Location ist fantastic !!! 24 hour reception with actual people - very good !! Staff friendly and helpful . The room good size for a shorter stay , overall everything you need is there . I would stay here again .

There was only 2 plugs in the room ,which were in strange places - one next to the front door & one on the corner of the room opposite the beds ... so this makes it hard if you try to charge your phone overnight and use it for an alarm ... would be so much better to have at least one closer to the beds . & even though there was TV - it only had french stations - so no any other languages to see the news or similar in a different language ( no english , German, spanish or anything ) Both not major factirs - but wouyld probably make a differnce eto a lot of travellers comments and reviews .

The room was much smaller than I expected, especially considering that I had booked a Premium room. In the photos, the room even appeared to have a bathtub, so I was expecting something quite different. In reality, the bathroom was extremely small. There was barely enough space to stand and move comfortably. You could not even sit properly on the toilet — you basically had to sit at a 45-degree angle because there was not enough space in front of you. I am a petite person and even I found it uncomfortable, so I honestly cannot imagine how a larger person would manage. There was also no fridge, no air conditioning, and no proper closet, so we had to keep our luggage in the middle of the room. The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear noises from the stairs and other rooms, especially when other guests use the bathroom, which made it difficult to sleep well. I even hit my head on the shower tap a few times because there is so little space to move. The bathroom door also does not close properly, does not fully cover the bathroom, and has no proper handle, which is quite inconvenient. The ventilation fan was not working either. There were also a few other small issues: no slippers, and the curtain was too small to fully cover the window. The photos on Booking.com gave me a very different impression of the room overall. Overall, I expected much better from a Premium room. The main positive point is the location, which is very convenient and close to the Eiffel Tower.

Nada funcionaba, la wifi solo en la recepcion, dicen por arreglos, no se veían arreglos en curso, la cerradura de la habitación rota, para entrar tenía que venir el personal de mantenimiento, de todas las luces de la habitación solo encendía una, el water no desagotaba ni el papel higiénico, la puerta del baño abria menos de la mitad contra la cama.

Персонал был всегда готов помочь, Мужчина очках на ресепшене особенно помог нам. Не было точек чтобы заряжать телефон, а он одолжил удлинитель. Есть возможность оставить чемоданы на ресепшене и прогуляться до chek-in.

Нет точек удобных для зарядки телефона. 1 на всю комнату и то находится у входной двери, а 2ой на высоте 2 метров где телевизор. Если у вас 2 телефона уже проблема заряжать телефон. Позднее заселение(((. Было много номеров где нет людей но мы ждали до 14:00

非常糟糕，住宿期間旅館還在施工整個房子本來就小變得更擠，味道還非常重，房內的設施老舊還會脫落，廁所浴室又小又擠

A személyzet kedvessége,, segítőkészsége, a hotel elhelyzkedése.

A zuhanyzót a wc-átlépve lehet csak elérni, nincs szekrény, csak egy falon lógó fogas, átépítés alatt van, a 2. emeleti ajtón hiányzik a kilincs. Tragédia!

Very small room. No aircon. Very dated. Curtains didnt fit/cover the window. Non existent pillows. Thin walls with very noisy neighbours.

The location was perfect, so close to the Eiffel tower, the staff were super friendly, although the male receptionist smokes right by the main door which isn't pleasant if you don't smoke (and we do not smoke)

There were renovations going on at the time, which we were never advised about, plastic sheets everywhere, no seating area in the reception. The rooms were ok, but very dated, the noise of the neighbours from the forecourt on the inner side of the hotel were quite loud and went on late, you had to have the windows open because it was just too hot, I am glad there was a ceiling fan, but I found the hotel a bit claustrophobic, the stairs are very windy and narrow and my husband nearly fell down a couple of times, the elevator is very small, only room for two people and a max weight limit which is low. It's a great hotel if you don't mind small spaces

Great location year the Eiffel tower, room small and only a ceiling fan for cooling you down which was not great during a heatwave. Not many charging points in the room and a bathroom which was smaller than a cruise ships. Worked for a single night but that is all I recommend. Staff friendly and bars a restaurants nearby.

Pas de climatisation, simplement un ventilateur au plafond. Chambre vue sur rue et soleil toute l après-midi donc pièce étouffante. Salle de bain trop petite et en long. Toilette entre douche et lavabo avec peu de place, peu confortable. Chasse d eau défaillante. Espace douche réduit, trop petit, cheveu dans bac à douche. Propreté moyen.

Mould on bathroom roof, curtain rod was falling down on both sides. Electricity socket was nearly hanging out of the wall. Last day, ( we were on the ground floor) we were packing up and heard water dripping loudly. Went to check bathroom and it was coming down the walls and bits through the roof as someone was no doubt showering upstairs. We told the lady on reception and she said renovations were being carried out downstairs!!!!! Hmmmmmm. We were out of there

The worst hotel I have ever booked in my life. The photos are completely misleading and look nothing like the actual property. The location is okay, but everything else was absolutely unacceptable. The reception area is old, cluttered, and full of construction materials and debris. The elevator is unbelievably tiny — barely large enough for one person at a time. But the worst part was the room and bathroom. The room is extremely small, dark, and absolutely impossible for two people to stay comfortably. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING, which is unacceptable during the European summer. The bathroom is even worse. It is so ridiculously small that you can barely fit inside. It is practically impossible to sit on the toilet properly because there is simply no space. The shower area is absurdly cramped, making the entire bathroom almost unusable. To make matters worse, we found a dirty towel lying on the floor when we entered the room. We walked in and walked right back out within five minutes. I have traveled and stayed in many hotels, and I have honestly never seen anything this bad. The property is completely misrepresented by the photos, and the reality is shocking. I would absolutely NOT recommend this hotel.

No internet except on first floor, construction ongoing throughout my stay during sleep hours, fan broke in my room.

De locatie

De enorm kleine kamer, je kan niet eens fatsoenlijk op het toilet zitten of je knieën raken de muur al. En het prullenbakje zal vol gebruikte condooms van de mensen die ervoor de kamer hadden geboekt. Niet erg tevreden dus.

Room was clean and provided the key amenities for a budget price. This is a good budget hotel for those who do not expect anything fancy and will spend most of their time out sightseeing.

No air con in summer and the WIFI does not reach the 6th floor which was very inconvenient.

Die Lage ist perfekt nur 5 Minuten bis zum Eiffelturm. Restaurants und Cafés in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem ist dieses Hotel perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip

Sehr kleine Zimmer für eine Nacht allerdings vollkommen ausreichend. Das Badezimmer sehr eng keine Möglichkeit vernünftig auf Toilette zu sitzen nur schräg Möglich da direkt die Wand vor der Toilette ist. In der Dusche auch kaum Möglichkeiten sich zu drehen.

I did not have the free breakfast but it smelled amazing. The view of the Eiffel Tower from my window on the 6th floor was incredible! The location was perfect, I was able to walk to many popular tourist attractions.

You have to contort your body around the bathroom sink to sit on the toilet. Water from the shower floods the entire bathroom. The toilet does not completely flush and waste remains after 4 flushes. There was only one usable outlet to charge portable devices in my room.

Öncelikle otele girdiğimizde oda temizdi ama duşakabine baktığımızda saç ve lekeler vardı. Resepsiyona söylediğimizde hemen temizlik yapıldı ama lekeler çıkmayan sigara lekeleriymiş öyle kaldı. Oda bahsedildiği gibi küçük single yataklar arasında boşluk yok birleşikler. Prizler türkiye prizleriyle uymuyor dönüştürücü kullanılması lazım. Odalarda WiFi çekmiyor sadece lobide çekiyormuş fakat otel bilgilerinde bu bilgi asla yoktu. Odada terlik yok yanınıza almanızı tavsiye ederim. Çalışanlar ilgili ve kibarlardı

Очень жарко! Без кондиционера невозможно. Есть вентилятор на потолке, но он пищит и не возможно спать. У меня забился туалет, я сказала персоналу, мне никто не убрал его.

Je l’ai adoré, il y a un ascenseur et il est bien situé très près de la tour Eiffel

J’aimais tout en fait parce que la salle de bain est grande et que les quatre sont propres, je retournerais au même endroit

De badkamer is nodig aan renovatie toe,het was verder wel schoon. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. De afstand van de eifeltoren is perfect.

Tuve que pagar por unos gastos extras de unos 19 € nada más llegar. El suelo de la ducha estaba realmente sucio.
