Nothing at all. The moment we checked in within 20 min we checked out.

The washroom was stinking, no dustbin was provided in the washroom and when we asked one they said we don't provide. The cistern was not working, commode was dirty and urinal smell was in the washroom. The staff members not co-operative at all. I asked for changing the room but they said you would have to stay in the same room.

Excellent Stay: I had a wonderful experience at FabHotel Grand Olive Sector 50. The hotel's location is superb, close to Sector 50 Metro Station, making commuting easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable with modern amenities like air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Staff and receptionist were helping me a lot and supported on time

Bathroom facilities was not good. All were damaged and the mat was full of dust Water in the bathroom was not available in tap which delayed my shower for 45 minutes in the morning

Nothing. It was a horrible property, the worst ever. Didn’t look like the pictures at all. The property is intact operating under a different name - Admire Inn. No signage or boards. The room was shady and stinky with dirtiest bed linen, rough towel, broken amenities and stained floor. The bathroom was a nightmare. Public restrooms of any railway station in this county would be cleaner in comparison. The tiles were dirty. Provided bathroom amenities were in horrible condition. Pictures are attached for reference.

Looks like fraud. At the time of check-in, the receptionist asked for Booking dot com PIN number. Seems they want to give review on my behalf. Why they need customer's PIN number which is confidential?

Receptionist should be fired. She has no sense how to talk to clients. She made us sit outside. Rude behavior. Absolutely unacceptable. Then kicked us out at 10 in the night. Without checking. No refund till now of the advance paid. She needs to be checked.

Staff was good. They were awake late at night and early in the morning to attend the people and their queries.

Rooms are not that clean. Bedsheet was awful. Towel was awful. There was smell of cigarette smoke. AC didn't have remote.

No AC remote. No TV remote working. No milk powder for tea or coffee. Bed sheets and pillows were dirty. Dusty place.

I don't like your service, even your customer support, that was my fault I installed this app. Hotel was fully occupied, no room was available there. Still they confirmed my booking. Is it joke to spoil people time.
