Reviewed Jul 26, 2025The AC was inadequate for the room to cool down and the hotel has a limited parking space. Staff were helpful and friendly though.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2025The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.
