Mabolo Royal Hotel

Near to the mall

They charge me twice for my early during my check out last september 11,2026 as the staff did not inform me to mention in the form that i fill in.. im quite disappointed to management...

Location, Staff, Accomodation

The place

The random beeping. At the night and low water supplies

Nothing appealing

The booking was for a double bed and when arrived they told us its a double bunk bed ended up getting a room with 2 single beds and made us pay an extra P1086 per night . The worst Hotel i have ever stayed at in Cebu

Convienteint

No water for first 2 hrs, door hit toilet in cr,aircon noisey, bed sheet stain and towel,

Convenient

Aircin not cold

good location

The Morning Receptionist was Efficient super polite and professional. However I had to upgrade my room due to misunderstanding on my booking

Room no Fridge . Noisy Neighbours at 3am. No privacy door between Bathroom and main room.

Location wise very good, in the middle of the city. Friendly staff. There’s 7/11 with ATM downstairs so very convenient.

Old facilities especially the TV, bathroom needs upgrading, also moldy bathroom.

Thanks

The hotel was close to the Cebu North Bus station. They upgraded my room free of charge. It was okay for a stopover for a few hours, but would not stay for multiple days. The AC was VERY good, cooled down the room quickly, but it was very loud.

The room was not very clean. There was still hair in the bathroom floor from previous guests the room was not vacuumed and moped, the bedsheets and towels were (probably) washed but had stains everywhere. The shower head was dirty and rusty and spraying in all directions. Even though the bathroom was big it did not have any place for me to put my toiletries or clothes. I could not lock my room’s door, and had troubles locking the balcony door.

Alles da , aber schlecht gepflegt .

Nicht sauber, kein Warmwasser, sehr laute Umgebung

Good place

Mattress was hot

Very little, the bed was comfortable

The room was empty when I moved in. No towels no cups microwave that did not work. When I complained no towel I was give a thin worn out grey(originally white) towel. Better towels next day. Out all day with make up room light illuminated but room not cleaned

na

The cr area is not well-cleaned. All Faucet including the shower was rusty and dirty.

Location is very accessible

Nothing

Stinky bathroom and room moldy shower head and handle

The not completely cleaned . Not enough towels . Always have water gone .

Location close to malls and local attractions. 7/11 at the hotel.

Noise. We must of been on the only emergency route between hospitals as every 5-10mins ambulance sirens passing by 24/7.

Location near SM and Ayala. Free water.

Limited channels available. Net is intermittent, not recommended for VAs or Digital nomad. No chairs available. Last time I checked some rooms have table and chair.

Didn’t provide towel for the floor

Mabaho inside the room

Yung hygiene sana tapos mabaho yung cr sa room

It took an hour to check in even though we booked it online.

Hi, 1. For the room, it's nice, but hopefully you put Vidae in your restroom regardless of the rate; location is very accessible, no issue. For breakfast, the limited choices compared to other hotels much better.

I liked the Location and the People were very accommodating.

location is good, walking distance to SM Cebu

The staff are friendly, smiling and courteous however, the room they assigned me was not cleaned properly even the head board is dusty and dirty. I have to clean it using the wipes I brought with me on the trip. Then the pillow is not comfy at all. The electric outlet is broken. Good thing when I approached the desk, they immediately insisted to have me transferred to a different room which i think is higher than I paid for. I had rested well during my stay. And I'm sure those minor concerns can still be improved. Thank you.

Location

Dirty room and restroom. Cockroach in the bathroom. Dirty faucets. Low water pressure in the showers

Location is alright

Cockaroaches and bathrooms are dates.

I wasn't bad, but on Expedia it said there was a microwave but when we arrived they no longer had it. It's not a 5 star Hotel, but for the money its ok.

Misleading information when it came to booking , on arrival we were told we got a bunk not a queen. I have a pregnant wife why tf would I book a bunk bed ??? . they blame the 3rd party company don’t accomodate and make us pay extra for what we originally booked , Asked if this has happened to me how many others has there been?? to get a reply of there’s been a few. Disgusting customer service and piss poor management !!

Big room

Noisy part of Cebu, hygiene of wash table, toilet, old furniture, not really well maintained.

Room is ok.

Good

We had a great experience at this hotel—comfortable, welcoming, and well-located. Highly recommended!

Location is very accessible to major malls, sea ports and airports if you are using it as a transit point. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous.

The amenities needs some repair and TLC. Some fixtures were falling apart.

Location Cleanliness

N/A

Parking is quite hard

during breakfast the cotton for table is dirty and stained im the first one who had breakfast

the toilet is not really clean got stained and rusty and i have no towels but i have soap and shampoo

The breakfast offered at the hotel is quite satisfying, and the staff consistently demonstrate a high level of accommodation and courtesy towards guests. Their reliability in all aspects greatly enhances the overall experience.

Everything's going great! No negative impression all through out our stay. everything is good and we really appreciated all the hotel staff for being accommodating we commend them all including the security guards. Our experience has been fantastic!

Staff are good message follow up all the time thank you staff .

most the room, linen needs to be soaked, very old room needs a good clean up! rusty moldy very old sink does not meet the standard sorry needs renovations. Bed linen dark white needs soaking.

Access to malls

The cable TV was not working during our stay. We booked 2 rooms and both don’t have working cable TVs. There were no towels in the bathrooms. It was only provided when we asked.

Nothing, everything is horrible

All

There was no intercom inside. We have to go down to ask help and told us we can call through our cellphone. No coffee cups inside the room.

Bad

staff are very friendly and easy to approach...

Its near SM City Cebu mall, but cheaper than the other hotel prices in the area

the restroom was a bit old with rust in the shower, i didnt find it very clean but it was ok for an overnight stay for an event near SM City

No water pressure, bathroom needs thorough cleaning

The location is good.

The room was so small no separate door for toilet and when you enter the room the first thing you will see is the toilet. Very unpleasant . Uncomfortable room. The worst room I have ever had. Not worthy with price. They even asked a 1,000 pesos security deposit for what? There is nothing in room lol.

I liked that the hotel was only about 3 blocks from SM Cebu. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a 7-11 right in the building. Room was very comfy.

I very much enjoyed the stay I extended my booking

Friendly Staff, good location for the Malls, especially to apply for a Visa extension at GMall. Affiliated with KiWi Hotel whome I also use a lot, which explains their professionalism.

Location and tranquility

This place was terrible!!!! Went into our room and there was blood on the bed sheets, hair, and obvious mysterious stains on sheets. Bathroom was gross with no soap or towels. Went to the front desk and they didn’t help at all. Was about to book a different room at another venue because it was so gross! Do not book here!!! I will post pictures

It's closer to the church, mall, and our target venue. The staff are very accommodating—they proactively transferred us from the barkada room to a double queen-size room to ensure our kids' safety.

Staff are friendly

No hot water. I booked 2 rooms. I was transferred to a single room abdxjust gave me extra bed.

There's nothing unique about the property.
