Great staff room was clean and stay was welcoming

Parking was terrible payed for parking and ended up having to park off of property because of no room left when I arrived later at night

Everything even the waters in the room cost extra money, the staff was not helpful when asked questions about where things were, the parking garage was very expensive and hard to navigate, my husband got lost and the staff laughed at him and didn’t even help , not staying here again

The hotel facilities and our room were very clean and well maintained. Everything felt comfortable and we were very happy with the overall condition of the property.

The staff were not particularly warm or friendly. Also, there was no hand soap in our bathroom, so we asked for some, but we were told they had run out and were simply advised to use the body wash instead. It was a little disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

Location was good

I felt scared and unsafe. Systems were down when I got there. They wrote my name, credit card number and assigned room on a piece of paper. At 10:30 at night a couple who also was assigned my room attempted to get in. I couldn’t reach the front desk by phone or in room phone. I couldn’t go downstairs due to sleep meds. I felt like every person walking by or making noise was going to try to get into my room. I didn’t sleep at all and very broken.

No park! Parking was full had to look for parking for almost 1 hour and had to park 10 minutes away!

I didn't like was that the bathroom door don't lock and the shower door is see through. Need a small freezer to refreeze ice packs that we bring

Clean, comfortable and an outstanding location. Bellevue is beautiful and there are lots of dining and activity options within walking distance. Also, a light rail system is only a few blocks away, so access to T-Mobile park, the waterfront and other Seattle area activities was very convenient. We highly recommend staying here.

Bed was uncomfortable I have got full back pain , even rolling bed was very painful to sleep , no complimentary water even provided on daily basis .

Perfect location in Bellevue

Great location. Easy freeway access, walkable to restaurants and entertainment, good bar.

Found hair in the shower. Room was nice but the energy of the room it self was really cold.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, delightfully comfortable beds.

The parking was difficult. They sold more spots than were available. We had to park along the wall and could barely get out. If they could fix the parking problem it would have been a perfect stay.

The beds were so comfortable and housekeeping lady down stairs was very sweet. Staff were ok, could have been more welcoming and more informative but they weren’t bad at all. The balcony with the fire tables were absolutely the best part of our stay. We roasted marshmallows and enjoyed our night out there while the kids went back and forth from the pool it the balcony/fire.

Breakfast was an additional $25 for a mid breakfast that you get at other hotels complementary. This breakfast should have never cost $25 it was no where near worth that much. They did not have flavored creamer for coffee and coffee was not available downstairs until 7am. The coffee situation was very disappointing.

As usual very good stay and personnel very helpful with anything you need, including some orders from deliveries.

Breakfast is super basic and no coffee/tea in the lobby for a quick grab, it was there in 2025 :).

The staff was friendly they got us into our room early which was nice they told us about things in the area and stuff like that

The parking garage is way to small for that big of a hotel, and spots are way to close my husband that has a CDL had to have me back him into a spot because the parking was so tight. There is not enough parking at all for this hotel.

The fitness gym didn't have much to use to work out. Breakfast is too small, more like a continental version, especially compared to the cost. If it were included in the room, I would accept it.

This hotel has a good location if you are working in Bellevue. It's convenient to public transportation and the various big hotels and malls. The rooms are typical of a mid-range business-focused hotel.

The maintenance level in the room was mixed. While the bed and plumbing were fine, other things have I think just been overlooked. Of the two reading lights over the beds, one was dangling from its cord and other other was completely broken off. The ironing board was so unstable it had to be leaned against wall while in use, to keep it from falling over, and iron leaked water constantly. When I arrived the carpet was not very clean, with for example a bobby pin, hair, and so forth on it. I ate in the restaurant once, the food was expensive and not very good.

The room was freezing cold the temperature was turned all the way up, but it did not help. We complained at the front desk and they sent someone up to fix it. It worked for almost an hour. One other room also complained also.

Everything in the room shows thoughtfulness. You know how shower water temp is always under the shower head? Theirs is conveniently near the walk-in entrance to the shower. There’s a lighted, magnified mirror in the bathroom. Excellent quality. Comfortable beds and pillows. Parking nearby and very secure! Snack food options in the lobby. Bar and dining very nice.

When checking in, the staff was helpful and efficient, but not the friendliest.

I ate at the breakfast buffet and it was what I usually would find at a buffet. I also ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant which had excellent fish & chips! Staff all over the Hotel were friendly and very helpful.

It was a bit pricey. 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 pieces of pineapple, cottage potatoes and a coffee were $17

The room was fantastic, and the entire check-in and placement process was seamless and very well-managed.

My only issue was the noise insulation. Being on the third floor, I could hear a child running back and forth on the floor above throughout the day, which was quite loud and persistent.

Beautiful, well layed out. Good amenities, spacious and clean! Also very close to shopping and activities, we walked for most of the trip.

Only issue was our sink being clogged

Location was great, near mall and beautiful Christmas lights. Room was comfortable, spacious & quiet. Spa & pool were clean and nice. Spa was not set at super-hot but nicely warm. Staff was very organized & friendly.

The hotel has a policy of only servicing rooms every other day, which I found to be very unusual. So you had to call for more coffee refills or makup removal wipes for your 2nd day. My deadbolt did not work.

How close it was to the square. It was clean and decorated very nice.

The staffing was very under staffed. We waited for an hour for food. The parking is awful!

Great family friendly hotel

Good but not very good

The entrance of the hotel is very confusing since there is no clear signs. Also the entrance to the garage is very hidden and very confusing. The garage itself is bad also. The room two major problems: the bathroom door is parallel to the bed and less than a meter away from bed. Also the AC/Heater is inside the wall and whenever it shoots the whole room rumbles.

Clean rooms, great service at the bar and perfect location 10 mins walk to Bellevue square and 5 mins to rapid transport to downtown Seattle.

It is expensive but very nice accommodations. Parking was an additional $50.

I had a family emergency a full day and a half before and the Hilton refused to even return my messages to postpone or cancel my reservation. Cool. There are other choices out there. I’m happy to avoid Hilton properties in the future.

Enjoyed my stay

Hotel was ok. I asked the receptionist about getting points for my stay and got no guidance or help. Not sure if he had no knowledge or didn't want to take his time to explain it to me or help, either way, not good.

We had a very pleasant stay. We checked in late the night before and had to leave early, but everyone was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and we didn't have any troubles.
