Reviewed Aug 20, 2026Amazing helpful friendly staff but very dirty room. Toothpaste all over the tap, brown water from the shower and I really didn’t want to touch anything as it was so dirty. Also very expensive for such a poor quality place

The room was kind stuffy. The bed was broken. The replacement room they gave, i found used condoms in the toilet. Toilet was so so. They give kettle, but no water. I suppose to use tap water?

The room applimaces are very old and corrdoded. Only water kettle available at room without milk, sugar, tea and coffee pouch. Provided bath Towel but it's holding odour.

He has been really wonderful and supportive in quickly finding some of my misplaced items by coordinating with concerned house keeping staff on priority. Thank you very much Shahnawaz and I wish you all the very best.
A little mold odour in the rooms, which could be improved by using some room freshners or oud smoke.
