40 euros. Público bem adolescente e jovem. Outro fator que não faz sentido algum é você se hospedar no hotel mas ter que pagar 40 euros por pessoa por uma espreguiçadeira nas 3 primeiras fileiras da praia. Houve uma situação bem desagradável em que nós havíamos reservado 3 cadeiras na primeira fileira e já estávamos deitados tomando sol. Como éramos 3 pessoas e eles reservam as cadeiras em duplas, colocaram uma menina que não era hóspede na cadeira ao meu lado, mesmo tendo inúmeros lugares ao redor vazios. Até aí tudo bem e faz parte dessa logística deles, mas ela reclamou para o atendente do hotel que não gostou que a mesa compartilhada estava com minha bolsa. O atendente do hotel pegou minha bolsa de praia e colocou na areia para colocar mais uma mesa ao lado para ela. Isso foi de extremo mal tom, muito desrespeitoso, falta de treinamento. No mínimo ele deveria conversar comigo e pedir para que eu tirasse a bolsa e ser mais cordial e respeitoso. As cadeiras de praia são extremamente apertadas e se a pessoa do lado abre o guarda sol, você fica na sombra junto e não tem o que fazer. Então caso você queira praia com comodidade, conforto e tranquilidade durante todo o dia, esse hotel não é pra você. Além disso a piscina do quarto é bem gelada e venta muito, impossibilitando seu uso, em 3 diárias não vimos ninguém usando as piscinas dos quartos ao lado e o hotel estava lotado, deveriam colocar aquecimento. O box vaza água pra fora durante o banho, molhando o piso.

Breakfast was nice, lunch and evening restaurant service was fast and cordial. Very friendly staff...shout out to Hisham from Egypt. Cleaning crew was great. Traditional Greek party was AWESOME!

This was our second time staying at Mykonos Dove Hotel, and we loved it just as much as the first time. We travelled as a family of five and booked two sea view rooms with hot tubs on the balconies. The views are beautiful and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The staff are one of the best parts of this hotel. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location is perfect. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance, and the local bus stop is right nearby, making it easy to get to Mykonos Town. A big bonus is that the hotel includes beach beds and umbrellas (the last three rows), which saved us having to pay extra every day. Breakfast is also included and had a great variety every morning. We've had two amazing stays here and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Zeitweise war die Bar in der Nacht etwas zu laut

המקום לא מתוחזק כראוי. הבריכה קטנה ומלוכלכת. מיטות חוף צפופות בצורה קיצונית, שלוש השורות הראשונות (הקרובות לים) הן בתוספת תשלום. ארוחת בוקר מאכזבת, המאפים סבבה, אבל זהו, החביתות קרות והצוות ממש לא מעוניין שיזמינו אומלט במיוחד מהמטבח (ממש התחמקו מלהגיד שיש אופציה כזאת, עד שאורח לידנו קיבל אחת והם נאלצו להודות שאפשר). לא מבינה את התגובות שאומרות שהצוות נחמד, פשוט משקרים בפרצוף. הזמנו קרוז דרך המלון (טעות!) אמרו לנו שיש אוכל, בופה חופשי ועוד כל מיני הבטחות וכלום לא היה נכון. יותר מזה ממש שאלנו אם כדאי לאכול ארוחת צהריים לפני (הזמנו קרוז שקיעה) ואמרו לנו בפירוש שלא צריך. בקרוז עצמו היתה פלטת פירות ופסטה עם שרימפס. בלילה האחרון, האורות בחדר נדלקו מעצמם 3 פעמים, פשוט הזיה.

We loved the location, the room was very spacious, spotless and very comfortable with an incredible view to the sea and a beautiful rooftop with a pool and a lounge area. Hotel is easily accessible, the staff is very friendly and efficient. They arranged the bday surprise I wanted for my daughter perfectly and with such efficiency. The beach is amazing and service is very good!!

Great location and the beach is amazing! Staff was very attentive and food was great.

Two people in our group were gluten free and the food options were very limited. Also the beach club is very very loud and by mid afternoon it was too much. Lastly be prepared that if your room is a Daydream suite it is right next to the pool and the music is extremely loud and plays until midnight or later on the weekends.

The location , sunbeds and breakfast were amazing. The staff were very attentive - whenever you required something that looked after us immediately. Highly recommend. Loved our stay in suite with private pool and beach views. Wow

10/10 hotel! The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need. The location is perfect—close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and boutiques, and just a short distance from Nammos and SantAnna. The beach is beautiful, with very comfortable sunbeds, making it the perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back!

What an amazing stay at this gem of a hotel. Honestly the photos don't do this place justice, it is magical! Enjoyed every bit of our 1 week vacay with our baby daughter (who became a superstar at the end of our stay- everyone knew her by the name!) Hicham, Konstantina, Aphtimos you guys are superstars and you made our stay so lovely! Cant wait to be back next year!

Perfect location and the food was delicious and the view of the beach was beautiful.The rooms are clean and big and the private pool was very delightful the staff were nice and helpful especially Mr Hisham and the girls in the reception the restaurant workers plus the owner of the hotel was always here everyday and always checked if the people were delighted with the hotel.every Tuesday and Thursday there were Greek night parties that were amazing and fun.if I went back to Mykonos I would go to this hotel I highly recommend you stay at it.

Lage super schöne Zimmer , obwohl das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist , könnte renoviert werden , Frühstück wurde gebohrt anstatt das man sowas macht in der Winterzeit 🤔ansonsten direkte Strandnähe und liegen , Zimmer mit eigenem Pool der allerdings sehr kalt war , ansonsten wirklich top hatten eine liebe Putzfrau die jeden Tag die Handtücher schön gemacht hat . Alles gut nur allerdings keine fünf Sterne

An absolutely wonderful stay! Everything was perfect—from the beautiful rooms and spotless cleanliness to the warm hospitality and outstanding service. Location friendly collaborative staff. They are there to help immediately with basic issues. upon arrival, transfers from inside the hotel and friendliness of all. Seem to have a knowledge of all people who is who, which I think they try to define service.

There are facility management issues and management process issues. The room was not cleaned in the morning. as example of the deay. We were inside, reason why. We asked a bit later. After an hour we left. But alas the day passed and it was never cleaned. Inside the room, humidity and old deck at times. And ants due to heat near the pool which we had. The pool was not clean either. there was not inside circulation of the pool. Greenery is not kept well. or in the front restaurant, they were not kept. flowers were not kept. Flexibility is not an option in asking issues. as if some things is take it or leave it. Fully booked but not fully booked. what is it then? And then when there is a realization of some issues the reflection of service changes. Further, one person may ask the other what to do and when, It is centrally seems dominated. Meaning that sometimes the manager needs to be asked to make a decision. Training is required. cause otherwise is a good group of people in collaboration. The down element for me the most serious one and weird for my style, they seem to have an immediate answer for it: While it is a 5-star hotel, why is there no water in the room? The obvious local answer is that on the island, they do it differently. so you need to buy water. But my answer is that these define price. and people need to know. They show you the coffee machine but you have to buy water. Ridiculous. In the room there is plenty of light. due to the structrue of natural light coming from the sealing so you an see the sky. and in the morning this is the exact problem. if you wish to sleep more cannot. it is wide open on top. ... .that says a lot on those who wish on vacation to relax more. Great design the rooms. but this thing with the natural lights and no shades not good.

We had an amazing stay at Dove Beachfront Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The atmosphere is warm, relaxing, and welcoming, making it the perfect place to enjoy Mykonos. The location is fantastic, right by the sea, with beautiful views and excellent facilities. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered the perfect balance of luxury and relaxation. The food was outstanding, with a great variety of both seafood and meat dishes, all prepared to a very high standard. Every meal was delicious and exceeded our expectations. What truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality made us feel like family rather than hotel guests. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend to anyone visiting Mykonos.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Mykonos Dove Beachfront Hotel. L’emplacement est idéal, directement sur la plage, avec une vue magnifique. Les chambres sont confortables, propres et bien entretenues. Le personnel a été attentionné et toujours disponible. Une mention toute particulière à Hisham, le manager, qui a été exceptionnel tout au long de notre séjour : professionnel, chaleureux, aimable et toujours prêt à aider. Son sens de l’accueil a réellement fait la différence et a contribué à rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable.

Rien de majeur à signaler. Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés, mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour.
