Hotel Veneto De Vigan

I loved the architecture, interior design, and convenient location! I was also impressed by the wonderful hospitality of the student interns. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

Convenient location

TV wasn’t working properly to get channels

We liked the location. It’s few steps away from Calle Crisologo. The hotel has a Hispanic era vibe which we liked very much. Check in/out was seamless even though we checked in late in the night, their staff were there waiting to assist with our suitcases, etc. Staff were polite and accommodating; breakfast menus were great. We enjoyed our stay very much. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay that feels like home in Vigan.

Close to the places you would definitely visit in Vigan. Friendly staff. You can park your car there while waiting for the check in time. Room has good facilities.

Bed sheets made me feel itchy. I think it's rough. But not bad.

They served our first day of breakfast a traditional Ilocos, which I liked it, then subsequently we could select it from the menu. The location is perfect for travelers because every tourist spot is in distance within the area of famous Calle Crisologo.

Not that I disliked it, I find it the floor on the second floor was squeeky.

The place has these hispanic old vibes with excellent location which is just a few steps away from calle crisologo and historical landmarks. Ambiance was great and staffs were very accommodating and friendly.

The staff were amazing! Friendly and very attentive.

The floorboards squeaked when you walk and the television sometimes glitches.

The ambiance was nice, the history of the building makes it interesting.

The bathroom was dirty. The sink did not drain properly. The hot water heater could not regulate properly, either too hot or plain cold. The room was small, I guess that’s what you get for the price.

Die Lage war gut,das Haus von 1740 atmete den Kolonialstil. Die Klimaanlage machte anfangs extreme Geräusche,zum Glück konnte ich das selber abstellen. Das Bett war zwar bequem,machte aber auch bei jeder Bewegung extreme Geräusche

The place is very clean and ALL the staff are very friendly and attentive. The place is also just one block from Calle Crisologo and the Vigan Cathedral. Also close to Bantay Watchtower. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Vigan.

Lovely old hotel in a great location. Just around the corner to the main plaza but quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice room with comfortable bed and good breakfast each morning.

The location, quality and history of the hotel were exceptional.

It was all great.

It is a central location, steps away from the historic Calle Crisologo and all the restaurants and cafes. I love historic buildings so Hotel Veneto de Vigan perfectly fit the bill.

Nothing in particular but perhaps, they could expand their breakfast menu; also, at least serve the breakfast hot.

The sound that the floors produce when we’re walking. The air conditioning unit by the foot of the bed is very loud

The hotel itself and how the staff arranged to have our rooms on the low floor since we have a senior and a toddler. They also assisted us in all of our requests

The only thing that we would like to comment on but this is not actually a bad thing is the breakfast buffet choices. If you are someone who likes variety, their breakfast choices are standard and will not change drastically throughout your whole stay.

At the buffet breakfast, staff serving customers with small portion of food as possible. Let just customers do it themselves. Why place staff there in the first place? Just ensure the queue is moving smoothly.

The location is so near to everywhere. The staff were accommodating. The place is also good. The room was tiny but it was okay. Breakfast was really good.

The AC was so loud that we woke up in the middle of the night from the noise. The staff knocked and offered to clean the room and then opened the locked door using their key even though we said don’t come in, and then closed the door without saying anything. It was odd because we didn’t ask for a cleaning.

Beautiful property, staff were always friendly and on hand at all times. The bathroom in our room was great.

Breakfast choices a little limited as someone used to a more western breakfast but that wasn’t too much of an issue.

Fantastic staff, excellent location easily accessible to the night market and Calle Crisologo. The building itself has extraordinary history and the breakfast is quite good. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Vigan City.

I liked the history of the house and its old charm. It was built centuries ago and it still stands today.

Just the floorboards creaking whenever we step on it. We just don't like the idea that people sleeping may be disturbed by our footsteps

Aircondition! Den larmer helt vildt meget! Hovedpuderne trænger til udskiftning og madrassen er meget hård.

Beautiful hotel which was right in the middle of the old town. Wonderful architecture, and very secure parking area. Nice eating room and breakfast was very tasty.

Everything was nice, but I think the breakfast stubs (tickets) were unnecessary, since there was already a list of guests at the reception area. The tickets were redundant and just an extra thing to keep track of.

Centrally located, with shops and restaurants within walking range. Conversion of a grand period town house, with courtyard for parking. The décor was nice, with wood panelling and artwork depicting local history.The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was tiny, with a strange sliding door that dangled, limiting privacy. .

On arrival, access to the lobby is via a steep external staircase only - may need to shout for help with heavy luggage. Room was small and we struggled to find space for our luggage, unpacking on the bed. Breakfast has to be ordered the previous day from a limited list of entirely meat items. Vegetarians have no choice listed, but can ask for a piece of cheese if ordered well in advance. The food is served at the table and portions were not huge.

We stayed downstairs of the building with no WiFi and you need to go out to have signal.

ロケーションが最高です。近くにスーパーもありますし、少しあるけばコンビニもあります。 スタッフも大変親切で、英語に苦手な私には翻訳ツールを使っていろいろ確認してくれたのは感謝です。

個人的には朝食の白米があまり美味しくなかったのが残念でした。 それと可能であれば冷蔵庫があれば便利でした！

The property is very close to the plaza where you can walk around to all the places you want to go like the plaza itself, the museum, and the church. The vibe was festive and history of the town was amazing especially the story of the past president and the life of the Ilocanos.

Superb location. The building is stylish, and the abundance of wood (floors, paneling, staircase) and decoration gives it a stylish appearance. It is after all in one of the "ancestral" buildings of Vigan.

The shower water was not always warm and the air-condition unit was a bit noisy. For foreingners, the local breakfast staple might not be to everyone's taste (but the coffee was good, though no milk provided). On my last day there was also no more fruit available (on other days, a banana was included).

The old style and furnitures! It is a great experience for tourists.

The sound of the floorboards since it is already old. The light sleepers would be awakened by the sound. I wish that the bedroom slippers and hangers are already provided in the room prior to check in time.

To jest hotel 2 gwiazdkowy, nie 4. Bardzo małe przestarzałe pokoje. Archaiczna, bardzo głośna klimatyzacja. Brak jakichkolwiek udogodnień oprócz skromnego śniadania między 7:30 a 8:30.
