Stinky carpet

The property was in a good location, plenty of parking space. There are some good restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very large.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean, the walls were dirty and there was a long black hair on the towels.

Rustig gelegen basic motel. Ideaal voor een doorreis. Kamers zagen er netjes en schoon uit.

I have stayed here twice, the property is clean and fairly quiet.

I didn’t appreciate the false advertising! When I booked I am booking for myself and my 70+ yr old mother. We need 2 beds! The queen room pics showed a sofa and 1 bed but the description showed this is a 2 bed unit, so I had thought the pics were stock pics used… when we arrived at 10pm and we were exhausted to discover no vacancy and 1 bed well we just sucked it up and went to sleep but the bed is small and old, only 3 pillows which we both typically use 2, couldn’t sleep comfortably because we were both “stealing” the blankets from each other. So the price I paid was totally reasonable for 2 bedrooms but definitely way overpriced for what we got…

Clean, updated rooms. Comfortable beds. Close to restaurants. Great location for outdoor enthusiasts.

The place has been spruced up since our last visit a year ago. It’s much nicer now. Everything is newer and more modern, and the staff does a good job keeping things clean and fresh. The wifi is also very strong, which we appreciated. The hotel offers very good value for the money.

The view crowsnest pass in itself .your place is usually where we stay . My sister found the lady at desk kinda rude and wasn't impressed

It was clean. The beds and bedding was good.

I think the rug needed cleaning. I could smell it abit. I thought the rate was a little high. I would have thought a complimentary breakfast would have been available.

Not hotels fault but semis Jake braking during the night. That was bad. Of the course the train which you can’t control. I understand Reno’s are underway. Patio door wouldnt open.

Management was unprofessional and rude. They didn't provide a double room like I booked with 2 double beds. I was traveling with a palliative senior. They did not change the accommodations. Blamed Booking.com and offered nothing for compensation.

I didn't partake, but would have enjoyed an option of tea with whitener. I find it odd that none was available, just coffee.

This facility offers the best value for money in the Crowsnest Pass. The cookies were good. Also, it is one of the few motels that seems to offer secure wifi connection.

Renovating exterior with loose siding still attached. 100km winds had to listen to the siding bang against the building all night

We didn't know that there was a breakfast. Location was great. The front desk personal were fantistic ( morning and evening staff).

The room size was generous. Bed was comfortable. Fridge was nice and cold. Nice to be able to park right outside our door.

I really dislike the white LEDs for lighting, so I appreciated the one lamp that had warm light. We had asked for a quiet room, so I guess that's why we got the room around the corner that was like a cave because we couldn't open the curtains for light, and we couldn't see a hint of the gorgeous mountains around us. I would ask for a different room if we were to stay again.

Decent, clean and friendly staff. They accommodated when we arrived at midnight 1am. You guys are just awesome. Providing continental breakfast would’ve been even better.

The room was a really nice size with a couch . Very clean and the staff were friendly. Liked the keurig being stocked every day for coffee jn the morning along with the convenience of a microwave and a fridge.

Big rooms!

A bit dated. Could use a facelift on the outside.leading up to our room. We paid an ok price but for something that dated it was a bit high.

Service was impeccable. Needed early check in and was accomdated. Brd so comfortable, spotless, good location.

The location suited our purposes well. Unfortunately we had to cut our time onsite short, due to a family matter, but we will be back to finish our trip soon. We have stayed at this location a few times since it first opened.

Decent budget motel

Our door didn't fully seal and this property is right on the main hwy. There was a lot of road noise and the light that came from around the door was very bright early in the morning

The location of this property is awesome. With some more attention to cleanliness and if they owners repaired, renovated and fixed up the old and tired rooms this property could be really good! I hard a hard time with the amount of cigarette smell and butts everywhere.

Definitely need new cleaning standards not sure how long since room had been vacuumed. Hair in shower and beside sink.

The front desk attendant was very helpful and friendly, a plus was an assortment of complimentary cookies upon check in. I had to do a little cleaning before using the bathroom, that was the only minor inconvenience. Beautiful views. Quiet at night. Great surveillance. Recommend and would stay again.

It is clean and a decent sized room & smells good, no odd fragrances.

The first front clerk was great, the second (when we checked out) not so much. The jacuzzi tub ledge had dirt and old water marks (from cups) on it, there was a cute glycerine soap there that was used by someone previous (it was wrapped with cellophane but the cellophane was gone in parts). The bathroom sink was clogged, even to wash our hands it filled up. I told the clerk when checking out and she wasn't phased, didn't say anything but "I'll let the cleaner know". I wasn't going to let her know about anything else with her disinterested attitude. The shower was barely enough to fit one person in (definitely can't bend over if you drop your soap) The bed was absolutely atrocious! Anytime someone moved it made noise. It was so hard and the springs poked. FYI - the couch was more comfortable to sleep on. It's a loud place, not from the train in the back nor the traffic out front but, from the workers who stay there (a large greyhound type bus full). The gravel parking lot (out back where the bus parked) stirred up a lot of dust from traffic so having a window/deck door open, or sitting on the private deck, wasn't possible. The deck furniture was coated in dirt.

Stayed for 2 nights. Had no service in room after night 1. Had to go to front desk to replenish toiletries, coffee, cups etc.

Very run down hotel. Water leaks in the washroom ceiling (that have been there a while), definitely needs an update or refresh.

this hotel is very clean, big and easy to find . lots of parking. the frint desk staffs are polite and nice.

Our first visit to Coleman, and this place was phenomenal! Impressed with the staff, how the place looked, check in process, and our room was beautiful, more spacious than I thought! Will try to use this place each time we visit!
