Un séjour tout simplement incroyable ! Le logement était magnifique, parfaitement entretenu et idéalement situé à Rivière Noire. Le service est vraiment top : la conciergerie répond à toutes les demandes avec beaucoup de réactivité, le ménage est impeccable et tout est fait pour que l’on se sente bien du début à la fin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous ne pouvons que recommander Marguery Villas. Nous espérons vraiment avoir la chance d’y retourner un jour !

Beautifully located property with absolutely stunning mountain views. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and very well equipped with everything you might need during your stay. The location is also excellent — close to the centre, with restaurants, small shops and places nearby where you can easily have breakfast, lunch or dinner. It is also conveniently located not far from Le Morne, which makes it a great base for exploring this part of Mauritius. Communication with the staff was very easy and efficient, and the property was very clean throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place.

Tout était parfait ! La qualité des équipements ! Villa très agréable à vivre et vue sur les montagnes, c’était magique. Le fait de se faire livrer aussi des repas, c’est un plus et les plats, cuisinés sur place, sont excellents. Et en plus, ce qui ne gâche rien, c’est la gentillesse du personnel. Ils sont aux petits soins avec vous. Merci à tous pour ce fabuleux séjour !

Service und Personal waren hervorragend. Die Anlage und das Haus waren sehr gepflegt, kommen aber leicht in die Jahre.

Die Hauptstraße war zuweilen sehr laut. Tatsächlich das einzig störende Thema und auch nur an Morgen, wenn man etwas länger schlafen will.

La proximité des restaurants

Seulement 2 serviettes pour la douche, aucune débarbouillette, eau de la piscine froide, les dalles à l’entrée de la villa étaient distancées sans terre entre alors j’ai failli tomber plusieurs fois, seulement une bouteille d’eau pour 7 nuits. Il fallait signer des documents pendant que je mangeais alors la nourriture apportée par l’hôtel était froide après.

A fully equipped villa offering all modern amenities, featuring a private pool and a beautiful patio. The property is well secured and ideally located close to restaurants and a shopping centre. Most importantly, the staff are exceptionally warm, attentive, and caring, ensuring a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only minor drawback was the absence of air conditioning in the living room, which made it uncomfortable on hot days. Additionally, with neighboring villas on both sides, the presence of small, often noisy children sometimes disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

It was very clean and private. A lot of amenities are available which made our stay very comfortable. And hosts are very responsive.

Villa was excellent

bugs we found on bed, No wifi upstairs. No AC in living room. Breakfast was extremely bad as compared to the money we spent on villa.

A pleasant place. Nice, comfortable villas with plenty of space. A great option for staying with family or friends. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Conveniently located.

However, the cleaning service was terrible. The cutlery was dirty when we arrived. The dishwasher didn't work. Every surface was covered in black dust. The floors were constantly dirty. The pool was filthy and there were always lots of insects swimming in it. I don't understand why they couldn't provide a net to at least get rid of them ourselves. The villa description says there's an outdoor grill, and they do provide one, but it requires advance reservation and costs money. The gym is very stuffy, and all the equipment is in terrible condition and dirty. We stayed in villa #42. If you're offered to move into it, immediately demand to be transferred to another villa. The property wall borders a plot of local residents who have chickens and roosters. The roosters start crowing at dawn, and you won't be able to sleep from early morning.

Facilities, location, welcoming, reactivity of concierge

Seems the place was not cleaned up well before our arrival( cigarette ash trays, bins not ) + it seems that other villa bins are close to the wooden patio so we get a smell. The housecleaning people ask what they should clean. I think they should by default clean everything Swimming pool on 2nd day was clean in the afternoon when we requested with housecleaning in the morning to have it cleaned as we had a toddler

Everything was great, from the place itself to the staff, more than welcome expected

Only issues was about air-conditioning in the living room, there was only a fan and so it was hot, and opening windows meant mosquitos could come in

Первые 2 дня были проблемы с завтраком. Нам приносили меньше еды чем мы заказали и халатно отнеслись но после замечания, все изменилось и все следующие дни мы были довольны

Secure, clean, well thought out property. The units were simple, chic and comfortable. The private outdoor pool, patio and shower were a great addition to the villas. The staff was over accommodating and kind.

Ils m’ont prélevé ma caution, mais ceux sont eux qui s’en sont rendu compte et me l’ont dit directement. On attend actuellement le remboursement.

The cleanliness, and the amenities receive on site were good.

I believe that there may have been more towels in the bathroom instead of only 1 per person. Also the QR code for the menu was not working. Also for price paid, the sports/football channel could be made available.

Villaが広くて綺麗だった

朝ごはんがもう少し充実していると良い 空港からの送迎がうまく手配できておらず、長時間フライト後に空港で右往左往することになった。他にもアクテビティ等事前に問い合わせていたのにスムーズに回答が来なくて反応があったと思ったら自動送信的な連絡で大変残念に感じた。であれば最初からコンシェルジュのWhatsAppの連絡先を教えて欲しかった。

Einfach alles war perfekt!

Tolle Ausstattung, super Pool und alle Menschen sind wahnsinnig freundlich und engagiert. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Ressort ist bewacht am Eingang. Wir hatten während des ganzen Aufenthalts einen Concierge als Ansprechpartner, der uns Tipps gegeben hat, uns aber auch mit der Buchung von Massagen und Floating Apero etc weitergeholfen hat. Die Lage ist super, weil man alles im Westen total schnell erreichen kann (wir empfehlen Le. Morne Beach, Grand Bassin Tempel, Wasserfälle,...)

Die Lage ist direkt hinter einer Hauptstraße, das war zwischendurch mal laut, aber uns hat es nicht so sehr gestört. Aber es macht vielleicht Sinn, es zu wissen

مجمع فلل جيد نوعا ما ، مع وجود خصوصية ، اذا بتطبخ وتنفخ اخذ الفيلا ، اما اذا استجمام فقط فما تنفع لك ابد

لا بوجد مكيف الا في غرفة النوم فقط، الصالة غير مكيفه وحار الجو فيها جدا، اما بالنسبة للفطور يفضل عدم حجز فطور لان فطورهم يارب لك الحمد ما ينوكل ، ايضا خدمة الغرف ما يغيرون اللحاف ولا لبس المخدات ، فقط يعيدون ترتيب السرير ، ولا ينظفون الحمامات ولا يغيرون المناشف ، ايضا استقبال الفلل يقفل من بدري ولو احتجت شي بعد المغرب مثلا ما يردون عليك الا الساعه 8 الصباح

Merveilleuse villa, très spacieuse, sans aucun vis à vis. Le personnel est agréable et la conciergerie est très réactive aux demandes. L’emplacement de la villa est idéal par rapport aux centres d’intérêts.

Petit détail: pour le prix et le standing des villas, le petit déjeuner pourrai être amélioré !

La villa était magnifique, sa piscine, le jardin très bien entretenu, le petit déjeuner le matin un délice, merci à Catherine qui nous apportais le petit déjeuner le matin, et la propreté de la villa. Très bon accueil de Romain

Ne pas savoir la veille au soir si le check out tardif était possible et devoir relancer le matin même. Au prix de la villa faire payer au client la tasse cassé c'est moyen je trouve

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa avec piscine et une vue à couper le souffle. Le personnel était aux petits soins et nous a même réservé une délicate attention pour notre anniversaire, ce qui nous a beaucoup touchés. De nombreuses activités sont proposées : nous avons choisi un massage, un vrai moment de détente ! La salle de sport est également un vrai plus. Le petit déjeuner, servi directement dans la villa, était délicieux. Les boutiques, restaurants et la plage sont accessibles à pied, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Tout était parfait, nous aurions adoré rester plus longtemps. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Grande villa (nous avons eu la surprise d’être surclassé), tout confort. Super service de conciergerie, merci beaucoup à Vanish, toujours prêt à nous aider. Malheureusement la météo ne nous a permis d’exploiter la piscine (pas chauffée) ni les extérieurs!

Le petit déjeuner… pas très garni (pas de beurre/ pas de plat chaud)! Pas beaucoup de disponibilité pour heure de livraison.

Fantastic place to stay. It was beautiful in every aspect.

The staff were amazing!! They went out of their way to assist us with every request. This was a dream family holiday for us and the staff allowed the dream to be a reality.

everything was great

Loved that the villa was homely but luxurious, having its own personal pool in the back yard. The villa had all the requirements of a home and the washer/dryer was very useful. The location is great. Walkable to a handful of restaurants - Roots Spirit, Happy Rajah, Medium Rare Steakhouse and Jiva Coffee - All recommended. It was also a great base to see the South west of Mauritius, lots of sights within a close drive. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying at Marguery Villas.

Nice villa,

Seems maintenance was not done properly over the last years. I.e Sun deck was ‘rotten’ . For this amount of money it should be flawless / high quality. The state of the villa etc is average.

Lovely villas. Spacious and modern. Ours was very clean. Excellent WIFI. Pool was clean and private. Some people said they had no AC in the lounge but we did: both the bedroom and lounge had AC. So the villa was cool. Staff were very attentive. We cooked our own dinners in the villa every evening and the kitchen was well equipped to cater for this. Large supermarket ‘London Way’ which is 5 mins away; excellent and caters for everything! Beach is 15 walk. La Preneuse is obviously a popular spot for locals and busy at sunset - it’s beautiful and quiet. Not very touristy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We were there in April 2025.

Our villas backed onto the road and it is a little noisy with traffic. (But saying that, it didn’t keep us awake at night and we are very sensitive/light sleepers). The gardens of the villas are beautiful and peaceful but there is no breeze so be prepared for mosquitoes! That’s not the villas fault though. Not much you can do. There are fans outside to keep them at bay a little.

The villa was clean and had everything we needed. We ordered the chef in service dining and had a wonderful dinner delivered to our villa. The staff were very accommodating to our needs.
