Staff were so friendly and the location was perfect.

Property is a little tired.

I was offered every bit of hospitality — suggestions, directions, housekeeping.

I wish I had stayed longer in Kissamos. I only stayed a short while.

Ottima la posizione. I ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura sono molto carini e disponibili, sempre pronti ad aiutarti o darti consigli. Il gatto nero dell'hotel è super coccoloso. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la scelta sostenibile di mettere a disposizione gli oggetti che lasciano gli ospiti precedenti. La struttura offre acqua e un piccolo rinfresco a tutti gli ospiti tutti i giorni. Consigliatissimo!

La doccia perdeva un po' di acqua ma ogni giorno cambiano il tappetino quindi il bagno rimane pulito.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Obgleich kein Frühstück vorgesehen war stand in einer Ecke Kaffee,Brot,Kuchen, Butter Marmelade, Honig und Obst bereit. Mit den guten Hinweisen konnten wir erst direkt, später nahe dem Hotel parken. Ist Abends Fußgängerzone und nette Shoppingmeile.. Der Weg zum Strand dauert ca 15 Minuten .Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind direkt vor der Tür oder in der nächsten Nebenstraße.

Gardinen zwar lichtdicht, aber nicht mehr komplett in den Halterungen, Duschkopfhalter ist locker, halt nicht mehr top in Schuss. Ausstattung der Küche reicht für Frühstück Zubereitung. Für den Abwasch fehlen die Utensilien, bekommt man aber auf Nachfrage. Das Bad ist eng (eine Person) aber sonst ausreichend und sauber. Der fehlende Fahrstuhl ist für einige vielleicht ein Problem, aber die Koffer werden hoch getragen.

Niki, Katerina and their stuff are really friendly and kind. The room was clean and hotel i really well located on the square of the village. All of them can give you a lot of good suggestions about Kissamos and the area. A good coffee corner with some food helps you having a great start of the day. The laundry service is very useful and fast. They provide you with cold and iced water. All these details and attention made really Castell Hotel one of the best location i have ever stayed

The property is centrally located in the city, with a convenient free parking area nearby. The room is beautifully furnished in a modern style and was absolutely spotless. But what I appreciated most was the warm welcome, friendliness, and genuine attention of the staff. They are truly wonderful people who genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make them feel welcomed and well looked after. Esperienza super positiva. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile con noi, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni possibili su Kissamos e dintorni. Ci hanno anche dato sedie, ombrelloni e possibilità di acqua ghiacciata per tenere in fresco le nostre cose durante le giornate in spiaggia. Ottima pulizia. Accoglienza perfetta. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti dal lungomare e da tutti i ristoranti.

Staff ospitale e super disponibile, preparato, amichevole, tanta attenzione al cliente . Ioannis simpatico ,professionale e comunicativo, le ragazze disponibili , gentili e risolutive. Aggiungeremmo una stella alla struttura seppur non offra servizi come piscina o palestra. Acqua , caffè e frutta sempre a disposizione. Libri e beni di ogni genere a disposizione dei viaggiatori come per esempio ombrelloni o creme solari.

Non posso che confermare le recensioni precedenti: Kate, Niki e Janis sono davvero speciali e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile. È raro trovare persone così professionali e accoglienti, per noi che viaggiamo in moto il servizio di lavanderia gratuito è stato davvero una coccola meravigliosa. Per non parlare delle bottigliette di acqua a disposizione ogni giorno e sempre gratuite, cosa per nulla scontata. Ci hanno addirittura consigliato quando non era il caso di andare di andare in spiaggia a causa delle condizioni del vento, che era molto forte al nostro arrivo.

Il bagno è un po' piccolo, ma è nulla in confronto a tutti i servizi offerti.

La cordialità e gentilezza dello staff, che ha preso a cuore la nostra voglia di esplorare l'isola e ci ha pazientemente consigliato su ogni aspetto del nostro viaggio. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti dal primo momento e hanno si sono impegnati per rendere speciale il nostro viaggio. Ci hanno prestato degli ombrelloni e fornito acqua ghiacciata da portare in spiaggia ogni mattina gratuitamente. Una piccola colazione era disponibile nel corridoio ogni mattina. La stanza veniva pulita e riordinata con cura ogni giorno. La posizione è ottima, c'è un parcheggio gratuito molto ampio al termine di una breve strada in discesa di fronte all'hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfectly located right in the heart of Kissamos. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness by the entire staff. Niki was absolutely fantastic, as were all the other receptionists. She welcomed us with a big smile and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. She was always available to help, providing useful directions and recommendations, offering fresh water at any time of the day, and even preparing a complimentary breakfast for us before our departure. These thoughtful touches made us feel truly cared for. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The sea view was a wonderful bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was excellent: the location, the room, the hospitality, and especially the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We felt genuinely welcomed and appreciated throughout our stay. A special thank you to Niki and the whole team for making our experience in Kissamos so pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

L'accoglienza è stata fantastica, lo staff perfetto, gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Apprezzato moltissimo il fatto che prima di andare in qualche spiaggia, ci offrivano bottiglie d'acqua da bere e acqua ghiacciata per la borsa frigo e consigli sulle spiagge da visitare. La presenza dei gatti è stata molto piacevole e la pulizia eccezionale. Consigliatissimo!

Κεντρικότατη τοποθεσία και πεντακάθαρο. Μείναμε στο κατάλυμα με 5 μηνών μωρό, μας παρείχαν παρκοκρέβατο, μας εξυπηρέτησαν σε ο,τι χρειαστήκαμε και η διαμονή ήταν απροβλημάτιστη. Ευγενέστατο το προσωπικό, μας κερδισε και με το παραπάνω.

Η έλλειψη ασανσέρ αλλά μας βοηθησαν με τις αποσκευες.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti io e la mia ragazza, la camera molto spaziosa e luminosa, affacciava sul centro di Kissamos. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario, un piattino con della frutta, biscottini, dental kit, sapone. Nonostante la struttura non disponga di una sala per colazione, mette gratuitamente a disposizione un piccolo angolo con caffè,the, pane, burro, marmellata e altro,soprattutto nello stesso spazio ci sono degli articoli di cui si può usufruire sempre gratis di cui creme dopo sole, protezioni solari, ombrelloni, teli mare ecc. Inoltre le persone che gestiscono la struttura sono veramente deliziose e gentili, ogni giorno cambio biancheria, ma soprattutto disponibili ad offrire i migliori consigli per far godere al meglio il vostro soggiorno!

Ci hanno accolto con molta cordialità e tanta disponibilità nel aiutarci a capire come muoverci al meglio e dove mangiare.

Lo staff è di una gentilezza e cordialità che non ho mai trovato da nessuna parte. Acqua fresca, ghiaccio, frutta, biscotti e tanto altro sempre a disposizione e in quantità; hanno un'attenzione verso i clienti che davvero ti fa sentire speciale. Stra consigliato anche per la posizione.

Un soggiorno fantastico, abbiamo soggiornato al Castell Hotel ed è stata una settimana indimenticabile… struttura pulita in posizione molto comoda vicino alle spiagge più belle di Creta, uno staff super che ci ha coccolati ogni giorno e ha fornito tutto quello di cui necessitavamo. Una menzione speciale per la cura e l’affetto dimostrati verso la nostra gattina Astrid(anche lei ha nostalgia del Castell Hotel come noi 😀). Torneremo sicuramente e già non vediamo l’ora!!

Quarto limpo e confortável. Ótima localização. Ao lado de bons restaurantes, mercadinho, lojinhas e do ponto de saída para passeios a Balos Beach. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos e prestativos. O hotel oferece, gentilmente, fruta, pão, chá e água gelada.

Espaço para banho pequeno.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per 3 notti. È stato tutto perfetto, i proprietari fin da subito ci hanno accolto calorosamente, ci hanno fornito teli mare ombrellone e ogni giorno ci davano acqua fresca per il mare. La camera super pulita e pronti ad esaudire ogni nostra esigenza. L'hotel si trova in posizione centrale a Kissamos e comodo per raggiungere tutte le spiagge più belle.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue muy buena. Lo que más destacaríamos, sin duda, es el trato del personal. Fueron todos encantadores y muy hospitalarios. Cada día nos recomendaban sitios para comer, lugares que visitar y siempre estaban pendientes de que no nos faltara nada, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Además, tuvieron varios detalles que agradecimos mucho, como darnos botellas de agua fresca cada día para ir a la playa y prestarnos la sombrilla, algo que nos resultó muy práctico durante toda la estancia. El hotel estaba muy limpio, las camas eran muy cómodas y la ubicación nos pareció ideal: situado en una plaza con ambiente, restaurantes y vida, pero al mismo tiempo lo suficientemente tranquila como para descansar por la noche.

Como único aspecto mejorable, el baño se notaba algo anticuado y tenía algún pequeño detalle de mantenimiento. Aun así, es algo que queda totalmente compensado por la limpieza, la comodidad y, sobre todo, por la excelente atención recibida.

Gestione famigliare calorosa e disponibile, attenta alle esigenze ( per mai figlia celiaca abbiamo trovato prodotti gluten free nel frigo) , acqua disponibile gratuita ogni giorno, piccolo buffet gratis per la colazione. Our apartment was spacious and clean, with balconies on both sides of the rooms, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The hosts - two sisters - are amazing: helpful, welcoming. Next to the hotel is a very nice little street with many souvenir and jewellery shops. The hotel is in front of the archaeological museum in the city square, and guests might enjoy occasional concerts, as we did.

Reaching the beach takes some time; I was not impressed by Kissamos beach (at least the part I saw during my short stay), though the water was nice and clean.

Struttura nel centro di Kissamos, ottima posizione per raggiungere alcune spiagge (Balos, Falassarna). Stanza grande, pulita. Staff molto gentile, ci ha dato informazioni preziose per il nostro soggiorno.

Camera super funzionale e abbastanza spaziosa con vista sulla piazzetta di Kissamos. Centralissima struttura. L'hotel mette a disposizione prodotti per l'igiene, caffè, snack, acqua e frutta tutti i giorni. La camera inoltre ha un balcone con vista sulla piazza servito da un tavolino. Niki e Ianis (spero di non aver sbagliato) sono stati gentilissimi,.davvero tanto. Ianis ci ha dato ottimi consigli su dove cenare il giorno del nostro arrivo ed è sempre molto cordiale. Niki e un tesoro, una ragazza super buona e professionale. Davvero un incanto. Grazie ancora.

A good place, not far from seaside and all restaurants. Very kind and friendly personnel. They take care about everything beginning from morning coffee and finish with your time day care.

Phenomenal hotel in the heart of the little town of Kissamos. The rooms are immaculate, good size, super clean bathroom, also there's a small fridge and a cute balcony which is super convenient to have breakfast in the morning. The hotel provides free fruit, cake and tea/coffee in the mornings! Lots of restaurants around, very close to different beaches in Western Crete and 45 min by car from Chania. The service is unmatched, extremely kind, friendly and welcoming. Nikki, Katerina and Yannis: THANK YOU for your hospitality, recommendatios and positivity, it was a truly wonderful vacation. 100% recommend!

The staff was amazing, including their lovely cat. The room was always clean and breakfast was small but satisfying. Also there was a lot of free stuff to take in case of needing and I find this a really nice idea. Position was perfect and no problem with parking or air conditioning.

La bellezza di questo hotel è dovuta alle persone che ci lavorano. Sono tutti solari, accoglienti, premurosi, gentilissimi. Ti lasciano la colazione la mattina anche se non è inclusa nel prezzo, ti danno l’acqua ghiacciata per andare in spiaggia, ti danno consigli utili sulle escursioni. L’hotel si trova su una piazzetta autentica. Non è un posto turistico ma vero. Raccomando calorosamente .

Everything! Katerina and her sister made everything to make my stay very comfortable. Those 2 women are kind and they have all information you need and will help you for activities information and transfer! The rooms are so clean and they give you some little attention that make a big difference for my stay: water, coffee, fruits, biscuits, towels for the beach… hotel well located in the village and near the beaches. If you stay in kissamos, do not hesitate and stay in this hotel!

Rustige, centrale ligging - uiterst behulpzame staff - mooi ingerichte en zeer ruime kamer met afzonderlijke kitchenette en faciliteiten (koelkast, waterkoker,..) - redelijke wifi - hoekappartement met 2 balkons - geen 2 sterren maar zeker 3 sterren waard

La chambre était propre, confortable, bien équipée, et calme. Et cerise sur le gâteau, bien évidemment, le petit déjeuner gargantuesque et délicieux apporté directement en chambre!! MERCI Katarina pour votre professionnalisme et votre accueil, point fort de notre séjour en famille.

A mon arrivée, j'ai indiqué que je prenais le bateau le lendemain à 7h15 et que je devrais donc quitter l'hôtel à 6h mais le réceptionniste a négligé de procéder au paiement et j'ai reçu plus tard un avis de booking comme quoi 62 euros supplémentaires me seront facturés

Castell Hotel sehr gut und zentral. Freundliches und sehr hilfbereites Personal. Auch Wäsche kann man im Hotel zum waschen abgeben wenn nötig. Gute Restaurants mit guter Speisekarte, so auch viele andere Geschäfte Gute Busverbindungen nach Falassarna Elafonisi so auch Chania und anderen Ortschaften. Der Hafen von Kissamo ist auch nicht weit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und waren voll zufrieden. Gern wieder !

The hotel is situated in the center of Kissamos where the activity is really nice at night. Rooms are functional and very clean. No breakfast is provided but you can have coffee and drinks any time in the lobby as well as fruits and other snacks. Also very good coffees on the seaside 5 minutes walk from the hotel propose breakfasts. The staff is really nice and helping. There is no lift to reach the rooms on the 1st floor but they carry luggages for you. They are also very helpful in providing information regarding visits and activities. I fully recommend this hotel in Kissamos

Katerina kam extra zur gewünschten Trennung der Betten, gab gute Tipps zum Besuch südöstlicher Küste und versorgte uns mit Eiswasser. DANKE. Gutes Restaurant gegenüber.

Can’t believe this place is only 2 stars!! Modern, clean and great staff. Perfect location in the town square and surrounded by food and services. The little things that the owners are doing it what made it even better for me, beach towels, body washers, a hook for the shower heads so you can have a proper shower, the list goes on. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Nikki & Katerina very polite & friendly even helped with our cases. Room was comfortable & clean, bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was very good with plenty of hot water for the shower. Liked & appreciated the tea & coffee facilities & fresh fruit in our room. Enjoyed sitting on the veranda overlooking the square.

Jest możliwość wypożyczenia ręcznika plażowego a zawsze rano czeka na korytarzu gorąca kawa, ciasto, owoce i woda.
