Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Sehr gemütliches 3* Hotel. Tolle Atmosphäre und herrliche Brote am Frühstücks-Buffet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Vermisse wie in vielen Hotels hierzulande eine Tee-Kaffeemaschine.

Perfect location to go for the Gstaad Menuhin festival . They provide shuttle back and forth for the concert. Very nice hotel, decorated with style. Comfortable rooms with balcony , as well a little seating area... Very nice spa facility with access to garden. Super quite.. I had very good sleep. Staff is very kind..

Very nice newly refurbished full service hotel. We enjoyed the food for breakfast and dinner and the bar service. The lobby and restaurant are well appointed with comfortable seating inside and outdoor. We enjoyed use of the indoor pool to cool off on very hot days. The hotel is just a short walk into central Saanen.

The summer of 2026 brought very hot weather to much of Europe for extended periods. While it unusual to need air conditioning in this part of Switzerland, we believe in-room air conditioning might be necessary as global warming continues, as we felt a little warm in the room overnight.

The staff were super attentive and nice, helped with every request. Breakfast is phenomenal. Very nice sauna and inside pool. A lot of parking space.

Sehr grosszügiges, neues Zimmer mit grossem Bad und Balkon. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und frisch. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss in der Nähe des Haupteingangs mit Parkplätzen. Bei offenem Fenster ware Gäste, die das Haus verliessen sehr gut hörbar - auch die Autos.

كل شي ! الإطلالة الخيالية من أعلى طابق على الجبال، النظافة المعقمة اللي تخليك تحس الغرفة لأول مرة تفتح، رقي الموظفين وتعاملهم اللي يخليك تحس إنك ضيف عند أهلك مو مجرد رقم حجز. والأجمل إنهم عرفوا إنها ذكرى زواجي ورقّوني وأعطوني غرفة مطلّة وكبيره أكرموني ورتبوني بشكل ما توقعه ولا غلطة ولا زلّة، كل شيء كان خيالي استثنائي، والعيب الوحيد إنه انتهى بسرعة!

الصراحة شيء واحد فقط: إني حجزت يومين بس! كنت أبي أقعد أسبوع كامل، المكان يستاهل أكثـر من عطلة نهاية أسبوع

Le petit-déjeuner (exceptionnel) la piscine et spa sont très appréciables. Le personnel est top (accueil, prêt de parapluie...). Nous avons grandement apprécié une chambre à 4 avec 1 lit double pour 2 adultes et 2 petits lits pour enfants. La situation est idéale proche de nombreux départs de randonnées familiales.

L'accueil et le personnel très sympatique. Un coin spa largement suffisant. La piscine était un peu petite et dès qu'il y a un peu de monde c'est vite saturé. Mais en y allant avec un horaire un peu décalé, c'est parfait. Le parking, facile d'accès pour une voiture de sport

Das man für den Bademantel CHF 10.00 Miete bezahlen muss, pro Person. Bei unserem Aufenthalt von 2 Nächten haben wir die Wellness 1x genutzt.

Il est très chaleureux, les chambres spacieuses, l’accès au garage fermé facile pour des voitures très basses. Les collaborateurs serviables et agréables. L’établissement est vraiment très agréable.

Le bassin piscine-jaccuzzi très froid, pas agréable, dommage !!!

Selon moi l'ensemble des prestations de cet hôtel est très satisfaisant. Je ne connais pas les critères d'attribution des étoiles mais à mon sens une quatrième ne serait pas volée !

Seul bémol : la mauvaise isolation phonique entre les chambres et par rapport aux couloirs/cage d'escalier car on entend parler les personnes qui rentrent au milieu de la nuit.

Die Preise im Restaurant sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Eine Consommé für CHF 14,50 – das hat mich sehr enttäuscht. Vor allem, wenn auf der Karte „hausgemachte Rinderbouillon“ steht und die Portion eher für ein Baby gedacht ist (sehr wenig!). Das kann ich zu Hause selber machen für CHF 2.- max!

Ein Tolles Hotel, in Hervorragender Lage mit sehr netten Personal.

Es war ein bisschen zu Warm im Zimmer.

zeker een aanrader, we hebben echt genoten met ons gezin in dit prachtige hotel. dicht bij Gstaad en super proper. Ook de personeel was heel aardig.

Bel hôtel avec du charme, les chambres sont propres et la literie confortable. Le personnel est très attentif aux besoins de ses clients et arrangeant c'est très appréciable.

Le bain pourrait être plus chaud et le coin sauna/hammam accessible pour tous (pas seulement nudistes)

Alles ist hier gut durchgedacht, man weiß fast nicht, wo man mit dem Lob beginnen soll. Der freundliche Empfang, das schöne Zimmer mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die kleine aber feine Wellnessanlage, die Lounge mit echtem Cheminée, in welchem dann auch tatsächlich abends zum Apero ein Feuer brannte. Die gute Stimmung im ganzen Team ist überall deutlich spürbar, nichts wirkt aufgesetzt und man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Wenn es doch nur mehr solche Betriebe gäbe!

Das Hotel ist perfekt. Sauber und gut eingerichtet.

An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszurichten. Die Empfangsdame an der Reception bei unserer Ankunft ist hier völlig fehl am Platz! Unfreundlich und ein Minimum an Hilfe. Grundsätzlich ist das der erste Eindruck bei der Ankunft. Auch beim aus check war die arme Lehrtochter überfordert. Ein Tip an den Pächter: dort gehört der Chef/in hin. Unverständlich.

Es ist ein wunderbares Hotel mit Ambiente, gut gelegen, freundliche Gastgeber und Personal. Auf Spezialwünsche und Hinweise wurde sofort eingegangen. Schön wurde zum Geburtstag dekoriert, ein Dessert offeriert und mit kräftigem Gesang des Teams serviert :-).

Leider sind die sonnseitigen Zimmer fast nicht mehr bezahlbar. Die Preise sind auf hohem Niveau.

Freundlichkeit und Qualität des Personals und Management ist nicht zu überbieten.

Excellent service, clean, comfortable, delicious food

Booked a premium room with mountain view for a 5 nights stay. While our room was on the mountain view side, we had a ground floor room with a view of three adjacent chalets and walkers passing our bedroom window on a wanderweg. Feel that Expedia customers receive lesser treatment than direct bookings. While the room was disappointing, the restaurant and staff were first class.

Ich bin nicht das erste Mal hier und jedesmal fühle ich mich wohl und geniesse den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus mit der kuscheligen Einrichtung in warmen Braun- und Bordeaurottönen. .

Vielleicht könnte man sich überlegen, ob das Parking in der Garage wirklich kostenpflichtig sein muss. Bis jetzt habe ich in keinem anderen Hotel in Gstaad dafür bezahlt. Psychologisch besser könnte man den Betrag ja im Zimmerpreis integrieren.Aber das ist eine Bemerkung auf hohem Niveau. Ich hätte ja auch draussen kostenfrei parkieren können.

Fitness center misses a bench and some smaller wekghts

L'annonce donne 3 étoiles +. Le plus c'est incontestablement le spa. Il est magnifique avec tout ce qu'on peut demander à ce genre d'endroit. Superbe bain tout en inox ! Dommage que le peignoir - pantoufles soit en location (10 euros) . Le petit déjeuner est bien avec un joli plateau de fromages dont un vieux gruyère du Saanenland qui vaut le détour. Jus d'orange frais , café machine de qualité.

Le Spitzhorn 3 étoiles est un bâtiment de 10 années , de style chalet contemporain avec une décoration minimaliste bois qui date déjà sérieusement . A part le coin autour de la cheminée dans le lobby qui est sympa le reste, chambre comprise, est ni chaleureux ni très gai. La déception vient de la chambre supérieure balcon/terrasse qui est située au nord sur le parking avec vue sur l'auberge de jeunesse remarquablement banale pour ne pas dire moche. Nous n'avons pas lu sur le descriptif la mention nord ou sud . Si elle existe. Le restaurant est cher pour ce type d'hôtel.

We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities this hotel has to offer. Quiet, wonderful views, beautiful wellness oasis, excellent cuisine, bus to the concert and, above all, very dedicated and friendly staff under the careful and very personal management of the director couple. We will be back.

Nette diminution des prestations depuis notre dernière visite il y a 4 ans. Par exemple, pas de peignoir pour aller au spa: si vous en voulez, 20.- de supplément pour 2 …. avec une chambre facturée 340.- la nuit

The staff was rude. This hotel feels more like a 2 to 2.5-star, not a 4-star. There was no tea maker or cups in the room, and when we asked for them, we were told they don’t provide those items in the rooms.

Food at Resturant was terrible! The cold soup was horrible !!

We had a fantastic time at the botel. The food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful. Everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was great. The views were absolutely mind-blowing waking up to that scenery was a highlight. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning (or even fans) in the room. With how hot European summers are getting, that made the nights a bit uncomfortable. Still, we really enjoyed our stay overall.

Terrible bed and pillows. Two twin beds combined together, worst sleep I’ve ever had.

I had a wonderful stay here with family. Room was spacious, comfortable temperature, clean. Spa was also very well kept, pool water temp was also perfect. I must say, this hotel is NOT a 3-star hotel. It definitely feels like 4 star but the staff will make you feel so welcome and accomodate your needs so well, at times you will feel yourself at a 5 star hotel. However, one thing that stuck out is, when I asked if we could use the spa after check out and was told the hotel is fully booked and they weren't comfortable with that. In the 2 days we spent in the hotel the spa was pretty empty so this kind of left a bad taste in our mouths, especially because all the hotels, both 4 and 5 star I have stayed in have allowed guests to continue using spa facilities after checking out. Anyways, the rest of our stay was so nice, and they are probably not obligated to allow us to use the spa, so we can only show understanding here.

(1) The room was quite decent in size with another level with two more beds for kids. The balcony was quite big with an amazing view (2) Staff was very friendly and helpful (3) Breakfast was really nice - we loved it (4) The pool was quite nice. Though the water was a bit cold, but we enjoyed the pool everyday! (5) There were ample parking (6) It is very close to the Gstaad center, especially if you have a car

Nice location, nice and helpful staff. Very nice views . We were upgraded to a mountain view room as we stayed an additional night. Nice spa and pool and garden . Water temperature in the pool is too low though. Friendly and flexible concierge chauffeur service to festival.

Water temperature too low in the pool. Too tight table seating in inside restaurant. Breakfasts are just very average: Fruits are not varied enough for the level of the hotel and not carefully cut. Breads and cheeses very average . Too tight service organisation . Visibly not enough staff for the amount of visitors.. Bathrooms lack body lotion. Towels are worn out. Shower gel and shampoo should be separated not combined . Hotel is a nice , commendable commercial effort but does not quite fulfil our expectations for the high price level in important details.
