Reviewed May 3, 2026Das Appartement war sehr gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Der Empfang bzw. die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt und die Eigentümer sind super freundlich! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026We had a lovely stay at the apartment which was super clean and comfy, our host was very friendly and accommodating. We had everything we needed, the location was perfect for accessing many ski lifts via the free bus, the heated lockers at the bottom the gondola were an added bonus - no lugging skis to and from our accommodation 😊 The view from the apartment was stunning, will definitely be back!!!

Het huis was vrij gehorig, we konden de kleine kinderen in de ochtend vrij goed horen.

Das Alpbachtal ist auf jedenfalls eine Reise wert. Zu empfehlen: Kufstein -Innsbruck-oberer Höhenweg- Bergbauern-Museum..

Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr schön aber die Möblierung wohl zu groß für den Raum . Da wir viel unterwegs waren,war das kein Problem für uns Die Garage ist super,jedoch sehr eng für großes Auto

Reviewed Jan 5, 2025Clean, comfortable and warm. Landhaus and Stefanie are a welcoming place to enjoy time in Alpbach. Covered car parking makes it easier deal with car prep (snow/ice) that is unusual to have access too and was a welcome touch.
Not a dislike, but Landhaus is (like many properties in Alpbach) on a steep incline. If you’re bringing a car you may need chains to access the last 50 metres or so, should snow fall be heavy - but hey, the snow is part of the magic that makes Alpbach the place it is. Host is helpful and suggestive of how to handle this aspect.

Reviewed May 31, 2024Exceptionally comfortable, spacious and well appointed apartment with beautiful views from every window. Stefanie kept in regular contact prior to our arrival and was there to welcome us and provide all the information we needed to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Alpbach village is amazing and a starting point for great walks. The supermarket and bakery meant that we didn’t need to use the car again until we left.

We like the fact it had amazing views but the only downside was the location on a steep hill meant we couldn’t get the car up in snowy/icy weather.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2023The location is awesome. Not far from Alpbach center, but still in the calmest place with a magnificent view. Many options for various activities in 5-20 minutes drive distance. Stephanie is a great host.
