Just the elevators need to be replaced it’s difficult to use them.

Ceiling fans were not cleaned from months it looked. Housekeeping needs very improvement.

This is on the best hotel I have ever stayed. The Hospitality over here is mind blowing. People will love you and will support you like crazy. Food is excellent. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety every day. Highly recommended.

We liked infact every thing right from the entry to the exit. We stayed at the Hotel for 5 nights. The Hospitality through out was excellent from the entire team we interacted. This Hotel let me tell you carries an Exceptional Customer Service. The food served throughout was too delicious. Mr Santosh was phenomenally guest oriented. I have never ever experienced such politeness from the every corner of the Hotel. My Heart belongs to this Hotel. Please keep growing. We are coming back in October which I have already booked it.

As I had a message after booking.com that you will be upgraded from deluxe to executive room that will not happen

Size of the room too small/cramped with one queen size and twin bed.. We were only 2 people. Was expecting rooms to a bit more spacious considering the price. Bathroom was smelly and did not feel clean. Toilet seat was flimsy quality and the pot itself was very unclean. Would have changed the hotel had we not reached the place at midnight No closet to hang your clothes. You have no choice but to fold your clothes. They place 500 ml water bottle in the room but are not willing to sell less than 1 Litre water bottles. In the current state, it should be at the most 2 star Genius level.

Staffs were good and helpful, location backside of Saibaba temple. My wife booked for morning arthi the staff went along with her at 2 am untill the gate to make sure she reach safe. Which is highly appreciated

Very clean and comfortable stay at Hotel Indore Palace. Rooms were neat, spacious, and well maintained. Staff behavior was polite and very helpful throughout the stay. Hotel location is convenient near the temple area. Food quality was good and service was quick. Check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy.

An excellent Hotel. The best laet is their staff. Its beautifully renovated with all one needs. So close to the temple also. The rooms were beautuful. The food was very nice too. Highly recommended.

We chekcked in very smoothly. The stafc at RECEPTION was to polite. We were guided to our room by a Manager who again was extremely decent and polite. He guded us very well and briefed about small details which we liked. The rooms were beautiful wit al the basic needs required. A Press in the room was icing on the cake for us. The food we had was very tasty. Its a suoer 4 Star Hotel to sta in Shirdi. Hardly 3 minutes from the temple. A big Thank you to the etire Tea of Indore Palace. Keep up the good work. Wel come again.

Very nice stay with family

1. In spite of prior booking, reception refused to check-in saying booking has not come through from booking.com. This shows poor coordination between booking.com and hotel. We had to search for another hotel. 2. The reception person was not polite, he was cribbing about our late check-in which is really disappointing. 3. Booking.com shows good ratings but from what I could see, reception and surroundings seemed shabby, worn out and unorganised. I am not sure how this hotel got these ratings. In summary, I would avoid this place.

No breakfast even tough i booked it includive of the breakfast. the entire building was under construction. The work was disdurbing the peace. the price was too high unnecessarily

This property is under construction or renovation so they took me to another hotel which is cheaper than this and hotel doesn’t have any facilities like wifi, no soap, no hair dryer , no hot water, not clean etc

I liked the smooth and hassle-free check-in process. The room was reasonably maintained, and the bed and bed sheets were very clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and cooperative, and the food prepared by the in-house kitchen was good. Basic amenities such as Wi-Fi, TV, Hot water kettle for coffee was available. The location of the hotel is a big advantage for devotees, as it is just a 10-minute walk from the Temple. Rickshaws are easily available. Parking space is available, which is convenient if you are traveling by car.

I faced disturbance due to ongoing renovation work, as construction was taking place on the floor just above my room, causing significant noise. The bathroom facilities need improvement—although the bathrooms were clean, the fixtures require attention and toiletries were missing. I could not avail breakfast due to early check-out. Also, if you plan to leave early, parking arrangements need to be planned in advance; otherwise, there may be some inconvenience. Overall, the hotel feels slightly expensive for the facilities provided.

It was just an OKAY property.

I had asked for 2 rooms and was told I would get 2 rooms. When we reached the property they said only one room is available. They instead gave a 4 bed room. The towels and pillow covers were all dirty. The bathroom fittings were quite loose and rusted. Food options was less as compared to what was mentioned in the menu. It was mentioned the location is opposite gate 3 of the temple which was misguiding.

Location is good, convenient for darshan!

Very poorly maintained. Nothing like it is projected in the photos! Some construction work is going on, that didn’t allow us to relax/ sleep till 11:30 pm in the night. Despite requesting the staff, the disturbance continued till close to midnight.
