Great location in the medieval town centre of Dinan.

Very cramped, very basic facilities, no space in kitchen, odd interior decorations, horrible musty smell partly concealed by air freshener.

Location in central Dinan was perfect . Adequate size for an overnight stay

Facilities were basic and not even tea or coffee provided or toiletries

We loved being in the city center; and the ability to park on site. Room was very comfy and big enough for a 4-night stay. Staff very helpful and we were able to store a couple of items in their refrigerator.

The dining area was very small, some seating was not at a regular table and we had to wait in our room to be seated one morning. The breakfast was okay; there was little space for putting food/drink out and every edible piece of food was wrapped individually in plastic wrap (good dose of nanoplastics). Not sure there’s any way to arrange furniture differently for better flow. However this added to the charm, so no big deal.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, perfectly located, closed to shops, restaurants and bars.

The booking stated that there was parking but there wasn't a space for us. There are plenty of parking options nearby, some free. The apartment wasn't very clean in places.

Great location for exploring the city.

Some parts of the property were dirty/dusty. Layout of room/furniture is a little unusual. This may just be our apartment - so cannot comment on the main hotel or other apartments/lodges.

Hôtel parfaitement situé dans le centre historique fortifié de Dinan. Personnel à l'écoute et "aux petits soins". Petit déjeuner délicieux, avec produits locaux parmi le buffet copieux et varié "commun" aux hôtels de ce standing.

Un peu difficile de trouver l'accès (un GPS ignore totalement le lieu et envoie à Léhon, il a fallu utiliser une appli pour trouver, qui, elle, ignore les voies interdites, et il faut tourner en rond autour avant d'enfin trouver)... mais tout ça n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel.

We were in an apartment 150m from hotel, apartment had no wardrobe to hang clothes, no tea, coffee or milk provided, a microwave at above eye height level which is dangerous, Fridge in room noisy at night, cobwebs on ceiling light, small toilet and shower room in general the room looked tired,

Dinan is een heel mooie stad, het personeel was vriendelijk, een stijlvol hotel.

Een beetje verouderde badkamer, maar alles was aanwezig.

Ho soggiornato in un appartamento familiare, situato al di fuori della struttura centrale. In generale l'hotel si trova in una posizione ottima: centrale e vicinissimo ad un grande parcheggio pubblico dove poter lasciare l'auto se non ci fosse posto nel parcheggio riservato (attenzione, il mercoledì sera non si può parcheggiare in piazza perchè la mattina dopo è occupata dal mercato). Il personale, molto cortese, si è attivato per aiutarci quando necessario. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione, quindi non sono in grado di valutarla

L'appartamento si trova in un vicolo chiuso, veramente poco curato...arrivare di sera ed essere accompagnati in questo posto non fa proprio una buona prima impressione. Ci è stato assegnato l'appartamento al pian terreno, con accesso diretto dalla strada, senza inferriate che ci consentissero di tenere le finestre aperte la notte o quando eravamo fuori. Forse è per questo che si percepisce piuttosto forte un odore di chiuso, di stantio, dovuto forse anche all'arredo un po' datato, al contrario del bagno, appena rinnovato e molto funzionale. Insomma, saranno stati anche i 38 gradi che abbiamo trovato a Dinan, ma il pernotto in queste condizioni non è stato dei migliori, soprattutto a causa dell'impossibilità di tenere le finestre aperte di notte o quando uscivamo. Suggerisco all'hotel di installare inferriate che possano rendere gli ospiti liberi di gestire più in serenità questo aspetto.

El apartamento está ubicado en un pequeño y pintoresco callejón en pleno centro, al lado de la torre del reloj. Dispone de cocina lo que te permite poder prepararte alguna comida. Además, al estar tan bien ubicado, si madrugas un poco puedes disfrutar de la ciudad antes de que lleguen muchos turistas. Pudimos aparcar en el parking del hotel por 10 euros al día. La decoración del apartamento es muy bonita.

Great location right next to one of landmarks. However, the stay was quiet. Bed is comfy and large. Great stuff that helped a lot.

Het personeel was super vriendelijk en de locatie was fantastisch. De bedden waren comfortabel en de kamer was ook netjes/hygiënisch. Het ontbijt was ook prima. Erg fijn dat er een parkeerplaats aanwezig is.

Sommige details kunnen beter zoals de niet-passende wc-bril en willekeurige spijkers in de muren. De lift voelde erg onstabiel aan...

La situation au centre de la ville fortifiée. La surface du studio.

Accessibilité pas évidente (prévoir parkings de la ville, Duglesquin ou Champ clos car celui de l’hôtel coûteux et avec moins de 10 emplacements or plus de 20 chambres et 7 appartements). Entretien de la ruelle des longes médiocre qui rend l’arrivée décevante après l’accueil à l’hôtel 3 étoiles. Impossibilité d’aérer le RDC la nuit car porte fenêtre donnant directement sur la ruelle avec seulement une mini barrière de bois. Peu de luminosité car discrétion difficile au RDC (ruelle directement) et à l’étage (vis-à-vis avec autre lodges) car seulement gros rideaux occultants. Ambiance « Souvenirs d’enfance » un peu glauque à notre goût, manquant d’harmonie. Éléments de cuisine un peu « cheap » pour le prix de l’hébergement même si plutôt complet. Problème de chasse d’eau et d’aération dans la sdb.

Indicherei meglio le vie d'accesso per chi arriva in macchina perchè data la posizione nel centro storico alcune strade risultano chiuse.

A quiet, very prettily furnished room, in a central part of Dinan.

Two flights of stairs. In very hot weather, it was impossible to open the high window on one wall which would have allowed air to circulate. Not easy squeezing around the bed, set close to the wall. A second key would have made life much easier.

La ubicación ESPECTACULAR y es por eso que la calificacion no esta tan mala, Ademas el agua de la ducha salia con buena presion y caliente. Las camas tambien eran comodas. La heladera enfriaba bien.

Hay hay, a mi no me gusta calificar mal pero aca detallo todo lo que no nos gustó: -Las fotos de booking no concidieron con lo que nos dieron. -Demasiados muñecos y juguetes hacian al habiente poco agradable. Parecian sacados de una pelicula de terror. -Demasiados muebles muy grandes, quitaban espacio para movernos. Habia un aparador muy grande y antiguo al que pensamos que podiamos colocar la ropa ahi pero las puertas no se abrian. Sin ventiladores, El wifi no funionaba. La TV no sabemos si funcionaba porque la tuvimos que desconectar para poner nuestros cargadores. Al pie de la cama matrimonial un banco de colegio antiguo, Para que sirve? La cocina no la use, asi que no se si el anafe funcionaba. Mi sugerencia, eliminar todos los muebles enormes y no funcionales, sacar todos los jueguetes y muñecos de terror que habia por todo el depto aaa y unos mega almohadones en la cama de mi hijo que luego para dormir no habia espacio donde dejarlos. Sacar ese avion que colgaba del techo y colocar un ventilador, va a ser mas util.

La ubicación en relación al centro bien. Pudimos aparcar en parking privado del hotel. Muy bien y conveniente. Hay que reservarlo!

El apartamento del hotel estaba en otra ubicación en un callejón sin salida mal iluminado. El apartamento olía mucho a humedad. El hotel tenia muy buena pinta, no recomiendo el apartamento.

Très bon emplacement en plein centre historique pour visiter Dinan qui est superbe.

Appartement très décevant en rdc dont les ouvertures donnent sur une impasse. Odeurs de renfermé dès qu'on ouvre la porte. Problème de ventilation très certainement car présence de moisissures à la salle d'eau qui a été refaite récemment. Kitchenette à refaire : plaques électriques qui dysfonctionnent et peu de vaisselle (pas possible de se préparer un repas à part le petit déj au micro-ondes), plat pour récupérer les fuites sous l'évier). Petite banquette peu confortable pour notre enfant de 11 ans. Mobilier un peu vétuste. Portes intérieures qui ne ferment pas. Télé qui ne capte pas bien.

L'apartament en què hem estat s'hauria de reformar en general, per exemple, té una escala interior de fusta per anar a l'altell on hi ha ell llit de matrimoni i, a la nit, si convé anar al lavabo cal baixar-la i és incòmode pel soroll per la persona que dorm a la planta baixa

Auf kleine Irritationen am ersten Tag reagierte das Management professionell und absolut kundenorientiert. Stilvoll ausgestattetes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Dächer der Altstadt, malerische Sonnenuntergänge und viel Charme eines aufwendig ausgestalteten historischem Gebäude. Zuvorkommende Rezeption, viel Informationen, sehr gutes Frühstück.

Emplacement et décor

Pas de climatisation. Remarque étonnante pour la Bretagne mais avec l’évolution du climat estival il faudra y penser. Avec une chambre au rdc impossible de garder la fenêtre ouverte

Je n’ai pas pris le petit-déjeuner mais j’ai apprécié de pouvoir disposer d’une bouilloire. Ayant un appel à passer, j’ai pu m’installer dans le salon. Le matelas était confortable et les draps agréables

Les rideaux de la chambre n’étaient pas occultants ; au petit matin la lumière du jour était gênante. Sonnerie de la cloche d’un bâtiment religieux très proche de l’hôtel dès 7h puis tous les quarts d’heure. Le parking de l’hôtel est payant et je n’ai pu y stationner que le temps de sortir les bagages, de les monter et de commencer à défaire mes bagage.

The location was ideal for the bars and restaurants and historic area.

We had no view and as we were on the ground floor our windows were dappled for our privacy. There was also a sign telling us to wash up or we might be charged extra.

Lovely hotel located in the heart of Dinan, so you can just step out of the hotel and you're right inside the beautiful medieval streets, with so much to explore, shop and plenty of opportunities for food and drink. The staff were very helpful and understanding, which we really appreciated after a very long day travelling. Would loved to have stayed another day, and we will certainly revisit.

Parking. The hotel does have some secure, on-site, parking, but you must book it in advance. Something that wasn't made clear, or I just failed to spot that instruction. Luckily, the wonderful receptionist made room to accommodate us – she was very understanding and very very patient.

I would like to have been notified about booking a parking space as on arrival I was told it was sold out. I was accommodated on the first night of our stay and the second night parking is free overnight & Sundays nearby so it wasn’t the end of the world

The location was exceptional, it beat our expectations. Also plenty room in the apartment.

The room stank of smoke, like previous occupants were smoking in the apartment. The property next door was being renovated so we had hammering and drilling from 6 am in the morning. There was no Aircon and it was very hot (can't be helped and I did bring a small fan) but we couldn't leave the apartment windows open as it was a ground floor apartment and in the morning when I was woken by the building , I went to open the window and he builders had driven up the alley with their van and had music playing incredibly loudly. We have young children and had to close the window again unfortunately as it would wake them.

Beautiful location in a wonderful town.

I was a bit disappointed with parking. Booking.com states reserving parking us not possible, but on arrival, even though lots of spaces were still available, they appear to have already been booked. Some clarity on these arrangements would be helpful.

The location was perfect. It was really useful to be able to park the car in the hotel car park. The room was really comfortable and the staff were all exceptionally helpful particularly the proprietor .

Good location in the centre of Dinan. The hotel offers a couple of small 1 bed studios a short walk from the hotel. This is were we stayed.

Our apartment/ room was on the ground floor. The people above were really noisy so we didn't sleep well. The breakfast was average.

Śniadanie mogłoby być bardziej urozmaicone. Brakuje warzyw. Informacja o tym, że apartament znajduje się w innym miejscu mogłaby być bardziej widoczna. Na zdjęciach też niestety nie czuć, że brzydko pachnie stęchlizną…

L'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel sont irréprochables. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec des produits frais. L'emplacement est idéal.

Booked at last minute out of necessity as husband had a stay in hiospital overnight so had to find somewhere on the date of stay. Advertised private parking which was appealing. Location great for old town.

Parking extremely difficult to find by sat nav & even when given a map of directions by receptionist we couldn,t get to it as lots of no entry signs to roads in old town & 1 way strrets. Gave up in the end & parked in the public carpark nearby which was very reasonable. Whilst all the cafes around the hotel shut at aroung 8pm , one paricular bar nearby was open till about 1am & had very loud music & lots of people shouting/ talking which made sleep impossible at first. It was a Saturday night.

Accès difficile en voiture avec les rues piétonnes. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre malgré le prix élevé. Petit déjeuner qui pourrait être plus varié.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter le centre historique de Dinan, hôtel calme, petit déjeuner copieux, personnel aux petits soins, parking très serré pour mon van, mais jouable quand même. Je recommande !
