Felt like living in a simple home with family for a few days. Phenomenal breakfast kept me full until 2pm! Outdoor lock and double room lock. Nice neighborhood 10 Min walk to Sultanamet square

Очень понравилось месторасположение отеля. Пешком можно дойти до площади Султанахмет. А там остановка общественного транспорта, откуда спокойно добирались до других районов Стамбула Убирали номер и полотенца меняли каждый день В номере отлично работал кондиционер, холодильник, был чайник Завтрак каждый день однообразный. Но! Меня все утраивало, я всегда находила себе то, что ем по утрам Отличный персонал как на ресепшене, так и в ресторане Наш номер 1203 🔥

Non c'è l ascensore ma io fortunatamente ero al piano terra.

Best balle for money, the staffs are super helpful, location is second to none. Since we leave early in the morning that couldn't get to breakfast, they made extra efforts on getting us the sandwiches prepared in advance. Thank you

Местоположението е чудесно за мегаполис като Истанбул. На 10-15мин от Синята джамия и на минута-две от брега, по който може да се разходи човек. Закуската беше мн.добра, всяка сутрин е една и съща, но вкусна и има избор за всеки. Перконалът е изключително любезен. Възможността да паркираш на защитено място пред самия хотел е много важна!

Малко е шумно вечер от близкия булевард, но това се очаква за град като Истанбул. Не работи вентилатора в банята и става адски задушно.

Гарне місце розташування ,з номера дійсно було видно море. Зручні матраси , чисто і охайно. Гарний персонал.

Наш номер потребує трохи ремонту і оновлення. Сніданки по опису та відгуках здавалися краще ,ніж було по факту.

Osoblje je bilo predusretljivo, parking je na ulici ali nismo imali problema. Objekat se nalazi u centru i lokacija je dobra

Soba koja se vidi i koja se reklamira prilikom rezervacije nije soba koju smo dobili. Da smo znali koja soba je u pitanju nikada ne bi odabrali hotel. Ponudili su nam zamenu sobe ali ona je bila još lošija i do nje se stizalo strmim stepenicama na trecem ili drugom spratu. Sama soba nije imala dovoljno mesta da se otvore koferi niti je imala stolicu. To je prvi hotel bez stolice. Miris u kupatilu koje je izuzetno malo bilo je loše. Doručak se služi u podrumu koji ima jako niske tavanice tako da morate da se sagnete a tavanice su ojačane gumom jer gosti udaraju glavom što se i meni desilo. U svakom slučaju nikada do sada nisam video ovakav hotel a nadam se da više ni neću. Osim osoblja u hotelu nema pozitivnih stvari.

Posizione eccezionale per visitare la principali attrazioni della città. Parcheggio gratuito. Colazione varia e abbondante. La camera grande, hanno cambiato gli asciugamani tutti i giorni. Non c'è l'ascensore ma lo staff è gentilissimo e portano i bagagli in camera.

Хотела се намира на една ръка разстояние от всички забележителности, има къде да се паркира. При първата ни резервация стана фал със паспортите на децата ,от хотела бяха изклютилно разбрани да сменим резервацията с друга дата въпреки, че нямахме такава опция. За което благодаря.

La posizione vicina ai luoghi principali della città, camera comoda. Ringraziamo lo staff per averci fatto parcheggiare la nostra moto davanti all'ingresso, coprendo con un tappeto, la sella a protezione della "cat invasion" notturna.

Bagno troppo piccolo con alcuni accessori dei servizi igienici non perfettamente funzionanti. La sala della colazione è ubicata in un luogo angusto con gradini ripidi e stretti e architrave di una porta molto basso (si sbatte la testa). La zona garden va più curata e aggiornata.

The rooms were cleaned every day, and the staff were very attentive to our needs and always ready to offer helpful advice and guidance. The breakfast was good, and a big plus was the free parking at the hotel. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again. A 10/10!

Nothing as such to dislike

The room was a bit small compared to expectations/photos. Nevertheless, it was very good for our family of 2 adults and 2 children, and I really liked that it had 2 single beds for the kids. The staff, on the other hand, was very nice and helpful with everything we wanted to do (charging an electric car, for example). For the 3 nights we stayed there it was ok, but certainly for more nights it would be more complicated. The location, on the other hand, was very good — close to the center, within walking distance of many attractions.

The little street where the room is located is a bit "under construction" — there were some pipes stretched out around there, it was very narrow and cramped (the staircase to go up was very narrow and the whole space was tight). The breakfast was very meager and located somewhere in the basement, equally cramped, and if you arrived toward the end there wasn't much left to choose from, plus the taste of the food wasn't exactly delicious (shrimp in way too much oil, scrambled eggs with way too much liquid/water, etc.).

L’atout principal de cet hôtel est l’emplacement en plein quartier de Sultanahmet/Fatih. Lit confortable.

Hôtel vendu avec « parking » qui n’en est pas vraiment un : voitures garées les unes derrières les autres dans la rue devant l’hôtel, obligeant à laisser les clefs de votre véhicule au personnel. Climatisation défectueuse pourtant indispensable avec des nuits à 26 degrés.

El desayuno es delicioso y el personal demasiado amable! La habitación que tomamos fue muy cómoda, fresca y con una vista muy bonita.

am avut doua camere in cladiri diferite,dar numai in una s-a facut curatenie in fiecare zi.In cealalta nu s-a facut curatenie in nici o zi.Noi personal nu am suferit din cauza aceasta.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of Hagia Sophia and the tram stop, which made getting around Istanbul very convenient. We stayed in the basement room and, although it was naturally quite dark, it was surprisingly spacious and even had a small private patio with a table and two chairs. The room had complimentary coffee and tea, as well as a small fridge that was perfect for keeping drinks and snacks. The bed itself was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in a lovely backyard patio just across the street, which was a really nice setting to start the day.

My only complaint was the quality of the bedding. The blanket provided was extremely thin and had a rough texture, almost like a dish towel, which made it uncomfortable and left us feeling cold at night. I requested additional blankets and the staff kindly provided them, but unfortunately they were the same type. I think replacing these with proper blankets or comforters would make a huge difference, especially since the bed itself was very comfortable. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay.

There is nothing to like about this hotel.

The area close to the hotel is an extremely dirty one. The hotel does not have an elevator and the stairs are extremely narrow. This is an issue if you stay in the upper floors and have two small children and need to carry big luggage. I booked a deluxe room with sea view. The room was an extremely dirty room, full of mold, extremely dirty fridge, dusty curtains, broken floor. Even the sea view was basically a partial sea view. It was the worst room I stood in. Booking should definitely do some checks of the rooms.

Sultanahmet In Hotel is one of the best hotels I have known around the world. Their hospitality is top notch. Their workers are friendly. They always available to aid you. Their food (breakfast) is awesome... we always enjoyed our breakfast. We will surely be back here. The warmness is magical

Hotelul Sultanahmet este situat în centrul Istanbulului, foarte aproape de principalele atracții turistice.

Din păcate, experiența noastră nu a fost pe măsura așteptărilor. A fost destul de multă gălăgie, iar cea mai mare problemă a fost aerul condiționat. Deși aparatul funcționa, acesta nu răcea deloc, deoarece nu avea freon. Afară erau temperaturi foarte ridicate, iar în cameră căldura era greu de suportat. Am semnalat problema personalului hotelului și ni s-a spus că situația va fi remediată. Din păcate, până în ziua plecării nu s-a rezolvat nimic. Acest lucru m-a dezamăgit foarte mult, mai ales că am plătit pentru o cameră care trebuia să ofere aceste condiții de confort. Atunci când plătești pentru o cameră cu aer condiționat, este normal să te aștepți ca acesta să fie funcțional, cu atât mai mult în perioada verii, când temperaturile sunt foarte ridicate. Locația hotelului este foarte bună, însă problema aerului condiționat și faptul că, deși am reclamat situația, nu s-a luat nicio măsură au afectat considerabil șederea noastră.

Отличный номер, чисто, приятный персонал. Замечательные завтраки, одни из лучших. Парковку обеспечили. В пяти минутах ходьбы Голубая мечеть и Ая София. Все понравилось. Трасса на верху, где вечером можно попить чай.

Πάρα πολύ ωραίο και καθαρό δωμάτιο σε πολλή καλή τοποθεσία καθώς τα κύρια αξιοθέατα βρίσκονται σε κοντινή απόσταση. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά που σε κάνει να ξεφεύγεις από την πολλή κίνηση και την φασαρία του κέντρου της πόλης. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν εξαιρετικός μας βοήθησε πάρα πολύ σε ότι και αν χρειαστηκαμε ήταν όλα τέλεια!!

it was a good deal, friendly staff. how good location is, depends on what you want to do, it was near the most tourist attractions but it is far from everything else.

there is no elevator for the upper floor rooms, the breafkfast was ok.

Location is close to SULTANAHMET Meydan and restaurants, the room was very clean, service was great. Mr. Tamer was helpful with our service and car.

A very good starting point to explore the city. Located within walking distance to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The district is safe and quiet with restaurants in each corner. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are equipped with a coffee/tea sets. The buffet breakfast is tasty.

Hotelul este unul micuț foarte aproape de multe puncte turistice ,proprietarul un om prietenos dornic să ajute ,mâncarea foarte bună …un pic mai multă atenție la curățenie !!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. For the price, you get excellent service and outstanding value. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful, peaceful courtyard, which made every morning even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, and the towels were fresh and smelled wonderful. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. One of the biggest advantages was the private parking – you simply leave your car key with the staff, and they take care of moving the car if needed. Everything was very convenient and stress-free. We had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this hotel.

Many ants in the room Mold in the bathroom and in the room Breakfast was not so good and the dining room was not so clean with many cats, some even on the tables. The hotel is only few meters from the church and every morning the noize wake up us at 6 am

Az ingyenes parkolási lehetőség nagy segítség. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, a reggeli finom. Csendes kis utcában, mégis közel a központhoz.

Kicsit szűkös a lépcső, de ez nekünk nem okozott problémát.

The location was perfect and the possiblity of parkimg our car safely.

The room itself was not clean, the bathroom's floor and wall was full of mold, smelled of dumpness. The additional bed / armchair was dirty and ripped. Breakfast was quite simple and basic for Istambul hotels. The quality of the products was not entirely good. Very disappointed.

Отличный вариант за свои деньги. Расположение удобное. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Завтрак, каждый день одинаковый, но все вкусное и свежее. Номер на четверых маловат, но в целом переночевать достаточно, постель белоснежная, матрасы удобные, уборка каждый день, полотенца меняли каждый день, шампунь, мыло, гель для душа в ванной, так же в номере были чай и кофе. В общем мы довольны своим пребыванием.

Cel mai mizerabil loc în care am dormit! Greșesc, nu am dormit pentru că mă manca pielea din cauza lenjeriei uzate! Baia infecta, cu fire de par pe tocul ușii. Zgomot de la ușa de la intrare care se auzea până în cameră. Am achitat trei nopți, după prima am plecat și am cerut returul banilor pentru celelalte. Proprietarul a refuzat pe motiv că hotelul este full, deși îmi spusese mai devreme că ne poate schimba camera. Evitați acest loc infect!

Nous avons été très bien accueillies dans cet hôtel. La literie était excellente, nous avons grandement apprécié les bouteilles d’eau, les échantillons de savon/shampoing, les pantoufles et la climatisation à notre arrivée. Le personnel est très gentil, à l’écoute de nos besoins et flexible. Nous recommandons cette expérience !

En general la estadía estuvo muy bueno pero si había un olor en el baño que salía del respiradero.
