Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and were cleaned daily. Room facilities like kettle for making own tea or coffee. Wished there was a cooler in the room.

Very slow almost zero internet connection The AC cooler couldn’t be stopped so night was cold. There were stain (sperm and blood) on the bed sheet.

On est pas resté dans l'établissement car dès notre arrivée il y avait une forte odeur de moisissure dans la chambre et de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Le drap de lit sale. Je précise bien que c'est la chambre numéro 2. Avec aucune aération dans la salle de bain.

Saat 18:00 civarıydı, aradık kimseyi bulamadık kimse çalışmıyordu. Tek gecelik konaklayıp sabah erkenden çıkmak istiyorsanız ucuz olduğu için değerlendirebilirsiniz (belki)

The hotel is near to Quate Bornes bus and railway stattion, approximately 15 minutes pedestrianly.

Windows broken and said crew. He said, it is an ordinary circumstance. He didn't change my room or repaired windows.

I did not experience any significant issues during my stay. Everything met my expectations, and I was satisfied with the overall service and facilities.

Had too much molds!! Upon entering the room looks clean but after staying inside for a while I could smell the heavy mold poisoning!!! Sink was clogged, no water was provided, 2 towels for 5 nights, same bedding for the whole stay. Nobody came for servicing/cleaning and emptying the bin. Somebody was also smoking and I could get the smell inside my room. Also, the room is not soundproof so I could hear everybody going out and about all the time until late night. There is a dog inside and I think it’s being neglected - it was whining the whole night and it sounded like it was hungry or needing to pee or something. The kitchen available upstairs was very dirty and some of the appliances looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for years. Wifi is not reliable - I called to ask someone to restart the router. I needed an urgent place to stop at for work purposes and relied heavily on the reviews but it’s absolutely not appropriate for more than 1-2 night stay, especially that mold could cause severe damage to people with underlying health conditions!! And there’s no one available during the weekend to assist/answer calls etc

The lodge is very close to the metro station and bus station making it easy to travel to surrounding areas.

First of all the location of the establishment is excellent, found in the center of quatres bonnes ,close to 2 shops and has bus station and metro station around 5 minutes walk away , I even went to the nail and hair salon OR nearby, take away restaurant also is nearby .well now the room itself is very clean and spacious for 2 person it is comfortable. It very quiet as I believe the occupancy was low. The room It has AC and a TV that has Internet access and can connect to netflix for late night movies. WiFi access is pretty good. Our room was on the first floor which made it easier to go about. The kitchen and dining room can be accessed anytime. There was hot water in the shower, and everyday the housekeeping cleaned the room without any extra charges and made sure we had new towels, water bottles. We had a kettle to make coffee also. In general the staff was very helpful and friendly even the owner of the building which we met on the first and last day of our vacation. There was a friendly dog also that we met whenever we went for breakfast haha.lastly there's a tourism fee that has to paid during the stay. I would recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to rest for few days, just simple vacations.

On the contrary , on arrival we had to wait outside sort out the keys as there was some sort of confusion likely our room was reallocate to someone else and reception is closed after 5pm . That when we met the owner. This was a bit frustrating as we were tired already and it was past 6pm. We first noticed the room did not have a mini bar which we requested many times later but nothing was done So it was an inconvenient if we wanted to keep our drinks cold we had to climb the last floor of the building to use the general refrigerator . . The room also does not have a telephone if needed to call reception , the wardrobe has a safe locker but however it does not work so we had to always keep our personal and valuable things with us same as for the tv remote was not working i believe the staff was unaware that the battery had run out ,and the sitting area said by the booking site is only a chair near the dressing table. The towels given had bad odour from not washing or drying well. And to wash our clothes each time there is a fee which is an inconvenient also if your stay is longer days. I believe the property can do better to accumulate more visitors and revenue.

It would have been a great addition if a mini fridge and iron were available in the room.

I stayed for 5 days. It did not meet the expectations. The WiFi was not working in the room for all the 5days. Inspite of reporting the same they couldn’t rectify it. The lodge didn’t have the lift or elevator facility as such I had to take my heavy trolley bags through the stairs which was very difficult without the support. Even though my room was on first floor I wonder how the second n third floor people managed.

The host was kind. My flight got delayed and I ended up getting in late. I didn’t have any means of communicating with her but she left my room keys for me to access the room even that late. The place is secure and clean.

To be honest the location is perfect. Easy access to the train and bus station. A small shop just around the corner, and bigger supermarket little further down. On the other hand, the Trianon Mall is not far, to get the food courts and so on. Also, not far to walkdown to the Quatres Bornes Market. The room itself needs thorough cleaning, especially the bathroom. There is a very unpleasant smell coming from the wash basin. The air condition needs servicing. My brother opened the aircon and my goodness, it seems for a while there has not been any servicing done on it. He had to clean it up, remove the filters and so on as we didn't want to get sick. (for both our room and his) The poor old lady that is the cleaning lady didn't know anything about the air-conditioning. Cleaning was not done every day as per our request, but they provide toilet paper and water. We were 3 persons in the room and twice they gave only 02 towels, but i contacted Isha and she did the necessary for me to get the towel. On the first night we got a room, that we unfortunately didn't like at all. From the bathroom there was no window and no ventilation. The room smells and has fungus in the ceiling of the bathroom but Isha was kind enough to change our room the next morning. It would be nice to have a mini fridge in each room instead of a big fridge where everyone is using it. There is not enough space, and everything is just mixed up. Regarding the dog, it is not nice to have a dog around in a tourism establishment, especially in the kitchen. Otherwise, the place is ok but a good renovation will be good to keep up a good standard.
