Ipekyolu Hotel

Der Boden war sehr dreckig, der allgemeine Zustand vom Hotel war sehr heruntergekommen, das Personal war bis auf die blonde Dame an der Rezeption leider nicht so gut. Wir kamen uns nicht willkommen vor. Würde dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

Tek gecelik bir konaklama için katlanılabilir ama normalde kalınabilecek bir otel değil.

Güzel, temiz ve rahat bir konaklama oldu. Tavsiye ederim.

Was mir nicht gefiel waren Kakerlaken, die plötzlich im Badezimmer auftauchten. Obwohl ich auf diese hinwies, und mir versprochen wurde etwas gegen sie zu machen, wurde anscheinend nichts gegen diese unternommen, da ich abends wieder welche im Badezimmer fand, als ich ins Hotel kam

Bu otelde ikinci kalışım. Yeri gerçekten mükemmel. Yine Bursa'ya gidersem tercih sebebi olur ancak odamda telefon çalışmıyor. Klime çok eski olduğu için çalışmakta zorluk çekiyor ve banyo ürünleri eksikti. Bunlar tamamlanır ise şahane bir otel olacaktır. Teşekkürler

Merkezi yerde, çok memnun kaldım ve temiz bir oteldi.

Öncelikle otel çalışanları güler yüzlü cana yakındı. Otelin konsepti çok hoş otantik bir havası var. Oda da genel olarak temizdi, sadece küvet giderinde saç kılları kalmıştı, onun dışında temizdi. Oda biraz gürültülüydü tramvay hattının tam yanında olması sebebiyle. Fakat yine de tekrar konaklamak isteyebileceğim bir yer oldu.

The door was not woeking properly.It took menfew minutes to open ans close it.The toilet was stinking.There was a noise coming from the top in the toilet .It was a nightmare.The only reason I picked this room was the price.Never ever again !

Herkes güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Odalar temizdi.

L'hotel conserva perfettamente la struttura originaria, un'antico palazzo ottomano. Si trova in una posizione centrale e i vari punti d'interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. La stanza è spaziosa e pulita, con tutto l'occorrente per il soggiorno. Il personale della reception è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile a qualsiasi mia richiesta.

Hotel’de bize verilen oda: çok küçük, lavabo tıkanık, yatakta çarşaf yok, üstümüze örteceğimiz herhangi bir şey yoktu. Sadece bir pike vardı. İlk defa bir otelde böyle bir durumla karşılaştık! Sadece personelden memnun kaldık. Odayı değiştirdi fakat, diğer odada gürültü bazı materyaller eksikti. Başkasına tavsiye edermişiz? Hayır….

Friendly staff, clean rooms, underground free parking decent pricing.

Merkezde olması çok iyiydi misafirperver tavırla karşılanmak iyi hissettirdi. Kahvaltısız olarak oda seçtiğim için yemekler konusunda bir fikrim yok. Ama genel anlamda çok memnun kaldım. Bursa’ya gidersem tekrar kalmak isteyeceğim bir yer oldu..

Very old,needs repairing,not comfortable and humidity

The Hotel is a very unique historical structure of 16th century, located excellent area to wander around the historic city center. There are many interesting pieces inside the building presenting its historical building purposes. However the towels, quilts etc did not seem to me very clean.

The employees are kind and nice, and my stay was great. The hotel needs a little bit maintenance.

There are several bad points about this hotel. First, the bathroom extractor fan doesn’t work, and the fridge is not functioning. I informed the reception about this, and they said they would help me, but they didn’t do anything for three days and showed no concern. The cleanliness is not good. The room is very small. The door lock is broken. The floor makes a loud noise when walked on. The sink is clogged.The water heater is not clean at all.

Otele girdiğinizde kötü bir kokuyla karşılaşıyorsunuz ve bütün koridorlarda bunu hissediyorsunuz. Odalar son derece küçük ve kullanışsız. Eşyalara antika havası vermeye çalışmışlar ama hepsi dökülüyor. Otopark tam bir felaket. Kahvaltı fix olarak geliyor ve don derece yetersiz, mutfağın içi çalışanlarla dolu hepsinin elinde çay ve yiyecek mevcut, hijyen sıfır. Kötü bir deneyimdi

Hijyen cart curt yeterli seviyede. Konum çok iyi. 1 gece kaldım herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım tavsiye ederim.

Otelde ilgili personel ve rahat bir oda mevcuttu. Kahvaltı fiyata göre çok iyiydi. Ancak odamızın yan odalar ile arasındaki duvarlar o kadar inceydiki konuşma sesleri tüm gece rahatsız etti.

Joli hôtel rétro en plein centre ville, accueil charmant, un emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville avec un parking souterrain, rare, bon petit déjeuner avant d’arpenter la ville. Nous recommandons vivement !

It’s a very charming hotel with old Victorian (I think) decor. It’s clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful .

This hotel is a gem. It’s truly felt like a boutique and not at all copy/paste franchise hotel. It was clean and hotel staff friendly and helpful. There’s easy parking, lots of restaurants within couple of minutes walking distance, and lots of shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay at Ipekyolu Butik Hotel. We stayed there in 2021 right after Covid. We chose the hotel because of its location near to the Bazaar. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I think they can still so some renovations to the property to make it look more updated. But still a good hotel to stay in.

Otelin tarihi dokusu, konumu, her türlü tarihi çarşıya esere ulaşımı kolay. Yürüme mesafesinde.. Şehir içi olduğu için hali ile gece biraz gürültülü. O da otelin kusuru değil, milletimiz insanlarımız saygısız ve eğitimsiz. Oda iyiydi. Yatak konforlu. Sabah kahvaltısı tatminkar.

Oda genel olarak temiz ve konforluydu. Klimayı çalıştırdığımızda bir süre sonra öksürtüyordu bakım zamanı gelmiş olabilir belki. Klima dışında gayet memnun kaldık.

Otel genel olarak güzeldi ikinci kez tercih ettiğimiz bir otel, odası biraz küçüktü fakat odayı biz istediğimiz için sorun yok diğer odalar daha geniş olumsuz olarak tek şey akşam saatlerinde otelin avlusunun ışıklarının açılmamış olmasıydı o da bir defa oldu onun dışında gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğiniz bir otel tekrar geldiğimde tercih edeceğim

İyi niyetli personel, güzel ve temiz bir otel

Bir gece konaklama imkanım oldu. Odalar gayet temiz düzenli ve kullanışlıydı. Çalışanlarda gayet güler yüzlü. Konum olarakta şehir merkezine ve önemli mekanlara yakın mesafede.

Banyo kabini , tuvalet (klozet), cam temizliğine biraz daha özenmeleri gerekiyor. Bunlara rağmen çarşafları temizdi. Yeri merkezi , çalışanları ise çok güler yüzlü idi. Daha temiz olsaydı yine gidilebilirdi.

Fiyat performans oteli. Haftasonu trail yarışı için konaklama tercihimiz oldu. Çalışanların samimiyeti bizi evimizde hissettirdi, en beğendiğimiz bu oldu, odalar güzeldi , tasarım eski bir han olduğu için iç dekorasyon da o şekilde yapılmış, çok beğendik. Lokasyon biraz kötü ama tekrar kalırız.

Otantik bir yer.bilmeyen için cok üst düzey bişey beklemeyin.eski ama güzel bir otel.sehirde gezilebilecek yerlere yürüme mesafesinde olması güzel.market olarak 200 m yakında bim ve 101 var.yemek yerlerine yakın.tramvay geçmesi sizi rahatsiz etmesin.temizlik ve banyo daha iyi olabilir.

Fiyat performans oteli. Konaklama, çalışanlar, kahvaltı… gerçekten iyiydi. Çok konforlu sayılmaz. Fotoselli kat ışıkları çok geç yandığı için yolu bulmakta zorlanıyorsunuz. Bazen de yanmıyor. Fakat genel olarak baktığımda, Bursa ya gittiğimde tekrar gönül rahatlığıyla kalabileceğim bir otel.

We enjoyed the fact that the hotel is an old Ottoman mansion that maintained many features like high ceilings and wooden floors. We stayed in the family room with an adjoining room with two twin beds, which was roomy and comfortable. The taxi driver from the new bus station knew exactly where it was located and the fare was reasonable. We were able to walk to the attractions and nearby restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay in Bursa and the Ipekalu Hotel.

Konumu harika, heryerde en fazla 10 dk. Konfor normal yeterli, kahvaltı yeterli. Merkezde bu fiyat gayet uygun 👍

Otelin konumu tarihi yerlere çok yakın. Eski bir konak olduğu için çok otantik. Sadece odanın temizliği biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Belki bizim kaldığımız odaya özel bir durumdu. Ama otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve ilgililer. Ayrıca otelin kapalı otoparkı olmasıda büyük bir avantaj.

Banyoyu kullanmak için hey şeyi göze almak lazım. Bakınca bile tiksinmemek elde değildi. Oda fena değildi ama banyonun kirini lekesini görünce insan odaya karşı da temkinli oluyor.

Oda yol kenarında, gece 01.30 civarına kadar dışarıdan anlamlandıramadığımız türden vurma sesleri geldi. Seslerin otelin önündeki spotçudan gelmiş olabileceğini düşünüyoruz, otelin bu konuda yapabileceği pek bir şey yok açıkçası. Uyumakta biraz zorlandık. Otelin temizliğini, iç dizaynını, avlusunu ve personellerin cana yakın tavrını çok beğendik ve bunlardan memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi, çok lezzetliydi her şey. Gürültü bizim şanssızlığımız diye düşünüyorum, güzel ve tercih edilebilir bir otel. Teşekkür ederiz.

고풍스런 건물의 제법 큰 호텔. 지하 주차장을 갖추고 있고 트램철로를 끼고 있음. 시장과 먹자골목을 끼고 있고 이스칸데르 캐밥 원조집도 가까움. 번화가도 멀지 않음. 성채와는 트램으로 연결됨. 도보로도 멀지 않은 거리임. 아침은 간결하지만 가격대비 괜찮음. 무었보다 부르사가 거쳐가기만 하기엔 괜찮은 도시임.

Temizlik, müşteri ilgisi, kahvaltısına kadar memnun kaldık. 2 günlük haftasonu gezisi için gayet başarılıydı. Yanlız lokasyon gereği sanırım geceleri dışarıdan çok ses geldi ve bu durum rahatsız ediciydi. Buda otelle ilgili değil dış etkenle alakalı. Teşekkürler

Otelin konumu merkezi olması açısından gayet iyi. Aile odasında kaldık, kaldığımız odanın resepsiyon telefonu çalışmıyor, banyo eski ve oda temizliği çokta iyi değildi, kahvaltı yeterli ve sessizlik açısından da iyi. Bursa gezisi için tercih edilebilir bir aile odası.

Kötü bir yorum yazmak istemem ama hurda ile antika arasında karaktere sahip bir mekan. Sanki otel eşyalarına, özellikle banyo donanımına biraz daha özen gösterilmeli. Yine de şirin ve merkezi bir mekanda olması tercih edilebilir kılıyor. Kahvaltının da biraz daha erken saatte başlaması daha uygun olabilir.

Odalar çok kirli, bakımsız ve kötüydü. Kahvaltı başlangıç saati 8:30, bu yüzden kahvaltı edemedik.

Girdiğiniz andan itibaren çok güzel ve temiz bir otel. Kendine ait otoparkı var o yüzden araçla gelmek hiç sorun olmuyor. Odalar gayet temiz ve konforluydu. Kahvaltısı tam kararındaydı. Otelin konumu da çok iyi Ulu Cami’ye yürüyerek 5-10 dk mesafede. Personel güleryüzlü ve iletişime açıktı.

Free underground parking and excellent location . Ismael in the kitchen was very helpful. It’s an old building and I went in the winter. I think it will be a wonderful place to stay in the summer but much more expensive . Totally in the centre so it can be noisy.

When I took shawer, suddenly door of glass collapse and I got injured.Of caurse, I did not anything, suddenly door drop off.I even can not walk well because broken glass pierces make me bloodly But, when I go to reception to report my circumstances, I get a terrible comments. They said "You have to pay 100USD as compensation.You will be arrested if you do not pay anything."I explain many time, but they just said "pay money yellow monky",,,, worst hotel ever stayed,,,,

Old property. Needs maintenance and renovation. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is limited but satisfactory. Parking lot is in the basement. Location is walkable to most areas. Rooms are neither small nor large. Linen is clean. Price is good for what it offers.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Almost perfect. Very stylish. Tasty breakfast. Only 2 things i didn't like: black areas in shower look like mold and plastic bollte part instead of glass cup for toilet brush.

The hotel is pretty beautiful and location is convenient. They even has a parking structure which is rare in Turkish busy cities. The young men working at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It was very pleasant to talk with them. A young lady assisted us to purchase boat tickets to Istanbul while we encoutered some problems. The only downside is they would charge 50 lira for a cup of coffee while the breakfast was free. The coffee tasted not good at all.

It was the second time in this hotel and they give us a family room, much bigger. As there is a mosque nearby you can hear it in the morning (around 6 am) but not their fault. They don't speak a lot of English (very little) but thanks technology you can manage. Nice stay. Good to visit the city and Bazar, shops, restaurants quite close to this hotel.

We arrive late and we didn't see anything. The receptionist recommend us a good restaurant. The room is big and bathroom ok. Some things need replacement (wc flush for example) but it's ok. The breakfast was ok (Turkish one). They didn't have coffee, if you want you have to pay an extra 50LT (and no milk). They let us check-out late (after eating). We leave the luggage in the room and go for visiting. Staff friendly and helpfull even if they don't speak very well English.

Die Zimmer sind megaklein. In der Dusche war Schimmel. Die Armatur war defekt. Das war das schlimmste Hotelzimmer, in dem ich je untergekommen bin.

Çalışanlar iyi. Özellikle kahvaltı çok güzeldi. Mutfak çalışanları çok kibardı. Sadece havalandırmada ciddi bir sorun var. Wc'lerin havalandırması yeterli değil. Koridorlarda bile koku oluyordu. Odaların genel temizliği daha iyi olabilirdi. Perdeleri çekince çok toz olmuştu

In apparenza una bella struttura ma entrando nello specifico: stanza di media grandezza (nella mia mancava bollitore e frigorifero e una lampada era rotta), pulizia scarsa, bagno con il piatto doccia consumato, scopino del bagno spezzato e lasciato lì, una manopola rotta e lasciata sul lavandino, finestra a baionetta per cui rumori provenienti dalla strada. La zona è commerciale: si trovano sotto la struttura venditori di frigoriferi da bar, stufe, divani...tutti in mezzo alla strada...la sera zona silenziosa (a parte il tram). Posizione vicina al centro. Colazione inizia alle 8:30!!!! Assurdo...e chi ha l'aereo? Ho pagato la colazione e non ne ho usufruito. Gentilmente il ragazzo alla reception mi ha offerto un tè. Onestamente guarderei qualcos'altro!

Should improve the quality of the rooms but it is a 1500 years old building so needs investment. The rooms were so noisy from outside activities

The hotel offers adequate service and amenities for a short stay. It is an old ottoman house which has its own charm, and the staff do their best to upkeep it and make it a pleasant environment. The property is located in a very convenient place for walking to all the places you would want to visit in Bursa city, and for public transportation. There were a few minor issues but the staff is very willing and prompt with their assistance. I didn't care for the breakfast; they are still serving an individual tray with the same items every day. But I am giving up on hotel breakfast now. It seems to be a problem generally. There is no longer decent coffee or fruit offered. It is difficult for those with food allergies and special circumstances to have a decent breakfast, as it is mostly bread(and white flour, which is of course unhealthy and not for those with gluten allergies) and cheese, and perhaps a boiled egg. It is difficult to eat that every day for 8 days in a row. Other than that, I would recommend the hotel to others for a simple but clean place to stay.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The area is very close to demirtaşpaşa metro station and the closed bazaar as well as koza han. Expedia shows check in time to be 6 am but it is at 14:00 so just be careful. I would give it 10/10 💫
