Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Absolute Empfehlung!!! FRANQ 31.07-02.08 Ich bin durch Zufall auf diese Unterkunft gestoßen. Hatte sie dann spontan für meine Mama als Geburtstagsgeschenk gebucht. Alle fragen die ich im Vorfeld hatte wurden vom Personal schnell und kompetent beantwortet. Das Hotel hat eigene Parkplätze die zusätzlich Gebucht werden können. Wer sich die Stadt anschauen will ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The hotel is in a beautiful old bank building. The location is ideal for exploring Antwerp on foot. The breakfast buffet was very luxurious for a buffet and very good. The room was very clean.
When the cleaners came, they did not supply the room with new toilet paper. Having to ask for this at the reception was a bit awkward. Also the room lacked a luggage rack, it was a bit inconvenient finding a good place for our luggage, but this might be nitpicking.

Нет окон в семейном номере, формально они есть, но выходят в узкий колодец 2 на 3 метра, свет поступает сверху. На одну ночь не проблема, мы отлично отдохнули и выспались

Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, vielseitig und mit viele frischen und saisonalen Zutaten. Die Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet. Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet. Das Bad moderner Standard.
In unserem Zimmer ließ sich das Fenster nur in Kippstellung zu öffnen. Der Ausblick auf war schön auf den Innenhof.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Location eccellente. In pieno centro. Parcheggio disponibile su richiesta, ottimo! Bagno molto grande. Colazione di livello alto. Una chicca: in camera c'è una cassa Marshall per ascoltare la musica.
La camera dove siamo stati è abbastanza piccola, con armadio minimal. C'è però tutto, quindi ok.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La location è fantastica, perfetta per visitare Anversa e muoversi comodamente a piedi. Una nota di merito va sicuramente al personale: sempre super gentile, attento e disponibile, anche nel darci consigli e suggerimenti per vivere al meglio la città. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato molto il graditissimo aperitivo di benvenuto, un piccolo gesto che ci ha fatto sentire subito accolti. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, torneremmo sicuramente!

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026The building itself has a great history, make sure to explore it! Bed was very comfortable, and black out curtains helped to have an amazing sleep. Breakfast line up was truly great. Make sure to go at least once. Breakfast room was nicely decorated and very tidy, food selection excellent. But the star of the experience is Nicolas! Not only he kept everything very tidy, working hard constantly, but in addition his personality is just fabulous - he is very attentive and personable. 10/10 rating to him personally!

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026The staff are amazing and friendly and are ALWAYS willing to assist. Loved the old courtyard section with the old building. The managers, Marijke & Reubens, allowed me to water the ie plants in the courtyard and she makes a great Espresso Martini. Our bar lady made wonderful Aperol Spritzes. Check in staff were amazing and arranged an extension to our stay by a day so we could enjoy this wonderful city more. Very elegant and sophisticated. Hotel has a boutique feel and not stuffy at all. Stylishly decorated.
Bat closes at 23h00, but might be a legal reason. Otherwise - GREAT !

De douche van onze kamer was in slechte staat. Veel schimmelvorming in de hoeken. Wij sliepen op het derde verdiep langs de straatkant met veel nachtelijk straatlawaai als gevolg. Dit mag je geen luxe kamer noemen.
