Crown Royale Hotel

Friendly staff and clean and comfy

We always stay at Crown because of its convenient location and easy access to everything. The rooms are spacious, although I think they are currently in the process of being improved. Overall, it's a comfortable place to stay, and the accessibility keeps us coming back.

There was a small misunderstanding regarding our request to have our breakfast given to the security personnel working the 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM shift as a small gesture of appreciation. The request had been endorsed; however, the morning F&B Team Leader did not provide the breakfast as instructed. I later learned that the breakfast was never given, and by the time the issue was identified, the breakfast service had already ended. The Front Office (FO) team and the Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor handled the situation professionally and resolved the misunderstanding appropriately. Since the food was no longer available, I decided to buy food for the 2 security personnel myself as a small token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

I love it.very spacious..big rooms

Well it’s good.

It's an old 80's hotel but nice upkeep, nice walking area, good staff, good sit-down breakfast included. Had the big Royal room for family with kids lots of room. The other hotel center of town was not as clean in my opinion and it's old too so this place is just fine.

Our stay was good.

The TV wasn't working, wasn't able to connect to the internet, and we reported it, but until we checked out, no one came to fix it.

I like that there are lots of dining options available close by. Staff are great/very helpful and accommodating. Availability of Microwave and iron would be great. Overall satisfied with our 8 days of stay here. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Property is walking distance to public market and other restaurants. Staff are very accommodating, warm , overall great. Will come back here again and will recommend to ithers. Love the A/C as well.

Check in was great. Staff, very accommodating especially we had a very late check in. Downside was, only 2 bath towels were in the room, but they were very accommodating with our requests. It would be nice if hand towels, extra toilet paper, facial tissues were already available in the room upon arrival.

The fact that they have rooms with no windows.

easy check-in friendly staff, breakfast food choices were exeptional & excellent

Short stay in Balanga for family reunion. Hotel is centrally located, spacious room and accommodating staff.

I am so amazed with the way the staff treat their guests, very warm, friendly and so much polite.

GREAT LOCATION AND NEWLY RENOVATED ROOMS WILL STAY AGAIN NEXT TIME CLEAN GOOD STAFF

SHOULD CHANGE THE BEDDINGS WITH NEW LINENS NEW PILLOW CASES

My bed, one of the two beds, was a little uneven and not flat. I found a way to sleep well, though. 🙂

Very convenient location. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Room was very clean. The shower was hot.

Great location Hotels very clean restaurant on site. hot water in the shower was good. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

close to everything, huge room

no windows, poor breakfasts

The staff were excellent and the rooms were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and also appreciated the laundry service.

Aircon not good

Big sized rooms

Very dated needs to be updated Toilets didn’t work Only 2 per room. Had to split up family.

The staff were amazing and kind, the food was delicious and the customer service was top tier! The room itself was well maintained, cleaned everyday, and the sheets were replaced regularly. You won’t have to worry about finding a laundromat to clean your clothes as they provide services to wash and dry them for you for a good price. 😁😁 (ps: the hallway to the rooms smell amazing)

FANTASTIC hotel. Great rooms. Wonderful and helpful staff. Delicious free breakfast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Very good location, clean and quite; breakfast include, local favor and good. All perfect, worth of money for a short stay.

Staff, location and room is clean

The rim of the water pot was dirty, my husband has to wash it again.

Location is perfect. Near the City Hall, Church, SM Balanga and restaurants abound near it. Though you don't need to go to those restos as the hotel serves good food.

Needs more space for parking.

Location was good, room was spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Occasional power interruptions and very high laundry service cost.

Breakfast is excellent!

Even though I paid with a card I was required to put down a cash deposit to complete the check in. We had to leave and find an ATM. Also, they put a letter on your door the morning of checkout to inform you that you have to vacate (in America this is called an “eviction notice”). To extend our stay, the rate increased a fair amount from the original booking price. Key cards get cut off and you have to go back to the desk to have them reset even though you have extended the stay. The policies make me feel like I am not a “guest” but a customer who is not trusted to do the right thing. It wasn’t the best experience.

가격대비 방이 넓고, 청결하게 잘 관리도어 만족합니다

The exterior part of the building does not boast a beautiful place to stay in, but surprisingly, the inside look of the hotel gives a quaint vibe with modern amenities.

I did not have a bad experience, so none.

Enjoyed our stay

The location is very accessible ,Breakfast had good choices and staff are nice

Front Desk Staff ,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE..at all

breakfast is ok, nothing special. if it was a buffet breakfast that would be better.

The room is very spacious

I like that the bed is very comfortable and clean. The staffs are very friendly and they always give two breakfast coupons so I always have the other one taken out as packed lunch 😊

The air conditioning system is a little noisy

Location is very good, breakfast is ok.

No air-conditioning in lobby and hallways.

the staff the room is exceptionally comfortable , we missed the breakfast as we need to check out early ,location is good!

Good location. Delicious breakfast for four days stay. Clean towels and sheets. Big room. We really enjoy our stay. Value for money.

Nothing

Nice

Water volume is low

Staffs are very accomodating.

Looked clean. Hot water for shower

Tiny ants. Furniture. I sat on chair to di sicover it waz wobbly. The place was dated. Roosters crowing and dogs barking all night out side my window expensive

Location wasn't bad . Security guard at front door always opening the door

Windowless suite. Not expecting that. Walls were paper thin and could hear people coming and going at late hours. Could hear rodents in ceiling.

Spacious rooms

It was a bit dated

The overall stay, it was brief but very accommodating

Staff is friendly and very accomodating.. Good breakfast options. Clean and comfortable.

The area is very quiet and not crowded, nearby restaurants and Starbucks, there are lots of parking spaces, lots of breakfast choices. But best of all is the hotel is very clean.

Nothing

I paid full upon check. No issue, bit after geting in to the room I was not happy at all about the statues of room after geting in to the room, I requested a 50% refund, they refused as it was booked through booking, com. Neverminined I asked at the reception for a bottle of water as it was so hot, I was amazed the girl in the reception said no water, I thinking to my self she don't understand English or very unpleasant I pad full Room fee without staying a night in return asked for a bottle of water, No was the answer, What a Hotel?

Location- near the Public Market which I like.

The front desk staffs who don’t know how to smile. But when the girl was giving me a survey form during check out, that’s the time she seemed welcoming

Bright and clean rooms. Nice fresh fragrant smell.

Good food, clean room, friendly staff and nice location

Nothing

(1) Staff: pleasant, professional; (2) Breakfast: good but limited options, good quality, sometimes long wait; (3) completely functional and satisfactory wi-fi, even for streaming (4) clean room, excellent housekeeping, laundry; (5) fully functional air conditioning! (6) wonderfully quiet; (7) well worth the money

Water could have been hotter.

The location is perfect, next to ATMs, restaurants, sport room and the city center. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The room was large, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast included had a large selection of local dishes, and I was satisfied with what I ordered.

There is not much I didn't like. Although the model of AC installed in our room was a bit noisy, but it's fine really. The location of the power socket in the room didn't make much sense, so I couldn't charge my phone near my bed, but it's still not a big deal.

The whole room is big & clean.

The pillow is so big/high for the head & it's kind of hurting our neck.
