Location?

Over priced

Quite and comfortable

All good

Nice and central.

The lounge furniture was not comfortable.

Lovely cottages, the host Jaqui was very accommodating with check-in and Check-out times. Fantastic location, quiet neighbourhood feeling.

Early morning noises from next door

The property and grounds were beautiful and felt peaceful, safe and secure. The staff working on the property were do helpful and friendly.

Conveniently close to the function

Tea/coffee cups could be bigger

Peace and quiete

Close to where we needed to be

Parking was complicated but off the street and safe

Location is good, it was clean and good value for money.

It looked much nicer in the photos than it was.

Gute Lage für Ausflüge. Ausstattung der Wohnung i.O.

Die Unterkunft ist wohl schon etwas älter

Friendly greeting, garden areas and pool. Close to Lauresford Wine Estate which has a host of things to do for families. Definitely worth a visit.

Bed was not comfortable.

Great location.. quiet and peaceful. Very spacious

No aircon in bedrooms. Fans available but didn't help much with the heat during the night.

The photo on the advert is appealing. Meet and greet by manager was good.

Very noisy at night with dogs barking, guests music, load TV and staff Kids. Could hear neighbours walking up and down stairs all night. Oak tree had millions of Cicada beetles buzzing at night to top it off. Shower head hardly worked and needs replacement. Had to ask for supplied coffee as it was not refreshed.

Lovely gardeo

We loved our stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location is peaceful and calm.

Clean, comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom unit. Good kitchen layout and spacious dining/TV area overlooking the pool.

Nothing to complain about.

The hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful. The on-site staff were also fabulous.

The name says it all... the groundsman met me and my partner on arrival and was so helpful, pleasant and accommodating. The manager Jacky, wonderful checked in on us.. made sure we had everything we needed. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. i will definitely be going back. 🤗🥰♥️

Excellent location and nice a peaceful.

Location was good. Access to rooms was good - we received a warm welcome and were taken to our room with clear instructions. We felt safe, and the pool looked lovely. Having our own access controller made access very easy. Rooms were well-equipped and spotless.

There was not enough parking - we had to park in the street. Rooms/decor felt dated, and we thought we overpaid. Finishes seemed cheap, although adequate.

WE liked the location.

The bed was not comfortable because the mattress was far too firm. Very few of the items listed on the booking form were available - No oven, no stovetop, no toaster, no coffee machine (only a plunger). Most self catering establishments offer a fair range of teas and coffee choices, this did not. A couple of rooibos tea bags and plunger coffee granules were all that were available. Therefore we had nothing to drink in the two days of our stay. The shower head seemed to be blocked with water coming out of a few random holes and spraying in strange directions.

Lovely units and fantastic service! Quick response and very helpful to additional requests. We were a family who rented 3 of the units and had a wonderful few days.

Everything about the place.

I can think of nothing.

Host was very accommodating and helpful. Quite location with easy access into the winelands.

Very welcoming and helpful hosts and staff dealt with special requests without question. Spacious, quiet, clean . I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Nothing

Great apartment. It had everything we needed and the staff were incredibly helpful & attentive.

The bedrooms are a bit small, with not much space for luggage.

Everything it was the definition of perfection 👌

Very accomodating Hosts!!

nothing much

Cleaned Tidy Spacious

When I made the booking, is mentioned that breakfast was included. When I got the keys, I was. informed the it is self-catering. A bit confusing on the site.

My guests had a great stay! Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The overall experience was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

All was excellent. The welcoming of the host, Jaqui, to the helpfulness of the support staff, (Robert) Thank you so much for the stay. A much needed vacation.

Uhm so in the Just unwind black book it states that the unit will be serviced (housekeeping) per day. So that didn't happen on the Saturday. But we managed to ask Robert for extra bin bags. But further than that all was great!

Nice room. Grounds were interesting. Helpful owner and staff.

Lovely pool, trees & staff were very helpful.

Everything was good. Stayed 3 nights would book again.

We stayed 3 weeks. It was a great location, very close to a Vergelegen. Not a busy area on a quiet street. Parking was secure and simple. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic! Super host and very clean!

Nothing

Quite clean safe

No aircon

Very clean and comfortable cottage with all needed amenities as well as air-conditioning, which was a bonus in the heat.

We loved our stay at Just Unwind and highly recommend it. It was immaculately clean, spacious, and offered everything we needed. For hospitality and service we easily give it a 10/10.

Our stay was excellent, I would highly recommend this location to family or friends needing a place in Somerset west.

It's the second time I have stayed at just unwind. It was fantastic. The garden area is private and the pool is lovely. The apartment was serviced which was a bonus. Everything was spotless. You definately need a car but everything is within easy reach. Jaqui was amazing, she was there to greet you and if you needed anything she made sure it was done. When I return to Somerset West I will definately stay at just unwind.

absolutely nothing

A friendly and accommodating hostess is tops! Comfortable gathering place for a small business meeting

We stayed with a group of friends for a wedding - what an exceptional place! Well-suited, beautiful stay! Will be back in a heartbeat.

loved the bed. loved the service offered from the cleaning staff. Even on Sunday. the hostess was friendly. we made a mistake on checkout and stayed longer. everyone please note check out is at 10. Located in beautiful part of the cape. stunning place to stay and would again.

I have no faults.

There were no plug points in the rooms, which made doing my hair for my event a bit difficult. The only electric point was on the other side of the bed for the bedside lamps, which were far from a mirror.

everything about the place was amazing I'm coming back again
