The swimming pool was good and well enjoyed. The restaurant was also good. Although the food choices were limited, the taste was nice. The overall place has a peaceful country club feel.

The rooms are very old and not properly maintained. The toilet had a bad smell, probably because there was no exhaust fan or proper ventilation. The check-in experience was also disappointing. The official check-in time was 3:00 PM, and I arrived around 1:30 PM. Unlike many hotels that allow early check-in when rooms are available, this hotel required extra payment for early check-in. Even after waiting until 3:00 PM, there was no one properly assisting at the reception until around 3:30 PM. One staff member in hotel uniform was smoking outside and just passed through the lobby without offering help. Only after I requested him directly, he assisted me with the check-in. The family room was really big, with two beds on one side and another bed in the opposite corner. However, there was only one aircon, which was not enough for such a large room. The fan was closer to only one bed, so we all had to stay near that side to feel comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also really bad and needs serious improvement.

The Staffs at the Lodge (Hotel) Lobby is too rude. Not just one person, I encountered 3 and all 3 are the same.

It has everything a good hotel/resort have for a comfortable place for you to recharge after the day of traveling.

The room facilities are bad in good condition and some of the bathroom facilities are not functional.

Checked in lodging after golfing..not required to run far.

Staff required cash Deposit. Never mentioned how & when was it to be refunded. I checked out early @6.15 am..leaving room card on reception table as no-one in attendance. Despite ringing bell a few times. Further, no fixed parking lots with instructions to park vehicle around the premises.

Free usage for pickleball court and big swimming pool. Spacious room for the family suite

No elevator to the rooms, not that OKU/elderly-friendly

Only cashless payments. Grab is the only way in or out (unless driving) Golfer guests can be loud/rowdy. Pool maintenance means you dont get the pool during some days (and they never tell you when, during booking)

The green surrounding, pickleball courts and swimming pool. The room and bath room are large though the furnitures are a bit old.

My room has no view even though there is a window. Few power points need to be repaired with proper finishing.

They have a wedding event in front of our room and the musics play out loud until 10.41pm non stop , very annoying and disturbing .. call up reception nobody pick up to handle .

Loved the pool and lush view, the spaciousness, the peace and tranquility, and of course the quiet sleep. Loved the balcony. Enjoyed the breeze. Appreciate the freedom staff who recognised us on our second stay. We enjoyed breakfast , sitting in front of the green. Was so relaxed ! It’s my second time and will return.

The bathroom - leaky faucet, dirty shower area had mould, dirt and old cockroach eggshell casings. Also the other double room (with my sister and her husband) had electricity blackout twice in the night. I didn’t use aircon (opened the door and sued insect screen), so didn’t notice .

The gym and swimming pool is very nice

The bed and pillow is not comfortable at all. The room tiles is dirty and water pressure is completely terrible

There were several issues during our stay: no hot tub was provided, and the swimming pool was closed. In room number 03, the air conditioner was not functioning properly and wasn’t cold. Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor. Meanwhile, in room number 04, the air conditioner was excessively cold and could not be turned off except by switching off the main power. Additionally, the staff's service, particularly the security guard on November 28, 2024, at 8 PM in the restaurant lobby, was very disappointing. They were not friendly or helpful when we mistakenly went to the wrong check-in location. No assistance was offered, even though we had to carry our belongings ourselves in the rain. The separate buildings also added to the inconvenience. We hope the management will take note and improve the quality of service for the convenience of future guests.

Serene and tranquil atmosphere. 20mins from Sultan Iskandar CIQ. High standard complementary sports facilities such as olympic size swimming pool and gym. Reasonably priced driving range golf. Very spacious and clean room. It's out dated but very well maintained. Staff response is quite fast upon our request to replace lamp. Room doesn't come with complementary breakfast which suit us just fine. We will come back again.

The swimming pool is Olympic-sized. Just a short drive to AEON Mall, IKEA, and Lotus.

The air conditioning is very cold and can't be adjusted. A car is needed to get around.

Very dirty!!! Fungus lives in shower! Rooms are cleaned very badly; floor even dirty so I can’t let kids to be barefoot, dirty sheets as well. And everything is pretty old in the room and in hotel itself. No cable tv as in presentation it was promised

Went there to stay on 30th august and paid deposit of 150 ringgit. Have yet to receive my deposit despite numerous messages and calls. They even blue ticked my message.

So many chinese lmao. Where is malay and indian at?

The pool is very large and the location away from the city provides a peaceful and quiet place for guests who prefer relaxation and privacy for their vacation.

For a family suite I would suggest two bathrooms with a toilet so that family members don't have to take turns to shower and have to wait if they want to use the toilet.

They checked swimming pool chlorine level every morning to ensure within suitable range for swimming activity.

Disappointed with room service. I found my mattress cover and bed head smeared with blood (small portion). Request to change other room but no room available. I asked the receptionist for 3 times to clean up the blood stain but nothing happen. This will be my first and last!
