Tienes muy cerca sitios para desayunar, almorzar y cenar sin pagar los precios turísticos de Roma además estas muy cerca del metro lo que hace fácil ir y volver de las zonas de interés turístico

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was one of several rooms within the same complex, which is located inside a gated area and felt very safe and secure. We stayed in the Pesce room. Each room has its own name, with some themed around animals, foods, etc. Our room was an interior room, but it had a large window and was absolutely huge. There was plenty of space, and although we didn’t get the opportunity to use it, the room even had its own jacuzzi! The room was cleaned every day and was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The outside terrace was also a lovely place to sit and enjoy a coffee. It is shaded, so the sun doesn’t reach the terrace, which was actually quite nice for getting out of the heat. The host was also fantastic. On one occasion, we accidentally left our key card inside the room and locked ourselves out. The host responded very quickly and helped us get back in within minutes. The location is perfect, especially for exploring Rome. It is literally around the corner from Re di Roma metro station, which is on Metro Line A. This makes it really easy to get to attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Vatican City. The Colosseum is also walkable — we walked there in around 30 minutes — but it is just as easy to get there by metro. You simply need to change from Line A to Line B. Overall, we found the B&B to be clean, spacious, safe, well-located and very convenient for exploring Rome, and we would happily stay here again.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked about our stay. We really enjoyed it and would happily return. Recommendations for the host Just a few small suggestions that would make the stay even better: * Having a bin in the bedroom would be convenient, as there is currently only a small bin in the bathroom. * Providing more than two hangers per person would be helpful, particularly for longer stays. * The fridge didn’t seem to be working properly, as our drinks didn’t get cold. * The coffee machine didn’t seem to be working correctly. The coffee came out extremely slowly and wouldn’t even fill an espresso cup. * It would be fantastic if bottled water could be replenished during the stay, particularly in the warmer months. * Providing a little milk or cream for the coffee would also be a lovely addition. These are only small suggestions, though, and didn’t take away from what was otherwise a really enjoyable stay.

Pokoj byl dostatečně prostorný, vybavený ledničkou a dobrou klimatizací, s dostatkem úložných prostor, bylo v něm uklízeno každý den a každý den jsme také dostali čisté ručníky. Prostředí bylo moc příjemné s hezkým venkovním posezením a byl tam klid. Ubytování je přímo u metra, supermarketu, drogerie, nedaleko centra.

Postel byla poměrně nepohodlná, navíc bylo v Římě velké horko a ochrana matrace byla z plastového potahu, což bylo vážně nekomfortní. V koupelně byla ve sprše na některých místech plíseň a první den jsem měla zvláštní skvrny (jakoby plesnivé) na ručníku. Na pokoji nám chyběly příbory. Přece jen je to guest house a venku byly stoly s posezením. Když jsme chtěli povečeřet na ubytování, neměli jsme čím jíst.

L'emplacement est parfait: loin de la foule, calme et près de bons restaurants et de supermarchéset à 2 pas du métro.

Le bruit du frigo dans la chambre , le fait que la clim soit juste au dessus du lit (pour les personnes plus sensibles, c'est très inconfortable), le manque d'insonorisation et 1 seule capsule de café par personne pour tout le séjour.

AC temperature was good, I love that there was a mini bar/fridge and coffee machine. The room was cleaned daily and everything was cleaned up to my liking. It may seem like the bed still has plastic cover underneath the bed sheet, it would have been better if it was removed, although not a deal breaker for me. The location is very good, near the metro and bus station. There was nothing I could complain about. I appreciate the elevator since I had two big luggages, it was very convenient.

Me gustó la limpieza y que la ubicación está muy bien, ya que está al lado del metro 3min andando.

No me gustó que la mampara de la ducha se abre, la ducha demasiado pequeña y se sale el agua. Tampoco me gustó que no se pudiese programar el aire acondicionado ni cambiar la temperatura del mismo, ya que a cada persona le gusta distinto tipo de temperaturas.

Aeterno Eco Guest House is an excellent place to stay in Rome. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, featuring a quiet air conditioner and even a jacuzzi in the room. There is also a lovely inner courtyard to relax in. The location is great, with a metro station and a grocery store very close by. The surroundings offer plenty of great places to eat and shops to explore. The staff is helpful—they allowed a late self-check-in, which was guided by detailed instructions beforehand. Highly recommended!

Non c'è stato nulla che non abbiamo gradito

Lugar muito aconchegante, espaçoso e extremamente limpo. Eu e minha esposa gostamos muito da estadia. A localização é excelente: há um mercado a menos de 3 minutos a pé, a estação de metrô fica a cerca de 4 minutos de caminhada, com fácil acesso à Fontana de Trevi, ao Vaticano e a outros pontos turísticos. Também há paragens de autocarro próximas(6 min), facilitando a ida ao Coliseu. Outro ponto que gostamos bastante foi o café e o chá disponibilizados pelo alojamento. O café, em especial, é de excelente qualidade. Ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente. No checkout, como o nosso voo era apenas à noite, permitiram-nos deixar as malas guardadas para aproveitarmos as últimas horas em Roma com tranquilidade. Foi um gesto de muita simpatia e atenção. Graças à ótima localização e à hospitalidade, conseguimos aproveitar muito bem a nossa viagem. Recomendo sem dúvida!

Hotel très calme et très bien organisé pour le check in independant. On est a Re di Roma sur la via appia mais il n'y a aucun bruit. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes et très propres avec l'air conditionnée. Je recommande vivement.

I liked the area where is located, and cleanliness was on top, each day they are cleaning the rooms, and most of all you feel really welcome there, staff are very nice ☺️ you can leave your luggage if you have late flight which is also a big plus.

Great location. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was also a lovely outdoor terrace. I especially loved the decor—it was beautiful and gave the place a lot of charm.

O alojamento tinha uma excelente localização ( ao lado da estação Re di Roma) e tinha disponível uma máquina de café e duas cápsulas por dia. Estava limpo e era recente. Deixaram-nos entrar às 11h quando chegamos, o que foi ótimo. Recomendo!

Não ter janelas, só tinha uma porta de vidro.

Very clean and spacious rooms, with a great shower and comfy beds. The hotel is located in a lovely, lively and safe residential area of Rome that feels non‑touristy, yet it has excellent transport connections and is within walking distance of several major sites. Communication with the staff was very good and always prompt. A charming detail is that part of the building appears to be historic, featuring some beautiful ceiling paintings.

On the downside, our room didn’t have any windows, so there was no view and the only natural light came through the glass door. However, there are seating areas available in the courtyard outside, which helps balance this.

We had a great stay at Aeterno Eco Apartments. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent — just 1 minute walking distance from the Re di Roma metro station, and only around 10 minutes by metro to the Colosseum. The apartment was modern, the bathroom was new and very clean, and the daily housekeeping service was a big plus. There is also a small kitchen with a fridge, coffee machine, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, very convenient, clean, and perfect for visiting Rome. Highly recommended!

Quiet and comfortable, easy access to the metro

Localização perfeita, com muitas opções de restaurantes, lojas e bares pra todos os bolsos. Quarto limpo e cheiroso, espaçoso, chuveiro ótimo, lugar silencioso. Check in e check out fácil, nos permitiu o check in antecipado. Tem máquina de café no quarto inclusive com café e chá ótimos de cortesia, eles deixam tudo prontinho abastecido com água, só aproveitar. Acesso fácil ao metrô, muito próximo da estação. O anfitrião Davide muito gentil. Esse lugar é perfeito.

Sehr gute Anbindung an U-Bahn. Die Lage im Hinterhof war sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse mit Tischen für alle Gäste war ein schöner Zusatz

Das Zimmer war nicht besonders groß. Der Föhn im Badezimmer verdient diese Bezeichnung nicht, es war eine Art Heißluftschlauch, der permanent angehoben werden musste um aktiviert zu werden. Ein Mülleimer im Zimmer wäre gut gewesen. Der Fernseher war mit der Fernbedienung leider nicht bedienbar.

Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen, die Metro war nur wenige Meter entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle war direkt vor der Türe. In der Umgebung gab es mehrere Supermärkte. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Betten waren bequem und das Bad war großzügig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Fragen oder Anliegen wurden per whatsapp innerhalb kurzer Zeit beantwortet. Es gab eine schöne gemütliche Gemeinschaftsterrasse, auf der man abends gut sitzen konnte.

Das einzige, was nicht so toll war, war die Tatsache, dass es kein Fenster im Zimmer gab. Allerdings eine Tür, durch die auch Licht kam. Wenn wir da waren, haben wir die Türe zwecks frischer Luft aufstehen lassen, was kein Problem war. Im Raum gab es eine Klimaanlage, die allerdings etwas laut war.

Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Personal sehr freundlich war, uns gut begrüßt hat und auf Anliegen schnell reagiert wurden und die Location war sehr gut!

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt enttäuscht. Die Bilder auf Booking entsprachen nicht dem tatsächlich gebuchten Zimmer. Das Economy-Zimmer wirkte sehr kahl und ungemütlich. Besonders störend war, dass es keine Fenster gab und man deshalb nur über die Klimaanlage lüften konnte. Diese war sehr laut und direkt über dem Bett angebracht, was das Schlafen unangenehm gemacht hat. Zwei Türen die zum benachbarten Zimmern geführt werden, hatten uns weniger gestört. Gleich am 1. Tag haben wir die Bettlaken mit Blutflecken entdeckt und auch die Handtücher sowie Kopfkissen hatten gelbliche Flecken. Das hat leider keinen sauberen Eindruck hinterlassen. 🥲 Zur Krönung fiel im Badezimmer auch noch die Lüftungsabdeckung herunter und traf mich am Kopf. Insgesamt leider keine schöne Erfahrung und nicht das, was wir anhand der Bilder erwartet hatten. Sehr schade.

A acomodação é super nova, extremamente confortavel e limpa, muito agradavel o local e de facil acesso. Tinha limpeza dos banheiros, cozinha e arrumaçao da cama todos os dias, ficamos surpresos. Apesar do bairro distante, tem metro muito perto.

Tivemos uma otima experiencia. Embora tenhamos tido um problema com a luz que apagou e ficamos apenas com a luz de emergencia, conseguimos contato pelo Whatsapp rapidamente e nosso problema foi resolvido sem maiores preocupações.

Расположение супер,всего в нескольких минутах метро,до центра недалеко ехать Тихий район был огромным плюсом,и сам дом был тоже тихий Все чистенько и аккуратно,постель и полотенца свежие,в номере уютно По любым вопросам нам отвечали и помогали В общем гостевой дом супер,рекомендую

Единственные минусы это не работающая техника Розетки возле кровати то ли не подходят под стандартные зарядные устройства,то ли просто расшатанные Почему-то кондиционер быстро выключался,так и не поняли причину И не могли разобраться с кофемашиной,есть подозрения,что она была сломана

Molto pulito, comodo e bellissimo

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, schöne Zimmer und obwohl es an der Hauptstraße liegt, ist es sehr leise und man merkt davon nichts. Es ist sehr zentral, ein Supermarkt direkt in der Nähe, die Bushaltestelle, die Metro..wirklich alles sehr schnell zu erreichen.
