Considering this 4 star Hôtel unfortunately they don’t have luggage service you need to deliver your luggage to and out the room by your self … some rooms has 15-20 stairs some has only 4 We spend half an hour arguing with reception to help with the bags when we arrived, it is very difficult to take your heavy luggage up ..at the end she asked someone to help us as like its a favor. And we took it out by our self when when we checked out Bathroom has shampoos and shower gel , toilet paper , towels and hand soap no other things provided Anything we call for like toothpaste, as other hotels provides is not available Hotel reception close at 9:00 pm, lights turned off , and room service stopped with No security

Por decir algo, el precio carta pero en Mykonos todo es carísimo.

Breakfast was nice, small selection of hot food, a bit repetitive after a while but was nice. Staff were friendly. Exterior of hotel was beautiful and the pool area was great. Stunning views of the sea from the pool.

Unfortunately we did have problems with our room, the room was small, dangerous step up the the bathroom which injured us a few times. The safe wasn’t working many times. We arrived into our room and in the evening we noticed we had no shower gel topped up from the moment we checked in. I would also say that our bedroom smell dusty and mouldy which did make for an uncomfortable sleep. I think while the hotel was lovely I think there needs some attention to finer details. The walk to town was a bit of a trek, 20 mins downhill, ok going down but going back up was hard. Taxis are about 40 euros per visit so I would recommend hiring a car if you want to get around or you don’t want to walk. I would say that on the booking platform it states free airport transfers but this is not the case, a taxi costs about €40 for a 5-10 min journey.

Las vistas sobre la ciudad y el apartamento amplio y cómodo. El alojamiento es grande, con una decoración envolvente con la ganadería de la zona y los elementos de decoración son acordes a útiles y aperos agrícolas.

Debido al horario de 11 am a 20 am, nuestro uso de las instalaciones fue reducido ya que si visitas la ciudad de día no llegas a hora de piscina y no puedes usarla antes de las 11 de la mañana. No llevábamos coche de alquiler y, aunque los trayectos no fueron largos, la información facilitada no fue la correcta. preguntamos si había en la isla transporte público y lo negaron, cuando sí había.Deben sondear al cliente para facilitarle al menos la llegada al sitio ya que tienen coche de cortesía. Tuvimos en ese apartamento algunos problemas con los mecanismos eléctricos.

Petit hébergement cosy pour un séjour en famille. Hébergement très bien décoré ,confortable, spacieux et propre. Personnels aux petits soins pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Encore un grand merci au patron pour sa très bonne viande, la meilleure de notre séjour en Grèce. Petit déjeuner au top, copieux et délicieux. Belle vue sur la piscine et sur la mer. Très bon rapport qualité prix . Je recommande vivement.

L'odeur dans la salle de bain qui n'a pas de fenêtre. Les équipements de la cuisine; 3 fourchettes pour 4 personnes. Pas de saladier , pas d éplucheur à légume c est très très minimaliste. Une couette de une personne disponible pour 4. Pour le prix est beaucoup trop elevé pour la prestation

There was a member of staff on the second day who was very friendly.

The rest of the staff were rude, unhelpful and miserable. It was tough to get a smile out of them. The smell of sewer in the room was so bad it felt like a health hazard. The 2nd room was actually the kitchen with no window. Dark and dingy.it was a 2 star at best.

Combinatie zwembad en ontbijt

Je zit onder de aanvliegroute van het opstijgende vliegverkeer van Mykanos, in de ochtend om 06:00 begint dit al. Daarnaast zaten wij in lofthuisje 7, dit zit naast de zwembad installatie , om het kwartier overlast gevend geluid. Het huisje is veel te klein voor vier personen, de bedden voor de kinderen bevinden zich boven het tweepersoonsbed en is 1.60 meter hoog, alles behalve comfortabel. Elke beweging hoor je van elkaar. Het huisje rook ook een beetje muf en er was opbergruimte voor een persoon, de rest van de kleding moest in de koffer blijven.

Sincèrement, nous avons tout aimé tout était parfait. Je suis arrivée avec ma fille nous avons été surclassé j’ai même pu quitter la chambre un petit peu plus tard vers 13 heures. C’était très propre très agréable très calme important car à Mykonos il y a énormément de bruit demande faites musique, etc. et le fait de rentrer à l’hôtel et de retrouver ce calme apaisant, c’était délicieux. Le petit déjeuner était aussi très bon le personnel super

Können das Hotel absolut empfehlen. Super sauber, Personal super freundlich. Alles sieht noch besser aus, wie auf den Fotos. Ruhige Lage, großer Parkplatz. Nur 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt, mit dem Auto nur 6. Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Very nice design of the areal, very good breakfast with wide range. Sufficient swimming pool, enough sunbeds, chill area in shadow, nice staff. I liked luggage storage in case that you want to stay longer after check-out time, we could stay in swimming pool area, we had late evening flight. Nice garden.

Soft matrace in doublebed, we had backache from it. Very basic equipment in a the kitchen. But these things are not the most important for us, I am giving 10 from 10 :-)

Posizione eccezionale. Fuori dal caos del mykonos town ma allo stesso tempo raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto. Ottima vista sugli splendidi tramonti dell'isola. Design dell'intera struttura molto bello. Personale cortese, che ci ha atteso per il check in nonostante fosse in orario notturno, senza crearci alcun problema o sovrapprezzo.

Super nice property with a beautiful view. Super wel maintained. Great breakfast. Nice room. Nice pool area. 20 minutes from the city center by foot. Public transport is a good way to visit mykonos. Two restaurants that might be worth a visit in the neighbourhood : philotimo & oniro sunset bar

You need a transfer from the ferry terminal and it's quite expensive (36 euros for 4). Restaurant is a bit pricy and limited in its offer.

Amazing view and very chill atmosphere!

Beautiful hotel in Mykonos. Staff is super attentive. The pool and bar are awesome, and the views of the city are great. You will need a car or motorcycle to move around, or spend quite some money in taxis. Our stay was great and the family room was perfect for two adults and two kids with two separate sleeping rooms and a small kitchen and dining area. We liked our stay very much!

Posizione ottima, a 5/10 minuti dalle spiagge e dal centro città. Struttura fantastica ben curata. Il personale gentile e disponibile e la colazione era diversificata e molto buona. Eravamo 8 ragazze in una villetta con due bagni privati e non abbiamo avuto problemi di spazio.

Servizio clienti online lentissimo nelle risposte, però dal vivo sono stati tutti molto gentili e disponibili.

Trato de personal regular, el resto todo bien. A un que tengo que decir que hemos llegado a la madrugada y nos dejaron estar en zona de piscina.

Aletro is amazing, the facilities, the view, the staff and the overall atmosphere is 10/10. This is why we have chosen this as the venue for our wedding in 2027.

Mile wise it is close to the city, but it’s a big up hill hike to the Aletro cottage house from the city.

El alojamiento es fantástico , súper recomendado calidad- precio , desde la recepción buenas indicaciones muy amables y atentos , el personal del restaurante atento a todos los detalles siempre con una sonrisa , y las chicas de la limpieza muy bien en todo , volvería al hotel en mi regreso sin dudarlo , la piscina y la vista al mar genial puedes relajarte tomar el sol en la mañana tranquilo ; recomendación como chora está a 20 minutos caminando alquilar una moto o cuatro moto , para Mykonos es lo único q necesitas … gracias hotel Aletro cottage houses 🇨🇴 🇪🇸

People Were nice and helpful. View was great, also the whole area looks nice. Breakfast was good, bud we didnt understand those designed black bowls :) noboday could eat from them:). You definitely need car there.

There was no space for clothes. We were 3 ppl and we had to leave our clothes in baggage:/ Its very windy over there so swimming pool you cannot use. The water is like 15 C. Towels are so dirty,like brown color sometimes, even of they are clean ,because thay cannot wash it after previous guests.

We loved our stay here!! From the moment we booked to leaving, we were looked after with constant communication, friendliness, willingness to help from Vivi, Effy and the rest of the staff. The rooms are excellent, with comfortable bedding, spacious balcony with sea and sunset views, large bathroom as well as fridge, stove, coffee, tea, sink services. The breakfast was a highlight with fresh produce and daily connection with staff. Pool area is fabulous with great views and options to eat and drink. Parking is included on site as well as a small church. You will not be disappointed staying here, close to everything but away from hustle and bustle. We loved it and can’t wait to visit again!

Good location from town centre. You can walk it in 10-15 minutes. Great poolside area with the view of the sea Pool side bar food was delicious! Breakfast was lovely as well. Anna was Amazing !!! Very Jolly and Very helpful and interactive with us.

Found tiny little flys when we took off the blanket - thankfully we had bug spray. No ventilation fan in the bathroom but a small window inside the shower area instead. Shower head felt old and water spurting out in all different directions, like the holes were clogged up maybe ..

- Que oliera a gasoil en el baño porque la ventana del baño daba al deposito de gasoil - Que no hubiera ninguna silla en la habitacion, ni ninguna mesa, la unica mesa esraba afuera y era de piedra tosca - Que NO tuviera servicio de recogida/entrada del puerto/aeropuerto (antes si que habia) te dan el telefono de un taxi qie te cuedta 40€ - La ubicacion, estaba un poco aislado - la piscina no tenia sombra ni sombrilla

La ubicación. Muy retirado del centro y un taxi cobra 40euros aunque fueran 8 minutos de distancia. La única forma de moverse es arrendar auto o moto.

the staff and the organisation of the accommodation was amazing. we were a big group of 8 girls and they have been patience and welcoming. we absolutely loved staying there. i think is suitable for all type of guest.

I love the amenities and the view was breathtaking. Beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. The owner was so hospitable and accomodating. Effi picked us up from the airport and dropped us at the port too free of charge. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff they were all wonderful always ready to help. Highly recommended.

La amabilidad y disponibilidad del personal es muy buena. Las vistas son espectaculares y para ir al centro caminando son 20 minutos. El traslado desde el aeropuerto y vuelta al puerto por parte del alojamiento es un valor muy positivo. Sin duda un lugar mágico, con mucho encanto y excelente atención al cliente.

El trato por parte de recepción nefasto. Para empezar, no responden los mensajes, no contestan el teléfono etc. Necesitabamos dejar el equipaje porque ibamos a llegar temprano y no obtuvimos respuesta. Igualmente fuimos a dejarlo y se nos dejó claro que era muy temprano para hacer el check in (10am). Hasta aquí entendible, nos tomaron los datos y decidimos ir a un beach club para pasar el día. Puesto que estabamos en la otra parte de la isla nuestra intención era volver por la noche así que me puse en contacto con recepción para que nos dejasen las llaves y hacer una llegada autonoma. La respuesta fue NO intentando poner excusas tontas como que el hotel es grande (spoiler: no es un resort) y que no podiamos etc y que las llaves de la habitación no podían bajo ningún motivo estar fuera. Me resultó bastante sorprendente ya que un hotel de supuestamente tanta calidad no tenga llegada autonoma (algo realmente basico) es chocante. Pero el remate fue cuando el ultimo día, como ibamos a salir a las 6am, la instrucción para el check out fue que dejásemos las llaves puestas en la puerta POR FUERA. En resumen, la chica de recepción es nefasta y su atención de vergüenza.

Wir waren vom 29. bis 31. August zu Gast. Leider hat uns das Hotel in mehreren Punkten enttäuscht. Der kostenlose Transfer, mit dem das Haus wirbt, findet nur zwischen 9 und 21 Uhr statt – für unsere nächtliche Abreise völlig unbrauchbar. Gerade wegen des Transfers hatten wir uns trotz der eher ungünstigen Lage für dieses Hotel entschieden. Auf Nachfrage zeigte sich das Hotel unflexibel und bot lediglich ein kostenpflichtiges Taxi an. Zudem blieben vorab gestellte Anfragen unbeantwortet; erst nach einem Anruf aus Deutschland erhielten wir eine eher unfreundliche Auskunft, dass Nachrichten grundsätzlich erst eine Woche vor Anreise beantwortet würden. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Sauberkeit der Anlage und das freundliche Personal vor Ort. Insgesamt aber kein Hotel, das wir aufgrund der unklaren Kommunikation und des eingeschränkten Transfers weiterempfehlen würden.

Transfer zum Flughafen oder Hafen wird nur zu eingeschränkten Zeiten angeboten und nicht 24/7

Das Hotel ist ein tolles familiengeführtes Schmuckstück! Bereits beim Transfer, der von der Besitzerin des Hotels selbst übernommen worden ist und beim Check in wurde wir herzlich empfangen und erhielten viele Tips für Mykonos! Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, die Betten waren bequem und alles war sehr sauber. Der Pool und der Blick von dort auf das Meer war atemraubend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch die Getränke und das Essen am Pool waren sehr lecker.

Die einzigen beiden Kritikpunkte sind für mich, dass man das Zimmer nicht gut abdunkeln kann und man dadurch durch die sonne früh geweckt wird und das der Weg Berg auf aus der Stadt zurück zum Hotel sehr anstrengend ist. Man muss schon gut zu Fuß sein, um den Weg zu schaffen! Ein Taxi kostet zwischen 30-40€ für 1,5km. Das haben wir uns gespart.

Η καθαριότητα ήταν σε άλλο επίπεδο !! Όλα πεντακάθαρα και οι μυρωδιές από τις πετσέτες τα σεντόνια ήταν υπέροχες.

Το ξενοδοχείο ηταν πολυ όμορφο, σε 10 λεπτα απο τη χωρα. Ειχε ωραια θεα στο λιμάνι απο την πισινα και απο το δωματιο. Το δωματιο ηταν ευρύχωρο με σαλονακι. Το ίντερνετ επισης, δουλεψε πολυ καλα καθ ολη τη διαρκεια της διαμονη μας και ειχαμε καθημερινή αλλαγη στις πετσετες. Επισης, το πρωινο ηταν ωραιο και το εστιατόριο προσεγμένο και η κυρια που βρισκόταν καθε μερα εκει, ηταν ευγενέστατη. Υπηρχαν αναλυτικες πληροφορίες για το νησι, τις δραστηριότητες και τις παραλιες αμεσως μολις φτασαμε και το πάρκινγκ του ξενοδοχείου ηταν ενα ακομα συν που μετρησε πολυ για μας που ειχαμε μηχανη!

Το μπανιο ηταν παρα πολυ μικρο, με μια ντουζιερα και λεκανη. Ο νιπτηρας βρισκοταν απεξω. Ωστοσο, απο το μπανιο εβγαινε μια πολυ άσχημη μυρωδια, μαλλον απο το σιφόνι και αν δεν ειχες κλειστη την πορτα, δεν μπορούσες να σταθεις απο την μυρωδια. Δυστυχώς ειχε μουχλα κατω απο το νιπτηρα που βρισκοταν εκτος μπάνιου, μεσα στο δωμάτιο, και αυτο δυστυχως δημιουργούσε επισης μια κακη αισθηση σαν υγρασία μεσα στο δωματιο.

Realmente increíble. Alojamientos así hacen que tus vacaciones se eleven a otro nivel. Nos recogieron al llegar en el puerto y nos llevaron al aeropuerto el último dia (sin coste adicional). Todo el mundo superagradable. Se encargaron de ayudarnos con la reserva del coche, restaurantes...etc. El desayuno sin duda el mejor de todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado en nuestra estancia en Grecia (6 alojamientos en 15 dias). Todo un auténtico acierto la verdad, volvería sin dudarlo.
