Bathroom could smell better, hard to do with no windows

Peaceful retreat a minute away from the busy Ubud center. We booked two rooms side-by-side so we had the full terrace and outdoor sitting for us, however if you book one room, except to be really next to your neighbours. Bedding is confortable, rooms are well equipped and showers have great pressure, which is not always the case in Bali. The owner is a wonderful lady always ready to help. We rented a scooter from them, and they took care of our laundry wonderfully well for a very fair price. The heart of Ubud is just minutes away from the hotel, and its location make it great to avoid traffic and escape busy streets fast. I will definitely stay again and strongly recommend you to give it a try.

Pretty place just off the main road. Owners are extremely helpful and were very attentive to our needs. Small things like keeping the AC on to keep room cool before we reached, packing the breakfast as we had to leave early morning for airport. I had the best sleep there.

Bathroom smelled a little.

We had to cart our luggage though small lane way to get to this property as no car cannot drop us in front of the property. I wish booking.com warn us for this problem. We will not book this accommodation if booking.com stated that this property is not accessible by car

Location was centre to town close to all restaurants and shops . Host was super nice and very accommodating. We’d ask for earlier breakfast due to an early excursion and they had no problem accommodating us. Breakfast option was great and delicious . Room was cleaned everyday with new towels .

No robe or slippers provided . Soap in washroom limited no conditioner .

Tot i estar a 2 minuts el centre del bullici d'Ubut, se sentien els ocells i no l'eixordador so de les motos a tot drap. La KArina, la Anfitriona una joia. Esmorzar molt bé.

Els Horaris d'esmorzar una mica tarrd comptant que el sol surt a les 5;30. La comunicació via missatgeria booking una mica lenta.

Very nice friendly owner Mrs Agung ❤️, very kind staff. Simple very tasty breakfast on the terrace 😋 Old facion furniture, qeensize bed with mosquitos net, appartment with silent powerfull air condition @ seiling fan, big bath room with shower. We loved this place very much, we will be back!

Tout était parfait ! Tres bel environnement, bien entretenu et situé au coeur d’Ubud et pourtant au calme. C’est vraiment appréciable ! La chambre était spacieuse avec un mobilier élégant en bois, des lits spacieux et confortables avec moustiquaires. Petit dej servi à la carte sur la terrasse. Personnel souriant et compétent.

Overall, this was an excellent property and, if not for this one issue, I would have happily rated it 10/10. I had paid approximately ₹1,000 extra to include breakfast for our two-night stay. Due to a local ceremony, the property was unable to provide the full breakfast menu. On the first day, the first two menu options were unavailable, but we accepted one of the remaining choices and understood the situation. However, the same issue occurred on the second day, leaving us with only a few limited options, none of which suited our preferences. At that point, we decided to cancel breakfast and politely requested a refund for the unused meal. The amount itself was not significant. What disappointed me was the response. Breakfast was an add-on that we had specifically paid for because it offered convenience. When the promised service could not be provided as advertised on both days, I felt that a partial refund or some form of accommodation would have been a fair gesture. Unfortunately, the request was declined. I completely understand that ceremonies and local events can affect operations, and we were happy to be flexible once. However, after already adjusting our expectations on the first day, it was disappointing to face the same situation again without any meaningful resolution.

Very nice rooms, spacious, clean, private, quiet and in a great location. Very friendly and accommodating owner as well.

We stayed there for 3 nights with 1 double double bedroom and 1 double bedroom. The rooms are new and clean. Owner provided 5L water dispenser for consumption this is great. We requested the breakfast to be served early at 715am and the owner was happy to arrange for us we really appreciated.

Location. 1 Street back from the market in ubud and so quiet and peaceful. Goes without saying walking distance to cafes and shops. Gardens and environment so beautiful and relaxing and very authentic Bali

This is the 2nd time i have stayed here, the whole place and services are incredible. The location is close to the centre of Ubud but nice and quiet. H hidden gem.

Great host, beutiful property and morning breakfast, excellant location

Lovely quiet place set back off a busy road. Although it wasn’t fully occupied during our stay, you may have felt overlooked if full, due to the layout of the place. Centrally located with easy walking access to many attractions and restaurants. The bungalow was clean and spacious with comfortable beds, hot shower and large container of drinking water. A choice of breakfast served on the porch each morning by some lovely helpful staff.

乾濕分離的部分只有浴簾，沒有門隔開，容易噴濕其他區域。

No access to vehicle, no parking space Difficult to reach if you have heavy luggage specially when it’s raining heavy No support staff at property to help us out in rain. Unprofessional behaviour by pickup driver of vehicle organised by property owners. Threatened us to drop all luggage on main busy road in heavy rain. Bad experience overall.

Beautiful room, lovely setting and so central - easy walking distance to everything in main Ubud.

Alles is goed, niets op aan te merken. Het is brandschoon, de airco werkt perfect, je hebt een eigen, groot terras, het bed is super, groot en fris met veel kussens, je kunt koffie en thee maken, er is een koelkast en ga zo maar door. Het huisje is sfeervol en goed ingericht en er is ook een bureau met een goede stoel, voor mij belangrijk, omdat ik ook moest werken. Een oase in het hectische Ubud. Het ligt vlakbij de hoofdstraat, maar doordat je een lange steeg naar een tuin door moet, merk je daar niets van en hoor je alleen dierengeluiden. De familie is erg aardig. Het lekkere en gevarieerde ontbijt wordt elke ochtend naar je veranda gebracht.

The internet could be faster

到烏布各個景點包括皇宮、稻田步道、ridge walk甚至猴子森林公園及各式特色美食用走路方式都可方便到達，無需乘車。峇厘島的道路交通已經無藥可救只有兩條腿還能順利前行。

各種硬體設備故障如門鎖及門把故障、馬桶漏水、淋浴頭堵塞、保險箱沒固定且無法使用。蚊蟲多，蟲鳴鳥叫大壁虎叫聲更是不絕於耳無法入睡。隔音差雨滴打在屋頂上非常大聲，但房東只表示是大自然聲音他們也沒辦法。

Staff are very helpful and friendly

The property was comfortable and perfectly located in a quiet road just a few steps away from all shops and restaurants. The room was nice and the bed was very very good. The staff was very nice and kind all the time. The mango juice for breakfast was great!

I think the bathroom needs some works because it’s not in a good shape, it’s clean but very old and with some mold here and there. More lights in the room will also be nice. No options for lactose allergic people, but they managed to make scrambled eggs with no milk nor butter which I really appreciated. Thank you for your service.

Choices were limited to about 5 breakfast options. The room was a long way from the main road and the taxi could not come in or park on the main road, so we had to wheel our luggage to the main road and wait for the taxi. This was inconvenient.

From the friendly welcome to the kindness shown on my last day all was really perfect. The location was exactly right for ease in attending the Writers' Festival, and close to all the shopping and eating you could ever need! The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extremely good and thoughtfully presented.

The mini fridge in my room made strange and loud noises as it clicked on and off!

Amazing location. Right in the middle of everything but tucked in a quiet alley so you don’t hear the noise. Very cozy and nice. Owner is nice and sweet. Making sure your houses are cleaned every day and always asking if anything is needed. Breakfast is quite simple but served right on your terrace so you can enjoy the atmosphere.

Some tourists were staying in the room above us and sometimes all morning were could hear their foot step through the roof. This made it hard to sleep.

Lieve mensen, ontbijt krijg je voor je huisje of ze maken een take away box. Als je niet zoveel geeft om luxe is het een top accommodatie!

Heel eenvoudig, beetje achteraf in een steegje (daardoor krijg je niks mee van de drukte van Ubud). Er liep een groot beest over ons plafond/dak, daar werden we 's nachts wakker van.

Slechts n paar meter van de hectiek van de straten van Ubud en ZEER Rustig. Alles aanwezig.

Location. Comfortable beds. Spacious room. The owner of the property was nice and friendly. The property is quiet though it's in the city center.

Breakfast is just average, especially for vegetarians. It may be ok for 1 or 2 nights. I stayed with family for 6 nights. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance if you are staying for long. The bathroom and entrance doors are not easy to open or close. Lock was a bit tricky. Very few power plug points in the room. They provided an extension box but coffee maker cord length was just 2 inches. I had to keep the coffee maker on the floor near the plug point to use it. From the main road, you'll have to walk around 300 meters with your luggage in a narrow lane. It's a home stay and not a hotel which is ok for me. The owner kept their books on the cupboard that took up some space. No swimming pool. I didn't need it though.The property is on an one-way street and so the cab drivers had to drive a bit longer for a u-turn every time. Some of them complained especially during busy hours.

Perfect spot right in the center, but still away from the main road and all the bar and traffic noise. Super clean room and really nice owners.

Just keep in mind the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear your neighbors. But if you’re not planning to stay in the room all the time, it’s not really a problem.

Sehr nette kleine Villa, mit allem was man braucht! Eine kleine Terasse mit eigenem Wasserspender, Kühlschrank, Föhn, Klimaanlage vorhanden und ein sehr bequemes Bett. Leckeres Frühstück. Man ist zentral und kann alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Es ist doch recht hellhörig. Man hört seine Nachbarn in der Villa nebenan, wenn sie sich unterhalten. Zu meiner Zeit war irgendwo nebenan eine Baustelle. Badezimmer könnte ein Update gebrauchen.

The location is very central - so great if you're looking to stay in the heart of Ubud. The only thing to be aware of is that the access to the stay does involve about 100m on foot (we had an issue since we were travelling with a senior citizen who had trouble walking). Room size is fantastic as are the facilities/cleanliness within. Breakfast has limited choice but is home cooked - so really great.
