Easy to reach by tram from Matsuyama JR station this is a slightly older Japanese business hotel. We stayed in a japanese style room which was very small but clean and comfy for one or two nights. Free bathroom ammenities as well as robes etc are available in the hallway. The hotel offers free bycicles for use which makes getting around town a breeze. It's about a 10 min bike ride from the centre of town and the chairlift station leading up to the castle. As almost everywhere in Japan the staff spoke very limited English but where kind and helpful and tried their very best. Very hard to beat for the price but possibly best for a short stay due to the room size.

For a budget hotel, the decor was aesthetically pleasing and the room and bed(s) were larger than I expected. Great.

Good hotel in a central location with very helpful and kind staff. We stayed there for one night on a bikepacking trip, and had everything we functionally needed. Convenience stores are nearby.

5階に宿泊したのですが，シャワーのお湯が出なかったことがありました。なんでも3階の部屋でお湯を出しっぱなしにしていて5階までお湯が行かなかったという。キャパシティが小さすぎ。 テレビはBSが見れないのが不満。

地デジテレビは見れない、ゴミは全てお持ち帰り、フロント付近の無料コーヒーはなくなったら足してくれない、全てにおいて経費削減の意識が高いのはわかりますが、サービス業、接客業としてはどうかなと思います。多分、二度と宿泊はしないと思います。

Comfortable and affordable hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The building and furniture are a bit dated but everything is functional. The staff was of course polite and nice. The hotel is not very close to the station but it's still in a nice location next to the castle park. You can get bikes at the reception too! In front of the hotel there's a parking lot. If you're looking for a cheap and cozy accommodation, this is recommended unless you're looking for something fancy.

繁華街まで少し遠いが他は問題なかった

Very helpful staffs, fresh amenities, a free bottle of water everyday, free washing machine with the detergent (¥100 for dryer), convenient to the tram station, very enough car and bike parkings. Very few restaurants and shops nearby, but only 15 minutes' walk to the Okaido shopping street (department-store, shops, restaurants, bars, Izakayas, almost everything you think there).. While I was staying, WiFi trouble was occurred for a couple days. Otherwise comfy to stay. Recommended.. 7th~14th May 2023

great value, the staff is fantastic 👏 The location is a bit away from the citiy centre while there are bicycles free to use for hotel guests. Cycling around Matsuyama was great fun and efficient. We enjoyed our stay. Highlyrecommended. .

We had problems with the internet in our room, so the staff gave us a personal router for which we are very grateful. The room was comfortable, there was a microwave and some tea in the hall. It was quiet in our room.

Since we stayed in February, there was cold air comming from the window sills, I hope they could secure all the microgaps. There was also mold in the shower.

The staff very really helpful and supportive throughout my stay in the hotel. The location is also excellent, walking distance from the amazing Okaido Shopping Street. There is also a massage chair on the floor which I didn't use as it was almost midnight but next time I would like to try. The showers were excellent as well. Even if the room wifi doesnt work or anything, the staff gave me a pocket WiFi to use throughout my stay, which I thought was really kind. Overall it was an excellent stay and I would love to come again.

The floor or room WiFi wasn't working well but the staff gave me a good pocket WiFi so there was no problem as such. If you face any problem, just ask the hotel staff or front staff, and they will help you and solve the issue.

You can choose western-style or Japanese-style room A bit far from the center of the town but good for moving between JR station and Dogo onsen by streetcar

駐車スペースが道路を挟んで向かい側だったので、荷物を持って横断歩道までかなり歩いての回り道だったのでしんどかつた。 ベットのスプリング？が弱くて柔らかで眠れなかった

ベッドのマットレスの硬さが自分には、合わなかった。

設備が良かった。 自転車があったのは良かった

自転車をレンタルしてくれるので観光にはとても重宝です。しかも、ホテルをチェックアウト後も夕方までレンタルしてくれたのは非常に助かりました。ただ、朝食が簡素すぎてイマイチでした。コーヒーもセルフサービスで飲めるのですが、マシーンが故障中にもかかわらず壁の説明には普通に使えるように貼ってあるのでカプチーノをやってみたところ、うまく出来てこず、従業員に処理してもらいました。

お部屋も綺麗に清掃がゆき届き、翌日の朝食も 300円にしては良かったと思う。 レストランの窓が大きく、ソファ席もあり、くつろぐ空間としては二重まるです。

松山市内観光にはベストなロケーションです。朝食もついててこの値段満足です。

ご飯がとても美味しくて良かった！じゃこ天美味しい！レンタサイクルもしなかったが出来たりするのがいいなと思った。雰囲気も良く快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございます。

部屋にトイレットペーパーがなかった。朝食のお米が昨日の残りを保温していたような感じで、ところどころダマになっていて最悪の味だった。食事のクオリティは国内外あわせて過去に泊まったホテルの中で最低であった。

出張で2度目の利用！ 前回よかったので、今回は同僚も含めて3連泊！ 朝・夜バイキングが付いて、この価格は神！

路面電車の駅からは数分も、（駅近くにコンビニのみ）周囲には飲食店などなし。 徒歩１５分ほどで市内の繁華街・大街道まで行けます。 寝るだけですから、妥当な金額でしょう。

【良かった点】 格安が安い、スタッフの対応 【悪かった点】 空気清浄機の機械音(電源切れば止まる) コンビニがやや遠い(徒歩5分) 【総評】 改善して欲しい点はあったが致命的なものはなし。格安が安いのでまた利用させていただきます。

無料で自転車貸してくれます！ 松山市内主要箇所全部これで回れました！ マンガもたくさん置いてあって暇つぶしもできるし、大満足です(*^^*)

部屋が消毒の匂いで臭かったです。お風呂が排水の匂いがきつかったです。換気扇を回しておいてくれれば、まだましだったかもしれません。

部屋は普通ですが、フロントの人の応対もよく、とても好印象でした。ロビーにフリーの飲み物があったり、途中で雨が降ってきた時も傘の貸し出しをしてくれたりと、とてもサービスがよかったです。

値段のわりにイケてるホテルです。 駐車場もすぐ向かいです。 いまどきBS放送が見れないのはダメ。改善してください。 後は何も問題ないです。

位置較遠及傍邊是紅燈區，入夜很靜， 沒有什麼食事及娛樂， 所以如果女性入住較為不便。 洒店是日文名字很難找， 門前更泊滿車輪，出入都要側身而過， 不過價錢甚為合理。 因為近海，紅燈區又已經關門， 早上風景也不錯，可惜前面不遠處有儲油庫， 所以大概只適合男仕。 😂😂😂😂😂😅😅😅😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

The rooms are rather small but it has everything you need. The staff speaks minimal English but very attentive, breakfast is a bit odd as they switch every other day from Japanese to "Western". The latter consists of a hot dog, yes a hot dog. A bit weird to eat that in the morning, and you have to leave your key at the front when you go out during the day which is also a bit odd. Free laundry outside, dryer is 100 yen for 15 min.

좋은 호텔이었습니다. 혼자하는 여행에 가장 적합한 호텔 입니다. 방이 조금 좁긴하나 혼자서 자기에 충분하며.

駐車場500円が翌日の15時までOKだったのが良かった。 松山城や大街道まで歩けないこともない。 付けなかったけど朝食300円は安かった。

ホテル設備も朝食も質素な感じだけど、スタッフの方々が笑顔で親切に対応してくれる。また泊まりたいと思います。

This Hotel deserves 2.5 stars. The rooms are old and very small. The breakfast was absolutely terrible. Neighborhood far from train station and city center.

公共交通機関を利用する場合は少々歩かなければならない。天気の悪いときは要注意。少々壁が薄いのか隣室のいびきが響いて気になった。イオンプラズマクラスターの音がうるさかったので切って寝た。道路に面した部屋ではないのだが、平和通りは交通量が多く、車の音が遅くまで聞こえる。

位置は駅からも近くで、周りにもコンビニがあって便利。しかし、インタネットの状況が悪くてお部屋でお仕事をするのに大変でした

施設の古さは否めなかったてますが、清掃が行き届いていて、気分良く宿泊出来ました。 持ち物を紛失したさいにも、丁寧に対応していただいて助かりました。

하룻밤 묵기 나쁘지 않았지만 침대 매트리스가 좀 주저앉아 있었고, 가격대비 방안에 욕실이 없어서 아쉬웠다. 그리고 숙소 주변에는 음식점이 별로 없기에 저녁은 미리 드시고 숙소로 들어가시는게 편하실거에요.

滞在は快適でした。スタッフもみなさんとても感じよく、こちらのお願いにも快く応えていただきました。

対応がすごく良いし、好きな宿泊ホテルです。また、愛用したいです。友達にもぜに 教えてあげたいです！安い料金で嬉しいです

地點只要行五至十分鐘便有多間便利店非常方便，房間清潔但有煙味，對於不吸煙的我來説是不好受的。

朝食のごはん（米）があまり美味しくなかった。

スタッフのサービスがよかったです。朝食がついてのこの値段はリーズナブル！

道後温泉へのアクセスがやや不便。パーキングさがしで困るかと、タクシー利用を考えましたが、付近を通る路面電車利用を　フロントに教えていただき、とても良かったです。シングルをツインに当日変更していただき　ゆったり過ごせました。助かりました。

The staff are all so friendly. One mister even allowed me to work at the lobby (some drawing and painting) since the lighting in my room is not so good. They have all amenities in the room. Totally recommended if you are staying in the hotel only at night to rest.

There is laundry, too and we can afford check-out at 11 o'clock. There is a free bicycle, and the range of action widens.

ツインの部屋はけっこうスペースあって快適です。自転車を無料で貸し出しするので便利。そして朝食はなんと¥100です。問題ないホテルでした。

The room was very very clean and suitably equipped. It was real value for money (and if you want larger, then expect to pay a whole lot more elsewhere). There was no lingering smell of cigarette smoke that you can get in other hotels. The staff are really nice. They happily attempt to speak English with you and do their best to make your stay comfortable. I really enjoyed the use of the free bicycle. I unreservedly recommend this hotel.

設備は新しいとは言い難いですが、丁寧なフロントの対応とレンタルサイクルはよかったです。

With this price you actually have nothing to complain about. Few things, not all staff speak English. TV is in Japanese only. No on site dinner place. But many restaurants nearby. I picked a room with common shower and toilet. I only give it 3 stars because I want to soak in the hot tub one night. But the tub was broken :(

Lovely little budget hotel with nice little touches. Breakfast area was clean, food was good and staff were lovely. Very close to Matsuyama castle

I stayed at a non-smoking room on the 5th floor. That room was very small. Other than that everything they offer at around 4,000 yen is more than reasonable in Matsuyama. I stayed at many hotels, and I recommend this hotel. Please read other reviews as for the details of their offerings.

I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and find it the best during our 2-week trip to Japan. The hotel is easy to find (only a couple of tram stops from the train station) and has very helpful staff. They have lots of free amenities, including massage chair (Sun Garden was the only hotel we stayed in Japan with this free service) - that was a real pleasure for us to use it. We did not book a room with breakfast but it costs only 100 YEN (1 USD) per person so you will make a huge mistake not ordering it (you may do that at the reception). I was totally shocked after receiving my room key with `good morning` and `have a nice day` written in Polish. My full recommendation to this hotel. I regret we stayed only one night there.
