O quarto era bem simples mas funcional, senti falta do elevador, e pra quem vai com malas grandes (não era o meu caso) pode ser um problema.

When turning on the AC unit, it caused the room to be overtaken by a smell of what I can only describe as urine. I ended up not being able to use the AC and instead opted to open the patio door for airflow, though not ideal due to street noise.

Room was in disrepair. Carpet nasty stained, ceiling of bathroom discolored with a large hole above shower that was concerning to me. In the evening the lights in room turned themselves off and after that I only had bathroom light.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Very clean and close to the bus station. An easy walk to the historic centre. Quick and friendly response on WhatsApp with any questions we had.
Very stressful check-in, involving clicking links online, which we are all told not to do for security reasons. Only one key provided when you finally get into the lockbox, making it difficult when we wanted to do separate things and weren't sure when we were returning. Although very clean, the whole room and corridors reeked of the cleaning fluid, making us feel quite ill and it took over 24hrs for the smell to go. After a month travelling in Spain, we hadn't come across these issues previously.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Ubicación excelente(el centro esta a dos calles).El parking del baluarte está a 3 minutos(13€ dia) Limpieza y trato estupendo con el personal.Aire acondicionado y camas muy cómodas.El desayuno según sales del portal esta la pasteleria.Detalles como botellas de agua y cafetera diaria en la habitación.Zona muy tranquila a pesar de estar tan céntrico.
Poco insonorizadas las habitaciones y el equipaje hay que subirlo a una segunda planta sin ascensor( ninguna de las dos cosas supuso un gran problema en mi estancia).El váter tiene un sistema de desagüe muy ruidoso y por las noches si se usa llega a molestar.

Subir tantas escaleras, con una maleta pesada se hace difícil.

Room pleasant with a small balcony, colour scheme nice. On requesting we were provided with an electric kettle. Cleaning staff were charming and very helpful.

Bar au pied de l'hôtel pour le petit déjeuner mais nous n'avons pas tester car il y avait cafetière et capsules à disposition dans la chambre ainsi qu'une mini madeleine/pers et des bonbons.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Relativně dobré místo, do 5 minut od náměstí i citadely. Klidný a tichý pokoj, čisté ubytování. Velmi jsem ocenil malou ledničku na pokoji. Milá pozornost v podobě kávovaru s kapslí a bonbónů. Klimatizace Nebyl problém s uschováním zavazadla. Ubytování na klasické zámky a klíče bez otravných kódů. Stolek a židle na pokoji.
Jediné, co mi přišlo matoucí, byl hlavní vypínač. Neuvědomil jsem si, že zhasnutím světla vypnu ledničku i zásuvky, kde jsem si nabíjel elektroniku. Zjistil jsem to až ráno. Okolo stolku dost vrzala podlaha.

Overpowering chemical cleaning smell in the room (like a constant diffuser you couldn't get rid of). There waa a very noticeable stain on the sheets. No plug for the sink. No lift.

Se dobbiamo trovare un difetto: struttura un po’ datata e senza ascensore.

El autobús Línea 9 desde Renfe te deja junto frente al hostal. Debajo varios restaurantes cafeterías de clientes de alli. A unos minutos andando de la Plaza del.Castillo.

A 12 min del centro andando. Te escribe en anfitrión con todo lo que necesitas (lugares para comer, aparcamiento, etc).
Que para aparcar hay que ir a parking de pago cercano o ir lejos.

Tiene aire acondicionado y ventilador, que con la ola de calor viene fenomenal. Y una pequeña nevera para mantener fresca el agua. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Pamplona, volveré a alojarme en el hostal.

A localização é excelente, o tamanho do quarto, o funcionário nos ajudou a carregar as malas, enfim todos gentis. Tinha máquina de café expresso e saches de café e chá.
O quarto ficava no segundo andar e não tem elevador. Mas foi tudo bem.

Por ponerle alguna pega el WC es de instalacion con enchufe para la bomba y hacia mucho ruido.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Maria-Jesus tracked down our backpack which was being transported and was late in arriving and made sure our packs would be sent the next day. Just a half block from a supermarket and an easy walk to lots of things to see. Lots of thought went into the design of the room i.e. luggage rack and closets.
Central location means it's on a busy street, but there are good windows and heavy curtains, so it's not too bad. Only shampoo was offered and my wife had an allergic reaction to it.
