Hôtel très propre, bien situé pour visiter Cao bang et sa région .

Emplacement central avec l’arrêt de bus pour Cao Bang devant l’hôtel. Très grand lit confortable.

L’établissement ne propose pas de petits déjeuners mais les cafés sont juste à côté.

L’emplacement central. Le bus pour Ban Gioc s’arrête devant l’hôtel, très pratique. L’hôtel est simple mais propre et confortable.

Das Personal ist sehr hilfreich, freundlich und spricht sehr gutes Englisch. Die Unterkunft ist optimal gelegen, sehr sauber und einigermaßen ruhig. Kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Das WLAN (Wifi) hätte etwas zuverlässiger sein können, aber bei den guten und günstigen mobilen Datenpaketen war das für uns kein Problem.

Es war alles sauber und gut. Das Bett war bequem. Da wir um 4:00 angekommen sind konnten wir in der Lobby auf dem Sofa schlafen bis das Zimmer fertig war.

Une grande chambre, avec au choix clim et ventilateur. Les chambres sont propres, la literie changée chaque jour, des bouteilles d'eau à disposition ainsi que du thé et du café. Le personnel est très poli et attentionné, le propriétaire des lieux parle un petit peu français ☺️ Le lieu est vraiment idéal, tout est à proximité !!

En fait c'est un hôtel qui reste dans des critères de l' excellence ,propreté service, et emplacement, au top et cerise sur le gâteau ,l emplacement sur la rue principale, qui devient festive le week-end bref je recommande vivement

Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux, hôtel propre et bien équipé. Nous avons fait une très belle excursion aux chutes et alentours organisée par l hôtel avec un guide adorable. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel

Par contre l'insonorisation est plus que médiocre... on entendait les.voisins parlaient comme si ils étaient dans notre chambre.. et le plus gênant c'est de les entendre dans leur salle de bain

L'hôtel est très bien placé et le personnel est très agréable. Les chambres sont propres et on n'entend pas le bruit de la rue.

Un super hôtel dans le centre de Cao Bang à proximité du bus qui mène aux cascades Ban Gioc. Mention spéciale au personnel qui nous a accueilli chaleureusement et qui nous a bien aidé pendant notre séjour.

The location is great - right on the most central boulevard of Cao Bang. The room was very clean, altogether with the sheets, towels, bathroom, everything was sparkling. There was hot water all the time and the AC maintains both cold and hot mode. Although the location is central, it was very quiet in the room. Right next to the hotel there are cafes and restaurants, the jewelry store where you could exchange money is also very near, and in a minute distance there was the bus stop to Hanoi. Overall, booking an accommodation in Jeanne Hotel is a must if you're staying in Cao Bang.

Basic hotel situated in the Main Street of Cao bang Rooms are clean beds huge and staff do a fantastic job I really enjoyed my time and discovered a fantastic vegan restaurant nearby Walking along the river in the morning was so much fun The hotel doesn’t do breakfast which was refreshing as I love eatin g local The nearby ban Mhi ,pho and ban cuon restaurants are so great

Sehr zentral gelegen mit Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustüre. Personal ist sehr freundlich und kann dir günstig gute Fahrer für Touren vermitteln. Wir konnten auch den Aufenthalt unkompliziert zweimal verlängern.

L'hôtel est parfaitement propre, bien situé, avec des chambres plutôt spacieuses et une très bonne literie. L'accueil était très chaleureux et efficace, et nous avons été globalement très agréablement surprises de la qualité de l'hôtel au vu du prix payé pour la nuit ! N'hésitez pas à rester chez Jeanne si vous passez par Cao Bang.

Jeanne hotel is a prime spot to stay. Clean rooms with everything you need in them. The location cant be beat right next to all the restaurants.The manager is very helpful. I wanted a ride to the waterfall / tour but without all the people for a good price an he made it happen. Also when my bus to Ha Long left without me even though i was early to the station. He came an picked me up an arranged a new bus for me the next day. If your in Cao Bang this is the place to stay an all for a good price.

La situation de l'hôtel, centre. Le proprio a été d'une grande gentillesse, de bons conseils, m'a aidé à réserver le bus. La chambre est propre, très confortable,. Excellent rapport, qualité-prix.Je recommande.

L’accueil est bon. Les locos sont propres et le matériel fonctionne à merveille. Le Tan le gérant de l’hôtel est très gentil est fait tout pour qu’on se sentent à la maison. Il est tres aidant. Je recommande.

Hotelito muy céntrico, perfecto para hacer noche. Personal muy amable.Cao Bang es una pequeña ciudad interesante para pasar la tarde viendo su mercado o el paseo al lado del río. Hay oferta de restaurantes con pizza, crêpes, etc. por si alguien quiere variar aunque la comida vietnamita está buenísima.

Por decir algo, no ofrece desayuno pero hay muchas cafeterías alrededor.

バンジョックの滝へ行くためにカオバンに2泊しました。 ここのホテルの目の前がバスの停留所（標識はありませんが）になっているようで、 滝へ行くにも、ハノイへ帰るためのバスターミナルへも困ることはありませんでした。 スタッフが丁寧に教えてくれて、バスに乗る時も行き先を通訳して伝えてくれて本当に助かりました。 ホテル内も清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 使わないかもしれないけど冷蔵庫があれば星５でした。

Great spot to enjoy the city hub, starting or ending point from moto loop. Clean, comfortable, hot water shower! It’s a win!

The location. There’s food nearby. Bus to Ban Gioc waterfalls stops right in front of the hotel.

The soap and shampoo come in small individual packs. Troublesome to open and super environmentally unfriendly. You can only place the luggage on the floor. Room is rather small. The toilet gets completely wet after bathing.

The location is very central with a lot of cafes and restaurants around. It’s also very close to where many sleeper buses stop. Staff are friendly and helpful and helps with check ins even mid morning. The room was clean.

You can hear your neighbours, whether they’re brushing their teeth or using the washroom. Soundproofing of the property is necessary.

Awesome location, very friendly staff. They did our laundry for a very reasonable price. Every weekend they close the streets down in front of the hotel and make it a walking street only. What an amazing experience. Great hotel, excellent price.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are clean and recently remodeled.

Our room was small.

The room and bathroom were clean and top quality - best I've found in Vietnam. The host made my trip especially welcoming because he was very friendly and helpful. He even helped me schedule transportation back to Hanoi for a much better price than other options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Cao Bang and will stay here again of I ever return.

Great location in the city centre, close to the river. Rooms clean and well equipped. Very nice, friendly, helpfull and good speaking English owners. Great price. Highly recommended in Cao Bang. Very fast laundry service.

Lovely place with a great host who went beyond and helped us organize a nice tour with a car. The only place so far in Vietnam, that hosts place in our room new coffee and tea bags every day!

Everything. The location was perfect. We took the bus to Ban Gioc right in front of the hotel and the hotel manager gave us very good instructions on how to do it. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The towels.super.clean. They don't offer breakfast which was great because the hotels that offer breakfast often smell like bacon grease and eggs. A lot of food options around. Cao Bang is a very clean city. The internet was good, No tv channels in English but we didn't go there to watch tv anyways. Yes I would stay in this hotel again.

The water in the shower was cold. The second night the guest in the room under ours smoked in the bathroom and the smoke went into our bathroom and I could smell it the entire night. Smoking shouldn't be allowed anywhere in the hotel including the reception and including the workers of the hotel, that's not only bad for you but the building cigarette smoke stains the paint and everything looks brand new in the hotel..

The property was easy to find and it was also close to a lot of restaurants. Also, since we were going to Ban Gioc, we needed to take a bus and luckily the bus stop was right in front of their hotel! The owner also speaks English and is super sweet and kind. A few doors down, you’ll find a bánh mì and beverage cafe and a young girl there speaks English. I would say this hotel is very tourist friendly.

Perfect in everyday. Spotless room, great location, good facilities but the star is the day manager. He is a gem, speaks some English and can sort anything.

The stuff was very amicable, they provided us with all the things that we needed to make our stay more comfortable very fast.The bed was really nice and big. They also booked us a car to get to our next destination! Thank you so much!

I missed a hair dryer on the bathroom and a courtain in the shower (by the sink side), so the floor doesn't get all wet.

Centrally located on the main strip of Cao Bang. Walking distance to many cafes and eateries. The room was neat and clean with air conditioning. Free wifi. comfortable beds. The owner of the hotel spoke English well so there was no problems with communication. The local bus that leaves for Ban Gioc waterfall is right at the front of the hotel.

The cold water ran out at one point.

We liked our experience at the Jeanne hotel. First, the room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also immaculate, and the shower had strong pressure. Also, it is equipped with many supplies. Then the hotel's location is convenient since it is in the heart of Cao Bang, with several nearby restaurants, cafes, and diverse shops. Finally, besides being very spotty the second day, the wifi service was satisfying overall.

Our neighbors were very loud but we don't hold the hotel responsible for it.

Everything was clean and in top shape. Even the receptionist bathroom was clean (I felt bad for dirtying the floor with my shoes, which was cleaned promptly afterwards). Hotel is in great location -- near the main street where yon get on the local bus to either the waterfall or intercity bus station. Also the hotel is in front of the walking street festival which happens on the weekend. Room was very comfortable. I fell asleep easily. The owner helped out a lot in getting a bus around and tips for the area. Highly appreciate him.

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, you can tell they really care about their guests. Room was clean and in good condition. Good location right on the main drag in the center of town. No restaurant in the hotel which would have been nice but there are lots of restaurants around within walking distance and the hotel staff made great recommendations for food. I upgraded my room to a family size as I wanted a bigger bed, which was my mistake as the bed was HUGE and much to big for one person! Lol. Be sure to visit Ban Gioc waterfall if in this area, it is incredible.
