The staff friendliness

Drinking water was not enough.

The room is comfy, and the location is not too far from the airport. Not too far from the city centre also.

It will be nice if they have airport pick-up services even if they charge for the services. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan.

Die Größe des Zimmers war perfekt, ebenso der Ausblick. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Des Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant war ebenfalls gut. Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, da ich vorher abgereist bin. Der Ausblick vom Rooftop war atemberaubend.

Einige vom Personal (Rezeption /Restaurant) haben kein bzw sehr schlecht Englisch gesprochen wodurch sich die Kommunikation etwas schwierig gestaltete. Die Sauberkeit im Badezimmer ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig.

Stank op de gang vanuit het trappenhuis. Ik ging vroeg ontbijten, maar veel was al op of koud. Eerste keer dat ik mijn ontbijt heb laten staan

La habitación bastante sucia, sobretodo la ropa de cama, además la mayoría del personal no habla inglés.

Friendy staff, beautiful vieuw from the pool on the 24th floor

Breakfirst was not good The choice was limited and wat, was suppost to be warm or hot, was chewy and cold. The windows on the side of the street are not well isolated so you can hear almost anything.

Staff at front desk were cold unhelpful and don’t care at all. The rooms were the filthiest I’ve ever seen and I stayed in hotels in over 58 countries. Shower smelled badly. Carpet and elevator floor were filthy. There was nothing good about this hotel. Stay somewhere else, please. Very disappointing experience.

The location is very nice. It is at the center of business district in Semarang. I stayed at this hotel a few years back, and expect the same quality as it was.

The room is getting old and not as good and as clean as it was a few years back. The management should pay more attention to retain the "newness" and cleanliness of this hotel.

Some guest are very noisy.. They also have some banging sounds specially at night

Very stingy on amenities. Need to pay deposit for extra key card (only comes with 1 although its a room for 2), then only 1 toilet paper, etc, need to ask for more. Parking lot was not nice, very tight. Had to wait really long for the lift to and from room to parking lot

The staffs are very good, helpful and friendly

The room didn't provide the small towels. The kettel provided is not good, it takes a long time to heat the water and cannot automatically stop when the water is boiling and the lid has been broken.

Amazing swimming pool

But no bar service at the last floor The smell of the corridors was disturbing Closing the pool after 10PM is a commercial mistake. Especially we were eating by the side of the pool and we were thrown out.

Very clean and comfortable. Lifts are inadequate for the number of rooms. Long waits and the new touch pad for floor recognition seems problematic. It wasn't just me

1-The elevator doesn’t work properly, very frustrating. 2-Small rooms like un Tokyo, you have so many other better choices in the town for the same or lower price. 3- Smelly corridors and rooms Nice view, nice staff at reception, don’t worth to stay there.

Ok but place is a old

First time visit to Semarang. Hotel is nicely located in the center of town, only about 15-20 mins by car from Airport. Facilities look new, upbeat and polished. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly, although English skills for restaurant staffs need to improve. Breakfast buffet is good with lots of dishes and choices. Overall it’s a nice and pleasant stay. Will likely return.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel where the facilities esp hot water is surprisingly well maintained compared to other hotels i have stayed with. Beds are large. Location is good and convenient facilities nearby. But bedsheets, pillows and blankets need to be aired and washed regularly. Strong body smell and musty odour Windows could be cleaned regularly as they are quite dirty. Restaurant food could be improved - pasta is very good but the rest of locals like Fried Rice is salty, and Oxtail Soup quite strong smell and spices are light.

Such a comfortable room! And I loved the pool and the view.

GOOD HOTEL

Probably the best option for the price in Semarang. This new Louis has an even nicer pool (than Simpang Lima), and while the rooms are a bit smaller, are also nicer. Location is decent, with enough options to walk to, and fairly central.

GREAT AND OKAY

Room no multiple plugs for charging. Only Indon power points. I went down to front office and had to insist they supply me the adapter. Took me awhile of insisting before they supply me the adapter which they had but not willing to lend me initially. Also when I asked for 1.30pm check out, as usual, I had to threaten to rate them negatively before the manager finally agreed to let me stay till 1pm. His excuse - hotel full. I found out indirecttly that it was only 50% occupied. Its annoying. Why cant they be generous with my request instead of me having to express my annoyance before they give in. Positive - beautiful infinity pool area n jacuzzi jets v strong. We enjoyed relaxing in pool area for several hrs.
