Very clean and well kept rooms. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Including the staff at the Restaurant (especially Dipak Das). They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and support you during the stay.

Room hygiene was exemplary. The check-in process was hassle-free. The Manager on Duty Mr Dibyajyoti was very courteous and an excellent promoter of Jivanta Marigold. Makes guests feel at ease. The car arrangement for drop and pick up from the temple is an excellent facility indeed. Could probably have a dedicated number to call for pick up from the temple. Food provided in the restaurant was nice. A staff member Mr Jeevanantham was so kind enough to make us feel at ease and guide us for the darshan in Shirdi temple. My special appreciations to both Mr Dibyajyoti and Mr Jeevanantham.

The room that i stayed - the shower room has the slope in the opposite direction for water flow. Should be corrected. Water is flowing back towards us to a different drain point. The drain point directly under the shower does not serve the purpose. Food was good but could be more tasty. The sambhar provided was more of tamarind than dhal. Similarly the restaurant could not provide a decoction based black coffee even if we are ready to order and wait. Could be looked into.

No fan. AC is not working properly. Room is very small. No provision for luggage. Washroom also not upto the mark.

Superb hospitality

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean.

It took an extremely long time to get a bucket of warm water. After paying a premium for a family room, it was very disappointing to have to struggle just to get hot water. The staff were polite and helpful throughout, but the management really needs to address this issue and ensure guests have reliable access to hot water.

Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional. Room was adequate. Parking was limited. Free transfer to the Shridi Sai temple provided.

There were insects and mosquito in room and room was was very small not at all comfortable Room showed while booking was different from what we got

Hotel is well maintained and staff is also friendly. Very near to Temple. Definitely recommend the hotel for stay. Small suggestion, Upgrade the TV to smart TV.

We stayed at Jivanta with family during our trip to Shirdi in December 2025. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very attentive, accomodating and polite. They took care of us very well. The hotel also has a very good restaurant attached to it called the Grain Anaaj. All the meals that we had at the restaurant were very tasty.

Hotel is located around 800m from main temple. Room was very tidy with comfort beds. Staff and front desk persons were really supportive and helpful. Only thing that can be improved was the washroom as it took very long to get hot water, May be because of solar. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay in Jivanta.

Food is great, more breakfast selection options would be nice.

More fruit selections and fresh juice options would be better

I always stay at Jivanta for my visits to Shirdi. The best hotel for a family, even with the cost they operate on, they offer the best services. The staff is so cordial, so respectful and helpful, it is very rare to find everything at one place. I strongly recommend you staying here, standard rooms are smaller, for a comforting stay I stayed in a Deluxe room and it was pretty decent. Food is also amazing and reasonably priced. Thank you for the hospitality Jivanta.

Great rooms, staff and experience. We got shuttles to and from the temple, and the food was great. Sachin ji was courteous, as well as the rest of the staff. Great experience will come again.

Washroom need little more clean

The hospitality of the front desk and the restaurant manager was too good, loved the experience. i would highly recommended this hotel when visiting shirdi.

Room key didn’t work, no hot water, had to take freezing cold showers in cold early morning Had to wait in cold weather outside for Shuttle service. Was delayed for Kakad Arti darshan and not even an apology.

Front office staffs are friendly and hassle free check in check out. Pickup and drop to Sai temple was good and no worries. Requested airport pickup and drop through their travel desk and enjoyed the stay at property nicely. Restaurant Grain Anaaj food was delicious. Overall comfortable and we felt home away from home.

I am 70 and a frequent visitor to Shirdi since 1976. I have stayed in several hotels during my past visits in Shirdi or Nashik whenever I came to Shirdi. In my recent visits I have been staying in Jivanta hotel. I have found Jivanta entirely to my liking as it meets all my needs. The reasons in brief (as there is a cap of 200 words to my review ) are Process of booking is efficient. I don't have the tension of getting accommodation on arrival. No advance is taken. Upon arrival I can get into my room almost immediately and without any issue. In fact the reception staff recognises me and is very polite. The rooms are well maintained and room service is prompt and polite. The restaurant below serves good food,timings convenient in case I am late.Above all breakfast is quite a large spread and tasty to my liking. Restaurant staff is simple but polite and eager to satisfy all my wants. Whenever my departure is delayed the hotel invariably allows me an extra few hours to retain my room. Excellent hotel for my needs in Shirdi visits

Stayed at Hotel Jivanta in Shirdi and had a very good experience. The ambience is stylish and inviting, making it a pleasant place to relax after visiting the temple. The rooms and common areas were clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The food was delicious—breakfast and dinner both had great taste and variety. Highly recommend for families visiting Shirdi!

Clean, uncluttered, and comfortable. It's not exactly a new property but each and every floor and facility is well-managed and maintained. Enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

The rooms are clean, the hotel is near to the temple and has complimentary shuttle service to temple, the staff is friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has good food.

It was a short but pleasant stay. We visited during the lull period around Diwali so it was generally quiet in and around the hotel which was perfect. 1. Clean rooms with required amenities such as electric kettle, tea/coffee selection, mineral water, towels, TV, WiFi 2. Attentive and friendly staff 3. Nice budget hotel in close proximity to the Hotel. They offer pick up & drop to Mandir complex. The rooms are clean, functional and adequately furnished. We had amazing stay here. We were here for 1 day but the best budget hotel. The rooms were clean and everything was adequate. Staff is very friendly. Their pickup to Shirdi helped is getting wheel chair and guided us till mandir. Very helpful staff. The food was amazing and fresh. Thank you.
