Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The room was really well set out with everything you could need. The bed was really comfy. The small balcony was very nice to go outside and get the air, and the amazing views. The windows were big, which included the double door to the balcony. Curtains blacked out the light while you slept. Coffee machine was nice. Bathroom was really nice, with slippers and bathrobes, and all accessaries and soaps/creams for your use. Great extractor to take away steam and dry off wet areas. The room has a really well thought out arrangement of furniture and features. The Front Desk staff were all very helpful, knowledgeable and they spoke English.
There was no small kettle, to make tea (I am English)! Restaurant food/drinks prices, were pretty high.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Grundsätzlich ist das Saanenland schon eine Reise wert. Aber das Huus Gstaad wird auch der traumhaften Natur Kulisse gerecht. Ein sehr schönes Haus, eine sehr freundliche, kompetente Begrüssung beim Empfang und im Zimmer kann man sogar aus dem Bad heraus in's Freie schauen. Zudem, das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen...

My 6-year-old son absolutely loved the kids’ room, which had plenty of toys. Anita, who is in charge of supervising the kids’ room, has a real gift for enchanting children.

Das Parkverhältnis, zu eng und überall. Manche Gäste brauchten mit ihre Autos viel Platz und parkierten nicht korrekt. Musste jedesmal auf Beifahrerseite aussteigen. Bin sportlich mit 72 jahren aber mit Ballkleid etwas unbequem!

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Un très grand hôtel mais tout de même une impression d'intimité. La décoration et le design intérieur sont très réussi. Il y a un soin des détails. Le repas était très bon au restaurant et le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Bon SPA, piscine, jardin, belle vue. Et nous avons particulièrement apprécié que l'hôtel mette gratuitement à disposition des E-Bikes.
Beaucoup de monde dans la salle du petit déjeuner.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026An absolute bucket-list location — no photos can do the views justice! The staff couldn’t have done more for us and were incredibly friendly. Great food and cocktails, a lovely comfortable room, and excellent facilities. The only minor disappointment was that the air hockey tables weren’t working, but this really was a small point. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone!
Unfortunately, we were road side and the traffic was fairly noisy from very early in the morning. Due to the heat we needed the windows open otherwise it probably wouldn’t have been an issue.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La chambre était confortable et spacieuse. Le style très joli. Le buffet petit déjeuner bien varié. Salle spacieuse et confortable. Piscine intérieure agréable, on apprécié l'ouverture jusqu'à 21h.
Route passante avec circulation très bruyante, musique DJ Ibiza style à grand volume dès l'après-midi jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. C'était bruyant même avec les vitres de la chambre fermées alors qu'il faisait encore très chaud! Plutôt sale, surtout dans la chambre et salle de bains, tout au long du séjour, de grosses traces et empreintes de doigts sur les miroirs des clients précédents et la paroi de douche blanchie par le calcaire. Je suis suisse et j'aurais bien aimé parler dans au moins une de nos 4 langues nationales et ne pas être obligée de me faire comprendre en anglais.... ..

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026absolut unkompliziertes check-in und check-out, war noch nie so schnell in einem Hotel eingecheckt. Schöne Räumlichkeiten, bar, Aufenthaltsraum etc. Sehr schönes und reichhaltiges Morgenessenbuffet.
Das Hotel ist op, allerdings hatten wir ein Zimmer auf die Strassenseite, zudem war es in der Nacht recht warm, so dass wir uns entscheiden mussten zwischen geschlossenem Fenster oder Strassenlärm. In den Zimmern gegen die Strasse wäre eine Klimaanlage angebracht.

Les collaborateurs sont très avenants, de l'accueil au personnel de ménage, toutes les personnes croisées sont avenantes et souriantes. La chambre était charmante, coin "salon", joli balcon, le tout soigné. Le petit déjeuner était copieux. Le SPA est agréable, bonne taille de piscine et mention spéciale pour l'un des petits saunas avec vue externe. L'accès au centre de Saanen à pied se fait aisément - bien entendu cela monte au retour.
Tout était bien. Peut-être que la musique à l'étage accueil est un peu trop forte/speed le matin et en journée - ce serait plus pour une ambiance de fin journée/soir.

Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und sofort zur Stelle, wenn Unterstützung benötigt wurde. Das Abendessen und der Service waren hervorragend. Besonders positiv empfanden wir außerdem die große Kulanz des Hotels bei der späteren Abrechnung, nachdem uns bei der Auswahl ein Fehler unterlaufen war. Wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer gebucht. Diese wurden vom Hotel so ausgewählt, dass sie zusammen eine kleine Suite bildeten – mit direktem Zugang zum Garten und einer eigenen Terrasse. Vom Hotel aus genießt man einen traumhaften Blick in das Saanental sowie auf die Berge hinter Gstaad und Gsteig. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und wurde in einem eigenen, Bereich mit großer Außenterrasse angeboten. Auch das Schwimmbad und die Saunen haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ausreichend Parkplätze stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Besonders praktisch sind die kostenfrei nutzbare E-Ladesäule. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😊

A nightclub right in the heart of the hotel building. During check in we were explained that kids in the swimming pool is not allowed after 6pm because of possible noice. At the same time we were accommodated in the room above the nightclub. I don’t know what was the point to give such room for family with kids when the big party is planned in the club. Moreover, the hotel market itself as a family property. As a result we were listening to the club music all the night. The response from staff to our complaint was a simple “sorry”.

İki katlı odanın üst katı çok sıcaktı. Havalandırma ve iklimlendirme imkanı da olmadığı için çocuklar uyuyamadı. Odanın hemen önünde sabaha kadar yüksek sesle Arapça konuşan çalışan, araçlar vs gerekçesiyle uyumakta zorlandık. Ücretsiz bisiklet kiralama imkanı var denildi ancak çocuk trolleyi sehven başka müşteriye verildiği için ondan da yararlanamadık. Mutfak kokusu tim koridorları kapladığı için koku zorladı.

Het hotel zou in principe 'Rock 'n Roll' moeten zijn! Het inchecken, ..redelijk ok, maar dan naar jouw verdieping...tussen de 'KIDS hall' en dan overstappen om eindelijk in een kamer te komen die niet naar mijn verwachtingen voldeed...Ontbijt, eigenlijk een drama, reftergevoel, géén napjes, geen monddoeken, eigenlijk kruimels en dan nog was dus 'refter' de rest niet meer geprobeerd...ontgoocheld, mag ik dit zeggen.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Sehr schönes Hotel, etwas oberhalb Saanen. Tolle Infrastruktur, sehr schöne, konfortable und ausserordentlich ruhiges Zimmer. Obwohl ein Familienhotel mit vielen Kindern, ruhige Atmosphäre. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Äusserst freundliches Personal.
Der Wellnessbereich hält zwar alles bereit was man sich wünscht, ist wegen der vielen Kinder jedoch nicht wirklich ruhig, die Textilsauna ist wegen der nassen Badeanzüge nass und schmudlig und riecht schlecht.

Kregen kamer aan de achterkant . De keuze voor dit hotel was het prachtige uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Men kon/wilde dit niet alsnog aanpassen! Er waren geen theezakjes op de kamer.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Modern eingerichtet, genügend Parkplätz, kostenlose Bikes, Bushaltestelle vor der Tür, Pool mit Zugang zur Terrasse.
Badezimmer ist sehr eng bei den normalen Zimmern. Schweizer Feeling geht verloren, wenn Personal kein Deutsch spricht.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Sie ist schön eingerichtet und es hat alles. Ein sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet.
Die Douche im Zimmer 501 läuft nicht ab, es gibt eine Überschwemmung. Ich habe es 2 x an der Reception gesagt und es wurde 2 x geputzt nichtaber repariert, das Problem blieb bestehen und das war unangenehm.

Really nothing that we didn't enjoy.
