Easy walk to the centre and activities. Shops are in the vicinity. The property has no storage facilities which is a bit problematic.

Good enough for a 1-2 night stay. Unstaffed hotel. Very good location to the city centre and Ferry terminal. Kettle and Fridge provided in the rooms.

Es gibt keine Rezeption, alles läuft digital. Beim Parken gegenüber dem Hotel muss man sehr genau auf die Regeln achten. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles hat funktioniert, im Hotel war es ruhig. Würde wieder hier übernachten.

Hotellet ligger fint. Værelset var stort, lyst og rent, men loftpladerne er anløbne og rullegardinerne havde set bedre dage. Jeg havde ikke fået mail med pinkode, men det blev hurtigt løst af online-receptionen. Godt hotel til overnatning.

Un bon rapport qualité / prix, bien situé près du centre ville, avec un parking gratuit la nuit. Grande chambre pour trois, sauf que le troisième lit était un peu étroit pour un adulte.

No reception. We tried to change our room - only possible by phone. Promised to call back but nobody called back. After vi booked price was reduced 25%. No breakfast and no free parking.

The bathroom smells like mold. Windows don't open and the lights are so dimmed that outside is always brighter and you have to take you phone and use your flash light to go to bathroom. I DON'T recommend it

Helt ok hotell til en billig penge. Men gardinene hang på halv åtte. Kunne ikke ta igjen for vinduene. Lite toalettpapir, lo på gulvene.

Room and hotel was nice but it was July and the sun is out all the time Andy the room was boiling, with the sunlight and the heat it made sleeping well a challenge. I would imagine any other time of the year in Norway would be fine

Convenient location to shops and bus stop. Staff were very quick to answer the phone and resolve issues (code not working). Clean and comfortable rooms.

Jag tycker att det var ett väldigt dyrt boende. i förhållande servicen som var obefintlig, ingen reception eller personal tillgänglig, spartanskt möblerade rum, mm, inga möjligheter att köpa mat.

Hotellrommet var heilt ok, men det mangla tv på rommet.Det som trekkjer ned er parkeringsproblem. Det burde vore opplysningar om kvar èin kan parkere i nærleiken av hotellet.

Greit hotell for en overnatting - billig i forhold til andre hotell i området. Store rom og midt i sentrum - gode parkeringsmuligheter rett utenfor.

Not as good as they used to be. I stayed 2n 3days. I was left 1 disposable cup for my use. Electric kettles and fridge in my room. No tea bags. 1 towel, no hand towel or bath mat.

Very clean room with spacious bathroom. Heating in both worked very well. Excellent convenient location across the road from the main ferry terminal (for the Hurtigruten and Havila coastal voyages) and Airport Express Bus stop. Local bus stops, supermarket, shopping mall with pharmacy, Tromso's pedestrian high street (Storgata) and northern lights tour meeting points are all within 5 minutes walk. My arrival was delayed by 17 hours due to the last minute cancellation of 2 long haul connections by the airline but the hotel held my room booking for me when I messaged them en route. The included buffet breakfast was excellent! Andy at the reception desk was very kind and nice when I finally made it to check-in at 12 midnight. He told me where I could walk along the waterfront to see the northern lights. After an exhausting and unexpectedly stressful 45 hour journey and 4 flights, it was a welcome relief for check-in to go so smoothly. Note: Photos on the hotels.com and official hotel website showed the double standard rooms have sea views but this is not the case. Room 728 has a slightly obstructed city view.

Simple, warm, clean & quiet room with mini/bar fridge, kettle & hair dryer. Heating works really well including the bathroom. Good value budget hotel for the Lofoten region and Norway generally. Big window so you can look up at the night sky to check for aurora (northern lights). Conveniently located opposite the ferry terminal, Hertz car rental, and a 3 minute walk to the waterfront pier. Small parking lot is in front of the hotel - appears to be free from 7pm-8am on Monday-Friday, and 5pm-7am on the weekend. Free for first 15 minutes which is handy in case you forgot something and need to briefly dash back up to your room.

- The cleaning was terrible. Bed, Chair and Shower was visibly dirty. - The hotel beds where very thin and had hard springs in the matress. Its not the framed beds advertised in the pictures, but thin spring beds. - Coffe automat in the lobbey where not refilled so after paying 2€ you would only get hot murky water. - Water fossit leaking when brushing your theeth. - A foul smell of mold or sewage in the bathroom. Bathroom also had some spots on the roofing that looked like water damage. - To get hot water you would have to let the water run for about 8 full minutes (I took the time). In that sense i guess it's somewhat climate friendly, as it forces you to take cold showers if you are in a hurry.

There’s stains (looks like blood stains) on the curtains. The water takes a long time to heat up. The worst experience is having the cleaner repeatedly opening our door without knocking way before check out time.

Fast hotel is a concept I hadn’t seen before - an unstaffed hotel. It just worked, though felt a bit empty.

This hotel is exactly in front of the war museum. Rooms were very clean and tidy, no one at reception but easy Checkin Comfortable beds No restaurant / breakfast but there are many hotels nearby for food

Central location, easy to book and no limitations on arrival. Parking can be difficult, but there are still plenty of parking spots nearby. Good and cheap hotel to use in September.

No hand towels or wash cloths were provided. Only two thin bath towels. And the bathroom smelled of mildew. Would not stay again.

Helt ok alternativ for overnatting i Svolvær. Vår første gang på Fast hotell. Litt dyrt med tanke på standard.

Smidigt utan reception och incheckning. Fick kod till ytterdörr och dörr. Väldigt bra centralt läge. Fräscht och ganska nytt. Golven var lite smutsiga men i övrigt rent. Sköna sängar. Hade varit bra om det fanns åtminstone en hand-handduk för vi fick bara badlakan. Vi fick tre pappmuggar till oss tre, så det hade gärna fått vara några till. Eller diskbara muggar. Men överlag väldigt nöjda med rummet.

Enkel booking og fine rom. Enkel standard. Bra renhold. Alt i alt en god løsning for en liten periode. Begrenset med gratis parkering. Måtte til tider parkere mot betaling og flyttet meg når jeg så det åpnet seg mulighet for gratis parkering. Mye måkeskrik i området så jeg anbefaler ørepropper. :) Rullegardinene på rommet dekket ikke hele vinduene så det slapp inn mye lys. Veldig sentralt og fint. Alt man trenger i nærheten.

Det var ett obemannat hotell. Ingen frukost, ingen TV på rummet. Äldre standard. Bara en huvudkudde var. Bara varsin duschhandduk. Ingen handduk till golvet som blev väldigt blött vid dusch. Det luktade väldigt illa ur avloppet som kändes i rummet. Annars bra läge centralt i svolver. Svårt med parkering

Billig-hotell utan reception eller någon service överhuvudtaget. Medvetet val för att spara kosing då det är dyrt ute på Lofoten. Så förväntningarna var låga, och hotellet fyllde sin funktion då vi inte skulle vara på rummen annat än för att sova. Rummet kändes ändå sisdådär. Rent = måste, men ganska bedagat rum. Ej rengjord takventil på toaletten, duschvägg glappade och lite såna småsaker.

Verste hotellopplevelsen jeg har hatt. Lite rom, rullegardin fungerte ikke. Når jeg dusjet ble det 5 cm vann på hele badet. Ingen dusjvegger eller dusjforheng. Ingen hylle på badet. Ingen renhold mens jeg var der. Og fikk en hånduk som jeg skulle ha i 3 dager. Mye bråk fra bakgård. Og matlukt som kom opp fra restaurant i 1.etg. Ikke verdt 2700 som jeg betalte for 2 netter. Grusom opplevelse.

Bed was bad, because it was very soft. The room was quite light at night and warm too. The room wasn't clean. Chairs, the floor and toilet were dirty. Toilet lights got broken during our visit so there was dark.

Hotellets läge bra. Dålig service, gick inte att nå på anvisad telefon, när tex dörrarna till hotellets entré inte gick att öppna. Inga muggar eller bestick. Endast en vattenkokare och kylskåp. Hissen var hemsk. Rullgardinen trasig.

Sijainti oli hyvä, parkkipaikkakin lähellä eikä kovin kallis vaikka maksullinen. Huone oli tilava ja siisti, vedenkeitin ja kylmäkaappi tulivat tarpeeseen. Olisi ollut mukava saada ovikoodit etukäteen tai edes jälkikäteen, mutta onneksi eteiseen pääsi sateelta suojaan, ja puhelinnumero toimi niin, että sain ovikoodit puhelimitse. Peseytymistä helpottaisi, jos suihkuhuoneessa olisi toimiva valo. Pimennysverho oli varmaan ihan toimiva silloin kuin se oli uusi ja ehjä.

Boendet var ok och läget var bra, men det var alldeles för dyrt i förhållande till standard och service. Det borde ha ingått frukost till det priset.

Toalettet renner vann hele tiden irriterende sildring. Dårlig seng. Ene rullegardin fungerte ikke. Dårlig lysblending generellt. Kun dusjehåndkle og ingen håndduk.

Alles sehr unpersönlich, habe außer einmal im Flur, in 4Tagen niemanden vom Personal gesehen. Die Ausstattung und Lage ist gut. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher vorhanden, aber keine Becher. Der Topper von meinem Bett ist oft verrutscht und eine Ablagefläche im Bad wäre gut. Ansonsten alles okay. Das Sushi Restaurant im Erdgeschoss super, der Kaffee aus dem Automaten ungenießbar.

Gemäss Bestätigung war Check-in von 16:00h an möglich und man würde am Anreisetag per E-Mail und SMS einen Zugangscode zum Hotel und Zimmer bekommen. Obschon ich schon ein paar Tage vorher über Ebookers und einen Tag vorher direkt bei Fast Hotels nachfragte, wann 'am Ankunftstag' ich denn den Code erhalten würde, kam überhaupt keine Reaktion. Den Code bekam ich dann am Anreisetag erst um 17:18h. Das finde ich inakzeptabel.

Rom 302 stinket fisk/ tørrfisk ved ankomst. Kun lunket vann i dusjen. Rom 321 ; kloakklukt pø badet. Mulig tørre sluk. Vannet i dusjen var lunkent. Dårlig at det kun er et pappkrus på rommet.

Struttura senza reception e senza servizi ad essa collegata. Comunque molto comodo. Le istruzioni per l’accesso alla struttura vengono inviate in automatico via mail o sms un Gio prima dell’arrivo. In inglese. Semplici da seguire. Camera famigliare sufficientemente grande ma con poco posto per la sistemazione e l’apertura di bagagli per 4 persone. Bagno spazioso e accessibile. Parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze. Praticamente assenti parcheggi gratuiti. Località graziosa e vivace sul mare con ristoranti e bar nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura.

This is a very basic hotel. Simple room and no extra. No reception. No breakfast. But it is clean and felt safe.

It’s an unmanned hotel. Unusual but totally fine.

Two lights out in the room and could not contact anyone. Room basic and nice. Just a block from docks making it very convenient. Only free parking is a few spaces on street right in front of the hotel.

The room was clean and fine to stay in, however when we arrived the toilet was broken wouldn’t flush. Also the temperature in bathroom was like a sauna. I emailed Fast Hotels to report our problem but we never got a response. Finally in the morning I spoke to a person cleaning rooms and they messaged maintenance but it was too by then as we were leaving. This was very disappointing to be ignored by the hotel

Property was in a rundown area. Worst of all, it was completely unmanned. There was no staff on the premises. You let yourself in with a code that was texted to you--no lobby staff, no one to answer questions--completely hands off. I was unaware of this at the time of booking, and will never stay there again.

Uncomfortable bed in room 208. It’s old.over used. Not typical standard for Norway.

Is this the future of so called 'hospitality'? This hotel has no human presence whatsoever: no check in / reception staff; nobody to speak to with a problem.They send a text with access code and room number on the afternoon of arrival.If you don't get the text you will be sleeping on the street. What happens if there is an IT failure? Everybody out on the street? What happens in an emergency ? The hotel will have nobody to help. You will be on your own, and relying on the local volunteer services.

Looks like a newly built property. so its clean. convenient park in and check in facility. there is no staff its a self check-in hotel. Lift is small but available. the heater was not effective. They can do better on that. There are few restaurants nearby, for good breakfast options.

This is a decent budget self-service hotel. Instructions for using the code were a little off--pad wasn't where they said it would be, but there was only one, so it wasn't hard to figure out (just make sure to step into the electric eye to get the door to open after you enter the code). Rooms are small and basic but workable. Small refrigerator can hold some drinks and fruit, several shelves to make best use of space. Didn't quite have the garbage emptied when I arrived, but it's a budget hotel, so that goes with the territory. A block or so from the Bodø ferry landing and about a ten minute walk to the ferry to Skrova, so very convenient.

Very basic hotel room but opposite ferry and small bus terminal. Fridge in the room, also an electric jug for tea and coffee. I love staying here. Walking distance to most things in Svolvaer.

Service and location

I was very happy with my room: even though it was small it had everything I needed. Comfortable bed, good shower, and in a great location. It was quiet. Definitely a good place to stay.

I thought the no frills style was what we paid for. However, the mattress was poor. I feel, keep the no frills, but people need to sleep well to recomend to others. It would be good to replace the mattresses.

We didn't stay at that hotel due our mistake
