Kayhan City Hotel

Great hotel right in the historic part of Bursa. Excellent breakfast and the staff was very helpful. Recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bursa.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location, walking distance to everywhere. Nice breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Albergo situato in posizione strategica. Camera confortevole, pulita e funzionale. Personale gentile e accogliente, colazione nella media locale.

Solides Hotel, zentral und alles da was man braucht.

Very nice room, the breakfast was just okay though, and was not catered for non Turkish people. The hotel is closed to everything which was a plus.

Her şeyin kusursuz olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Great hotel with excellent customer service. The manager has been extremely helpful with our questions and needs. The breakfast was A+. The hotel is located in the central old town of Bursa, close proximity to many attraction was a great plus. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Our second time staying at this hotel. Comfortable in all respects. It's a good choice.

Gutes Hotel

Temizdi hem mutfak hem konaklama konusunda iyi hizmet aldık

Şehir merkezinde idela bir otel Odalarda peçete kağıt havlu olabilirdi. Biraz hijyen odaklı olabilirler.

Personel güler yüzlü. Konum çok iyi. Temizlik, ikramlar, genel durum iyi. Tekrar tercih ederim.

Bursa'da alışveriş için harika bir seçenek. Konforlu otel ve güler yüzlü personel. İyi kahvaltı.

Good hotel with friendly staff. Only backdraw is it’s located next to shops around and noice is something you cannot avoid.

Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter

The Hotel is great and is wakable distance of what I want to visit.

Everything was great, but there is a smell in the hotel. I think something is wrong with their sewer system

Çalışan arkadaşlar her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar.

Great location. Clean spacious room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

großes Zimmer, Aufzug, sauber, gutes Frühstück

Smoke from the chimney while heating in houses around the hotel is causing severe smoke, so the cheerful air is bad.

Konum super , yataklari biraz eski , otopark sikinti.

A very good location, close to the heart of the city

Clean and large rooms, ours had a nice large terrace with a view of the hills. Very convenient in terms of proximity to sights and public transport. There is even a taxi stand in the same lane. Elaborate and nice Turkish breakfast. Loved it and will stay again if I'm in Bursa.

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of Bursa, walkable to many markets and restaurants. Clean and friendly staffs.

Propreté, Chambre confortable, Petit-déjeuner, Bonne localisation.

Location was the best for shopping. Just across the bazaar. Reception was accommodating and hotel was clean and beautiful. Will be back.

The hotel is centrally located and easy to reach on foot from most of the major tourist areas. Public transit is available nearby. The breakfast was impressive as was the view from the room. The room was spacious and clean, with a new feel. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Mooie omgeving en alles op loopafstand. Hotel viel helaas tegen.

The hotel is ok

In the heart of Bursa

This hotel is outstanding the staff went out of their way anyway, they could to help me from the restaurant to the front desk. They were all so very nice. The hotel is in the middle of all the shopping and dining that you could ever need. I would definitely stay here again, and I would recommend it to anyone else, I would like to tell everyone at the hotel. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It is near resturants and supermarkets. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. They help us to park the car and get it out from parking. I like my stay in this hotel😍

Önceliğim OTOPARK kesinlikle yenilemeye gidilmeli inanılmaz dar ve berbat bir otopark arabanızın hasarsız çıkması imkansız. Odaların temizliği iyidi Konum olarakta iyiydi

This was a really nice hotel to stay in — different in architecture and squeezed in-between buildings in the old town of Bursa. Staff were not particularly fluent in English, but acted in a supportive and friendly manner. We liked the social space on the first floor which was welcoming and nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was awsome. Clean, quite and great location.

Struttura pulitissima e in posizione fantastica

Friendly staff to help park car and get into room. Decent location walkable 10-15 minutes to grand mosque area. Good turkish breakfast. Spacious clean rooms. Overall enjoyable day to check bursa 1 night.

Nice hotel

It was a good experience.

An extremely efficient check in accompanied by exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect to explore the sights and we would consider staying here again. The only reason why overall it’s not 5 stars is that it is quite noisy at night and the rooms could be sound proofed more.

The room and bathroom are bigger than standard and very convenient. The staff was very helpful especially since it is very difficult to communicate in English around turkey. The location is good snd everything else was very good.

Alles super gelaufen

Otelin konumu gayet iyi.

Schoon hotel, fijne omgeving.

Centrally located clean hotel with friendly personnel. It was easily reachable from Bursa bus terminal with a public bus. Everything is within walking distance.

The location was good.

Temiz, merkezi konumda bir otel her yer yürüme mesafesinde çalışanlar nazik.

Alles gu gevesen

The hotel is in the very historical center of Bursa. They kindly gave me a big family room. Nice and clean. Very good price/quality balance.

The staff and the owner of the hotel tried to scam us We booked a one night stay and upon check out they asked us to pay extra 40$ They are scammers And the area of the hotel is very bad Stay away if you want to enjoy your stay stay

Die Unterkunft war in allen Belangen wundervoll.

Kayhan City hotel is very nice and clean, perfect location, all key Bursa sights are easily accessible!

Staff very helpful Excellent location , just 1 min walking to the historical area and all bazar. There are si many bazar and all are around the hotel. Location is super great

Location, Location, Location people. This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at in Bursa due to its central location. Located in the shopping center of Koza Han this was a very clean hotel. It was designed beautifully and our room was spacious. The staff was very responsive and when we forgot something in the safe they were able to retrieve it for us without hesitation.

This is a small hotel, but everything was very clean and it's a great location right next to the downtown. For the price, excellent!

Nice hotel in Osmangazi, Bursa. Strategically located near several attractions. Reasonably priced and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly too.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the old city of Bursa. All was very good: personnel, room. Parking was a little bit tricky.

Location and stuff are amazing

I like it

Excellent service, kind and very helpful people. Can convert at downstairs at good rate, better from airport rate. I wanted reheat food they took from me and said they will bring it up to my room and they brought it up with proper spoon water bread etc.

nice small but close to major attractions and few good restaurant / takeaway shops. Nice and helpful staff, i wouldn't recommend for money exchange instead only few blocks away you can find few change office / Doviz (that is what money exchange called in Turkey) local market and taxi stand right in front of hotel. breakfast was good with many choice and it was self served. Lady working at breakfast area was very helpful.

Amazing staff.. excellent manager

Location is very good where actually the hotel is located staff is great the breakfast as good. The beds are very terrible you can't sleep on that bed and the 2nd the room I got it it was to the side of road It's a noisy I was not able to sleep in tyrannite I do not recommend to anyone that but In that hotel bads need to be replaced.

I would like to thank all the staff for their assistant and help they were very friendly and Always smiling I recommended to my friend

The staff were welcoming and helpful when I need to organise a visit to Cumalikisik. The location was great, right in the center of town, across the street from the bazaar and with great restaurants right around the corner.

Clean and nice

Nice room. Very good bathroom and shower. Excellent A/C. Quiet. Clean. Helpful staff. Didn't like that there was no coffee at breakfast - just something weak and watery out of a package no where near the standards of Nescafe, even! Must have real coffee.

Nice treatments from all employees, great location

staffs are very polite and helpful I’ll stay there again for my next trip for sure.

Hotel was very nice and staff is very nice. Location of the hotel is great. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you!!!

Overall I had a great experience. Ali helped me out alot.

Amazing hotel with top class customer service. On site parking facility. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Highly recommended if staying in Bursa. 5 Star recommendation from me.

Thank you very much. It was a great stay. Every thing is nice and clean. Great location for this Hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Good service. I passed my breakfast time, but still the kind staff sent me breakfast to my room. Definitely will choose this Hotel again.

The location is great! It is close to the main places of interest. The staff was very nice! The room is spacious, modern, new, clean and stylish! There is a kettle, tea/coffee bags, bottled water in the room. I really love the soaps and gel in the bathroom. They smell so good! The breakfast was excellent! There was bread, cheese, tea/coffee, eggs, fruit, vegetables and pastries. One of the pastries was so tasty. It had kind of marzipan in the middle. We rested very well! If one day we have to come back we will definitely stay at this place.

Very good, very confortable, everthing ok.Breakfast needs to be improved

Every thing was okay but AC not working blowing out normal air and lights only turn off if you pull the card out the cuts all power to air unit

good
