during check in, the shower was not functioning properly. although, after repaired, it was ok. Need regular maintenance!! regular check. During our stay, a group of 3 buses also stay in this hotel. Problem during breakfast, no empty table for 4 persons. As the group with no coordination, 2 persons sit at the table of 6 or 4. My recommendation, on such case, management should split the breakfast area for group, and for other hotel guest. So that the group have to sit at the pre arranged area, not spread out over all the breakfast area.

The location is close to F&B Area

The AC was not working on our last stay, though they tried to fix it. Limited parking space.

The hotel was great, the location - the staff - the food - the room and everything is excellent

The shower area has no glass door, somehen shower the whole bathroom (en-suite) getting wet. Then everytime you enter you bathroom, your room also getting wet. The room floor is tiled, not carpetted. I think for the amount I paid (~USD 60 per night) I expected a better standard room.

We stayed only 1 night in Semarang, not so much to see around. We had a great breakfast, I had 5 years kid who refused to eat breakfast and the staff was very nice to let us pack the food for her. The room is very nice, clean and spacious. We got everything we need in the room. We booked 1 family room + 1 standard room and they upgraded our standard room to deluxe, so great. During check in, we also got welcome drinks, so nice. Only one problem: the bathroom in the family room clogged so fast. But overall our stay was great! Love Aston and definitely will come back when we visit Semarang again. Thank you.

Supporting staff and helpful. Room is clean as always. Highly recommended hotel in semarang. Close to airport and also tempat oleh2 (souvenir) and attractions centre's area such as Lawang sewu. Good breakfast options with best coffee.

Very limited amenities, towels look really awful, too much MSG in the food, room is very small. It’s a minimalist hotel.

Staff very helpfully, they’re give the rooms as our request with connecting doors. The rooms are clean & the AC was vertically cold. The foods also delicious with many choices. The receptionist, room boy, pool guard, security & waiters also friendly. The locations also very strategic. Thank you Aston Inn Pandanaran

The location is perfect. Close to Lawang Sewu , Mall, Lots of restaurants , Warung makan and Oleh oleh.

The bathroom was not clean. The stuff was fussy.

The location is very comfortable, quite close to food area.......very interesting to people who like to explore local food and for only walking distance you can find shopping center.

the facility in the room should be improved, such as smart TV, hand shower in the bath room, mirror should be replaced with a new one, since there are some "dirt" at the edge of the mirror in the bathroom.

Location, value, facilities and friendliness of the Staff - all of them. Staff were excellent, ready to help with a smile.

Best location for shopping, near to Simpang Lima (cullinary). Room was very comfort. But the AC wasn't working well. The breakfast menu had many variation but because we came in the long weekend, the restaurant's capacity was full. So the receptionis said that we should came back at 9 AM, so we couldn't get full menu.

Hot shower wasn’t perfect compared with another Aston at other city, solo, bandung, jakarta, samarinda. 2 times complained, good response, same result, not fixed. We can say only cold water shower on room 635.

Great food and staff

The place is strategic, the room is clean, I was staying in room 921, the employees are nice, Very recommended to stay. Breakfast in floor 12 has a lot of variety and a nice view. We can see a good view while having breakfast. I will be back to this hotel for the next visit

Due to holiday season and events, other guests are very loud after hours.

Excellence breakfast, quick check in and check out. Strategic place in town. Quite clean, the thing for green practise by providing the water dispenser in the aisle for customers’ enough drinking to avoid dehidration. Added extra beda included the brakgast is good option.

Pool facility needs an upgrade for a hotel of this size

This hotel room is spacious, the deluxe premier room is very nice. We stayed two nights in this room and 8 nights in Junior suite. This room is so big, it has separate living area. Two AC and two tv (living room and bedroom). The king size bed super comfortable. Amenities include coffee machines with coffee pods provided, mini refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, kettle. The bathroom is clean and spacious with separate shower and bathtub. The staff members are super nice, honest, attentive, always happy to help. I absolutely recommend this hotel. Location is perfect.

The reception staff. I arrived at the hotel at 14:30 and the room wasn’t ready. I was requested to wait for 15 mins by a male staff and he did not apologize, even though I mentioned that it was past 2 PM. I sat waiting on a couch about 10 meters from the reception desk and was visible by the staff. After more than 15 mins, I went to see the same staff and asked if my room was ready, and he said “Sudah Pak tadi saya telepon bapak tp tidak diangkat” (already sir, I called u but you did not answer). Why did he have to call me if he knew I was visible to him and I was only a few steps away from him? This is rude actually. Furthermore, he still did not apologize nor did he show any empathy. FYI, I did see a phone notification at that time but my apps shows that the caller was “Spam-Bank M*nd*r*” - so who would answer that call anyway and who would even think that the call might be from the hotel? That particular staff was rude and should not work inthw hospitality industry if he remains behaving like that. Apart from that, the room and the rest of the facility could have been more cleaned and refreshed (the smell was not refreshing)

Stay 1 night during my business trip, it was an amazing stay at aston inn semarang, the room is spacious, the breakfast is very authentic and Variative. Located at the center of Semarang city made an easy access to every places around. Thank you to Mrs. Yulia and Mr. Pora to provide me such an amazing hospitality service.

Condition room clean and minimalist also nice staff. location is near lawangsewu, so we could walking to go around the semarang city. The food and beverage is delicious, and so night view at the pool very nice . The price also worthy for the services

The property had a quality pool and quality gym, in a perfect location so close to everything !

The pool was a bit dirty with a lot of dead skin in it ( very visible )

Good location, great staff. Comfortable bright simple designed room. Power points at useful height and location (many hotels failed on this). Very good towels. Breakfast choice galore and tasty. Definitely value for money.

Window has no shear curtain, only black out. AC struggled to keep room cool. Cleaning wasn't quite 4 stars.

Noisy from restaurant above in the morning. Tables and chairs being dragged across the floor was loud and disturbing

Needs a lot of mold work, very Moldy could course a health risk.

Moldy Bath room and no double bed for husband & wife. How every they did try to accommodate by joining the 2 single beds.

We like our stay at the Aston Inn Pandanaran. The room is quite spacious and clean, there are slippers available. Overall, it was a great stay.

The bath, wish there was a door? So when we bathe, the water wont wet the whole bathroo..

Food variety is very lacking with classes like this. Incomplete salad. Ordinary taste. Oh yes, parking is very limited.

Property clean and location good

A centrally located hotel where restaurants are within 1 to 2 km away, in fact the local and traditional foods are only walking distance from the property. Quite wide variety of breakfast choices that come from several parts of the nation. Helpful staffs showing genuine hospitality. Despite some bath towels and bedding look need to be refurbished, the property could be favorable to stay for solo traveler as well as family's gate away.

The cleanliness in bathroom and in some common area should also be treated as priority. Some thick stain in the sink tap and some dust can easily be found in the room.

Kami dilayani dengan cepat dan baik, meskipun waktu itu check in malam2. Lalu sebetulnya kami pesan double bed tapi mereka hanya punya twin bed, mereka sudah menawarkan untuk menempelkan ranjangnya, tapi sy tolak karena sudah malam & sy cuma perlu istirahat saja. Kamar bersih dan kamar mandi shower juga bersih. Untuk menginap semalam saja, kamar ini sudah bagus sekali.

None as I was expected

The space of room too small for family 🥲even had extra bed still not comfortable and not spacious enough. Also there’s not wardrobe or cabinets to put some clothes or stuff. The cost/price of the hotel too expensive with nothing nice inside room even there’s no iron board/iron electronics as Star hotel always provide. Beside that the staff are very nice 😊
