Jacuzzi sucio y apagado. Paredes con grietas, cerámicas caidas, ascensor empolvado y sucio. Entiendo que por el terremoto hubo afectaciones pero no deberían entregar habitaciones en ese estado.

Que los chicos que atendían la cafetería en la noche no sabía, no tenían registro de los productos consumidos cuando fui a pagar.

La falta de atención y empatía, mi hermana y mi prima llegaron en la mañana a ayudarme a arreglar a mi mamá y por mas que le dijimos al recepcionista que las dejara subir a ayudarla pq mi mamá tiene Alzheimer y esta en silla de rueda, él no nos dejó subir, para que en la tarde que estaba la recepcionista (otra persona) dijo; claro que pueden subir, si es un adulto mayor que necesita ayuda extra... terrible atención, además el baño es peligrosisimo, no tiene piso antideslizante, cuando entramos a bañar a mi mamá, ella se resbaló, gracias a Dios la pudimos sostener y nos tocó bañarla sentada en una silla...

El servicio de restaurante muy malo, poco aseo, manteles sucios, salen pelos en la comida, las moscas se paran en la comida. 3. La habitación doble es muy pequeña, no tienen opción de cama king. 4. Cero ventilación en la habitaciones no cuenta con ventanas que se puedan abrir. 5. El servicio al cliente no existe, los empleados no atienden bien. 6. Una de mis hijas se enfermó por gastroenteritis después de haber estado en la cena del 31 de diciembre en el hotel.

La comida no estaba mal, pero con seguridad se puede mejorar. Las carnes no son el fuerte del hotel. Me parece que estaban un poco bajos de staff sobre todo en el area del comedor. La atencion en la recepcion no era la mejor y solo habia una tarjeta para abrir la habitacion

The buffet breakfast could have been better. The omelets came scorched. The scrambled eggs were dry. The fruit rarely looked fresh. Brown pineapple is a terrible presentation. I’d never serve that in my place. It seems strange that in a land full of fruits that there wasn’t top quality fresh fruit on the buffet every day.

Internet connection very unstable. They lost their key to my room, so for it the be cleaned i had to leave my key. No instruction for the use of the tv.
