Ho scoperto che la camera non viene rigovernata i l letti non rifatti e la. biancheria non cambiata.. Pare che per questo servizio ci voglia una richiesta preventiva! Credo sia l'unico hotel al mondo a fare. cosi.

Ein tolles Hotel mit vielen Details, Frühstück wunderbar ein Erlebnis

- booking deposit of 75 francs at reception - There was no AC in the rooms, while it’s listed as a facility on booking. This is cheating and made my night not comfortable

Das Hotel ist trotz der Lage direkt an der Bahntrasse auf zwei Seiten relativ ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist (wie in allen 25hours Hotels) funktional mit vielen kleinen freundlichen Überraschungen. Das Zimmmer war geräumig, das Bett bequem, die Dusche gross, im Zimmer war alles vorhanden. Das Personal an der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür!

Die Lage direkt an der Bahn ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken und zur Gasse hin sind noch immer nicht wirklich leise, aber es ist o.k. in der Nacht.

An amazing hotel with special designs in all spaces. Attention is given to all details, and services are of the highest quality. Breakfast is very extensive and includes a buffet and a la carte service with special Mediterranean dishes. The vibe is amazing and the staff is super friendly and intelligent. Close to the Zurich Hbf and clubs area, yet it's very quiet.

The main caveat for older or partially disabled people is a relatively high difference in levels between the bedroom area and the rest of the room, which might be risky if you don't mind your step.

Room was really quiet, which was unexpected but a pleasure. Air conditioning was great. Breakfast was good and had incredible variety. Evening meal outside was lovely. Location near Hauptbahnhof was convenient.

It would be nice if staff came in daily and removed recycling/used bottles and trash and automatically refilled what was used instead of having to stop at the front desk and request it. When we did request one time in the morning, it still hadn't been refilled by the afternoon and we had to ask again. Not a big deal, but it would be a nice touch especially since it isn't cheap to stay here.

家族4人で2部屋、2泊利用しました。 駅から徒歩10分ほどで、ホテルはおしゃれな雰囲気のシティホテルです。 冷蔵庫の飲み物が無料なのは嬉しかったのですが、2泊目は補充されていませんでした。 2泊目も飲み物が補充されるとの案内があったので、その点は残念でした。 2泊目の分も補充されるというサービス内容であれば、きちんと対応していただきたかったです。 補充されないのであれば、その分料金に反映されるなど、案内と実際のサービスを統一してほしいと思います。 朝食はとても美味しく、満足しました。

We booked the large room for two adults and our 4-year-old, and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it felt compared to the pictures. It’s a really cool hotel with lots of fun and unique touches that made the stay memorable. The location was also very convenient. It’s an easy, flat walk to the HB train station, which was especially helpful with our large luggage. We stayed during the summer, so having air-conditioning was essential for us. It wasn’t a conventional air conditioner where you can adjust the temperature yourself, but more like a ventilation system, which seems to be quite common in Switzerland. That said, it kept the room comfortably cool, so we had no complaints. We were initially a little hesitant about staying around Langstrasse after reading that the area is part of Zurich’s red-light district, especially with our young child. However, the hotel is right on the edge of the area, and we felt completely fine throughout our stay. We never felt unsafe at any point. Just don't cross the street, haha.

Our main issue was with the shower, which had a drainage problem. The water took a very long time to drain, so we ended up standing in ankle-deep water while showering, which wasn’t particularly pleasant. The shower is also only separated from the room by a curtain. This wasn't an issue for us, but point to note for anyone who needs privacy.

Decor. It was very unique and colorful. Absolutely loved it.

Der Platz und die Strasse vor dem Hotel sind wohl an Wochenenden sehr laut. Die Bar. Wir wurden von allen drei Barkeeper*innen merklich ignoriert. Nach zwanzig Minuten wartezeit und mehrfachen Bestellversuchen verließen wir die Hotelbar.

The receptionists are very polite and provided useful information. A tip: If you are sensitive to sound, ask the receptionist to assign a room away from the side of train station.

Ich liebs einfach, in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, wenn ich in Zürich bin. Vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken einfach top! Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück und die Zimmer sind modern, sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Innenstadt ist in fünf Minuten zu erreichen und zum See 15 Minuten.

Bitte ein Schild am Spabereich anbringen, dass der Aufenthalt auf der Terrasse nicht für ein „Picknick“ gedacht ist, sondern für Menschen, die dort in die Sauna gehen möchten.

The one façade faces the trainlines for those who are very sensitive to noise despite the good sound proofing attempts; no aircon in the rooms but only ventilation which is a very common occurrence in Switzerland

Die Lage ist gut es gibt viele Restaurants und man kann gut zu Fuß an den See laufen.

Das Bad in meinem Zimmer muss dringend renoviert werden.Die Dusche getrennt durch einen süffigen Duschvorhang vom Klo nicht so toll und es gab Schimmel in der Dusche.

25hours Langstrasse never disappoints. Gorgeous design, cool and consistent atmosphere, delicious food, joyful little details here and there making it instagrammable and fun. It is rather expensive, but so is Zurich overall.

Everything staff was wonderful very helpful able to accommodate and do the best possible and the breakfast was delicious different options and variety of food thank you to everyone

Is perfect

The hotel is a delight! Wacky delightful decor, with a great bar, yummy breakfast and lovely staff! Our friend, who lives in Zurich, recommended it and we are so glad he did!

Super modern hotel with some nice quirky touches. It is not a boring hotel, but one you will remember. I would love to stay in one of the other 25h hotels someday. The staff at the desk was always very friendly and helpful.

Cercania a la estacion de tren con conexion al aeropuerto de Zurich

Camera molto grande e luminosa, staff gentile, bel bar interno e anche all'aperto, ampi spazi comuni dove sostare con comodità.

La zona è vivace e giovane, può piacere ma non è quella elegante e tranquilla del centro città, per cui dipende da quello che uno cerca.

Heel erg mooi hotel. Met heel veel creatieve uitingen. Ook in de zeer ruime luxe kamer. Vol met kleuren en verrassingen. Locatie 10 min lopen van het station. Personeel heel vriendelijk en het ontbijt excellent .

Außergewöhnlicher Stil des Hotels, die Nähe zur Innenstadt und das Richtige Aufbacken glutenfreier Brötchen waren top 👍

Die Cocktails waren richtig schlecht. Unansehnlich, zu klein und zu teuer….

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, Parkplatz haben wir immer ohne Probleme außerhalb gefunden. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer haben uns gefallen, wer nicht zu sehr geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte mit den Gleisen keine Probleme haben. Das Hotelpersonal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein tolles City Hotel. Ganz herzlichen Dank aus Deutschland!
