The bathroom had some mold and smelled musty, and the electric kettle was dirty inside with a sticky residue.

El colchón de muelles para cambiar y alguna araña nos hizo compañia...y las vistas a una terracita llena de escombros...cómo Dublín es carísimo, y luego de estar en otro sitio casi prefiero este más cutre pero mucho más barato

Noisy on the tram route. I just wore ear plugs and drank some Guinness before bed. Bed was comfy and I slept OK. Wall are paper thin between rooms. It's a no frills hotel. Hostel-like.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Dosyć dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu Phoenix Park, Muzeum Guinessa i przystanków komunikacji miejskiej. Pokój posiadał wygodne, duże łóżko. Dostaliśmy na początku naszego pobytu kawę oraz herbatę do naszego użytku w pokoju. Dodatkowo pozwolono nam przechować bagaże przez kilka godzin po wymeldowaniu.
Pokój nie wygląda do końca tak jak na zdjęciach w booking, są pewne rozbieżności. Nie było w nim chociażby krzeseł i podłużnego blatu. Jest dosyć głośno, ponieważ ściany są cienkie i słychać wszystko zarówno nad pokojem jak i w korytarzu. Czystość oraz niektóre elementy wystroju są zaniedbane. Mieliśmy między innymi dziurawe prześcieradło i ręczniki z dziurami. Widok z okna nie był naszym priorytetem, ale jest on centralnie na śmietnik i pralnie.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026I like how there was space in the room and they already had a pack and play set up for us. That was very helpful with our 2 kids. We appreciated the microwave and Dinnerware which was a bonus.
There really wasn't anything that we didn't like. The bathroom had a few odd this like a screw as a towel holder on the back of the door but otherwise everything was great.

First impression, from the outside it looks like a shop that has been closed for years, hasnt been painted in years. Once we got in the door, there was a smell in the place. The staff was lovely but then we got our room, just wasnt up to standards, didnt feel clean and the bathroom wasnt clean

Reviewed Jul 9, 2026The property was local to the station and the bus to the airport. It was only 20 minutes from the centre of town.
The bathroom was mouldy round the shower and generally needed an upgrade. The space under the door of the room would not resist fire as the gap was large . It was advertised as soundproofed, but certainly was not. The main room was clean and well kept, but you could hear every noise, step and traffic. It is a budget hotel.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Check in was very uncomplicated. The city center was easy to reach by tram. The room was beautiful and the kitchenette very modern. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to store our luggage after checkout to enjoy the day in the city unburdened.
There were slight spots of mold in the shower. The sink was very noisy and we could hear everything in the staircase very clearly as well as the noise of the front door and doorbell, which might disturb light sleepers. We'd have liked a kitchen towel to dry off our dishes.

Abgewohntes und extrem kleines Zimmer. Verstopfter Abfluss, kaputter Duschschlauch, Kaugummi am Bettgestell. Mit der Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Fenster und Müllabfuhr mitten in der Nacht, konnte man leider das Fenster nachts nicht offen lassen. 118€ die Nacht war es leider wirklich nicht wert.

Une des deux chambres était bien spacieuse avec un coin "cuisine" Four à microonde, bouilloire, thé et café à disposition la deuxième chambre était minuscule, côté rue et beaucoup de bruit de circulation. On ne pouvait pas dormir la fenêtre ouverte ...
La salle de bains était vraiment sale, en particulier la douche

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026El alojamiento está muy bien, escasea un poco de limpieza, sobre todo en el baño pero cumple con lo necesario. El edificio tiene dos plantas, si alquilar en la superior que son las grandes y privadas, no hay ascensor. Es muy amplia la habitación, hay cocina con nevera y la cama era muy cómoda. Tienes el tram justo al lado.
Tuvimos la mala suerte que nos tocaron al lado unas chicas que hacían mucho ruido por la noche porque estaban de fiesta y las dos noches solo se oía gritar y vomitar.

Das Quartier entspricht nicht annähernd dem, was das Photo vermittelt. Alles ist uralt, der Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf einen vermüllten Hinterhof. Im Bad viel Holz mit Feuchtigkeitsschäden, wenigstens läuft das warme Wasser. Leider nicht aus der Dusche. Wenigstens schien das Bettzeug sauber. Für das, was geboten wird viel zu teuer. Ist halt Dublin.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026For a budget hotel the rooms were nicely decorated and modern, the staff were great, the bagstore option is excellent, you collect your bags upto 8pm and this is free for guests, the location is excellent the tram is outside, short walk to the store house and Houston station is across the rd, Ryan's and Nancy's Hand are great pubs that serve lovely food, Ryan's food is exceptional.
We booked the 3 rooms on top floor which are ensite tgexstandard double room is small, but this is a minor complaint. And feedback woukd be ti upgrade the TV in this room.

Walls are a bit thin so could hear people in adjacent room talking and squeaky floorboards when they moved around.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026the rooms where clean and beds comfortable, the location was okay 30 minute walk into town. some bars and a shop on the same road and cafe in the station over the road. bus station over the road and tram track right outside. staff where friendly and accommodating i suppose you get what you pay for reasonable for Dublin and on comparison to others in the area and did not take away the fun we had on out trip.
shared bathroom small and run down, more than 3 rooms of people sharing the one bathroom not great in the mornings had to ask for more toilet rolls and fresh towel very noisy, inside and out walls very thin appreciate its a budget hotel but may be worth updating bathroom

Reviewed May 22, 2026Este alojamiento está muy cerca de la estación de trenes de Dublín, la fábrica Guinnes y el famoso Phoenix Park. Justo al lado pasa el tran vía que te lleva al centro de la ciudad en 3 paradas. La habitación es muy sencilla, pero estaba limpia y la cama es cómoda, la ventana que da a la calle está insonorizada y tienes unos sobres de té, café y leche en la habitación, la TV es inteligente lo cual es una maravilla el poder conectar nuestros dispositivos electrónicos y poner ver lo que queremos en la tele, también puedes cargar tus dispositivos por medio de USB. El chico de la recepción nos atendió muy bien. Nuestro tren salía por la noche y al salir dejamos el equipaje en el hospedaje sin ningún problema.
Al reservar solo me daba la opción de baño compartido y creo que necesita una reforma urgente y necesaria. Si volviera reservaría una habitación con baño privado. Por lo demás todo correcto, obtienes lo que pagas para una ciudad cara como Dublín.

The walls are thin and guests next to us were loud throughout the night. There is no elevator, so needed to carry bags up several flights on a narrow staircase.

Bathroom badly needed re-grouting and toilet seat was hanging off. Old outdated dirty bathroom door. No full length mirror and bed sidetable fell apart. Big gap under hotel door so got disturbed by doorbell and other people staying going up and down the stairs. Could hear upstairs talking, very creaky floorboards and noisy plumbing system. Then the staff had the audacity to charge us €5 per bag to leave behind for the day before we went to the airport. Avoid definitely not worth the money!!
