FabHotel F9 Noida Sector 51

Nothing

Very shabby rooms, dirty washroom and wet linen…very bad place to stay. The staff is very bad especially the reception person

location

Staff and hygiene

Nothing to like about this property, it was pathetic, rooms were stinking like it has not cleaned since it get started

Worst

Lot of small improvements you can do , No blankets no shampoo, no dring water heater

Had to change multiple rooms, each room had different issues

Hotel cancelled booking without intimation even when fab hotels asked me to pay Rs.975 and confirmed my reservation

Nishant Kumar's leadership at Fab Hotel F9 Sector 51, made my stay exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay alone again.

I am very happy! The hotel is beautiful, the cleanliness is excellent, the room has everything you need, the bed is comfortable and royal I really liked the way the receptionist welcomed me The staff.

However, I felt that the hotel could improve on cleanliness. I encountered some issues with my room, but the staff resolved them quickly.

Overall, I'd give FabHotel F9 Sector 51 3.5/5 stars. While it's not perfect, it's a good option for those who prioritize location and affordability. With some tweaks to cleanliness and noise management, this hotel could easily become a top choice in Noida.

However, there were some areas where the hotel fell short. Cleanliness was a concern, with some rooms in need of a deeper clean. Additionally, the noise level from neighboring rooms could be a bit

Property location is very good located to near road reception manager vikas is very kind and supportive provide smooth check-in room is very good 😊😊 refer to stay here

Staff is very supportive ... they go out of the way to help .. as I was dere for an interview they helped getting my documents xerox .... it’s kind of home stay ... food is good ...

Nice hotel good staff neat and clean room good facility parking safe all good i m visit again

location of the propery

Cleanliness and hygiene , damages

Staff has lack of information

Rooms are not as shown in photos

There was a roof above.

Toilets are stinking. Poorly maintained. Unhygienic. Walls are coming apart. Pillows bed sheets curtains everything is dirty and stained with oily greasy black stuff. Room is full of mosquitoes and fly even though they have repellents (they were empty) Plywood of the small table, bed and everything is coming off. I was afraid to even touch anything since it was unhygienic and hazardous. Telephone doesn’t work so I had to repel down to the reception for everything. Facilities mentioned on the website are absent. The name of the property is not even mentioned outside so it’s hard to locate at night. If you are expecting a buffet for a breakfast, please limit your imagination. They will give you Maggi, or small paratha or omelette only. Did I mention unhygienic? I had late check out provided in my booking but yet they asked me to leave even before their usual check out time. I obliged and happily left that filth.

Ok

Nothing

Zero cleanliness , broken doors, very old property

False images on booking.com Fake property Real rooms are not even worthy of INR 150/ Night Shame on booking.com for registering such property Not even worthy enough for those shady creepy oyo rooms Mosquitoes consumed half of the blood If a negative rating available would have given that

The toilet was broken so we asked the person in reception to change our room he didn’t help. Sent some staff from the hotel who kept trying fixing our hroken toilen for an hr which wasted our lot of time. They sent us bad quality breakfast that too at early morning hr ,didn’t even call us to confirm whether we want breakfast or not. No room amenities were available we went out keeping our luggage telling them that we want everything in place . After returning we saw nithing was still there even when there was no rush in the hotel. When we came back the receptionist said that he was having tea will send the glasses after having tea.
